I placed a $450 order two weeks ago. I think that would qualify this as a fairly important order for their business. It has now been two weeks. I didn't receive any confirmation that they are processing the order. I logged into the order number and it simply says tracking is unavailable. I have called three times and never reached a live person. I also emailed their help email yesterday and after 24 hours have heard nothing. I referenced the order number so it should be easy for someone to followup.
I will now check to see if they grabbed my $450 or not. I would say I would never use them again. They should not be allowed to do business online if they are not reachable.
