After over two weeks of placing my order (and receiving zero communication) I finally for through only to find my fabric was out of stock.
"We'll get it on--- (a little over 1.5 weeks from that time) and we'll let you know and send it out immediately"...
Another 2 plus weeks go by. No word.
Eventually speak with someone.
"Oh, fabric out of stock".
Me: I was told it would be available and shipped out on---
Them: yeah, well we didn't get it. *should by ---- (another 2 weeks or so from that time)
I reiterated my frustration/anger at the situation, the *unknown and un-notified "delays", the complete lack of customer service and efforts from them.
**"this is a raw product that I use to make MY products for MY customers and you have put me in a very questionable circumstance with My customers as I was left clueless because your *company couldn't bother to follow up with YOUR own customers...
Them: oh yeah, sorry.
-done and done. Took my business elsewhere.
I suggest for all to do them same if you value customer service and integrity in a company who you give your money to. ‍

NOTHING arrived! I called up to find out what happened and was told they did not have it in stock! WHEN were they going to tell me? Their customer service SUCKS!

I ordered 2 10x10 and 2 8x8 pillows. The latter are under 6x6, not 8x8 as I ordered. Additionally, the two '8x8' pillows are different from each other in sizee, as are the 10x10's. While the quality initially appears to be good, they also are not square - so no good quality control nor inpection used before shipping. There was no documentation, shipping papers, nor return information included either in or on the package for me to send them back. When they sent me a review e-mail today, it was impossible to fill out because the rating window did not ahve a send visible from my screen and was not moveable. What a great way to avoid bad reviews!

This company is terrible, it will take forever and its not going to be what you want and I can't even send the a review without it trying to block it.

My first experience with this web site was a HOME RUN I purchased the deal of the day just beautiful great quality make new window treatment for my den I now tell all my friends about this site and we all check the deal of the day and other specials this company has to offer please fell good about using this site THANKS

HORRIBLE COMPANY
September 17, 2020

Ordered in mid July - called and company stated that product would be delivered early September! Then I received an email that my order was cancelled in mid September! Do not buy from this company!

False promises

Ordered 8 items and it was suppose to be delivered 5-7 days - nothing came no email notifications
Contacted them and they promises to be delivered this week 18 days later still nothing so I contacted them again and they told me next week - also nothing
All baseless promises and the worst part of all They don't care - NEVER AGAIN WILL DEAL WITH THEM

After waiting 7 days for my order to process (website says 48hrs max) and emailing customer service about the issue I received a snotty response that my order was finally processing. Okay problem solved... or so I thought. Then I received an email that my order had partially shipped and a sample was not sent. My package arrived and the rest of what I ordered was fine but there was still no information about the missing sample. A few days later I get another email that my order had fully shipped and noticed they just changed the status of the missing sample to say it had shipped with the rest and charged me for it even though they never sent it. I email customer service again with attachments of both emails where it says they partially shipped it (proving they never sent it with the other items) and then the new one they changed to say it had already shipped. It's now been 5 days of them ignoring my customer service requests and I can honestly say I will never use this company ever again. The products I received were ok but their customer service has scared me away from ever ordering from them again. Luckily I am only out the money for one sample and not my yards I ordered but I can't imagine ordering the rest of the fabric colors I need for my business from them now. Completely unreliable company and pretend to ship products so they can scam you and steal your money.

Horrible customer service with no product. Placed an order waited and waited product did not ship. Emailed no response on order status. Did online chat 35 min wait then I received an automated message for me to email them. I then called on hold 45 mins. I gave the lady my order number she stated all backed ordered. I never received any notification at all seems like this is the norm for this US based company based on reviews. I cancelled my order she said I would get a cancellation email I have not received however i asked for the cancelation confirmation number not sure if it is real or not! I am still waiting on return of the funds to my card. If not credited in 2 more days I am going to dispute with my card. Do not do business with them they really should not have a business license. As a corporate accountant its almost as if they are floating funds taking payment with no product. Months go by and still no product. Their website shows all product available. I will be following up with that states auditors officer this company.

I sent emails asking about the samples and didn't get replies. I had to email 4 times and go on the website for live chat and I even called them. Finally I got an email back saying they will re-send. I agreed. In total I have been waiting 2 months! I sent another email after the 1 month again waiting for to resend of samples and I get ignored again but they have no issues updating their face book. DO NOT BOTHER BYING FABRIC FROM THIS STORE THERE ARE MUCH BETTER ONES WITH VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WE WENT TO SPOONFLOWER NOW. THEY ARE EXCELLENT.

I have been LIED to twice already by this company concerning my order's delivery. I will NEVER purchase fabric from this company again. I was told my order would ship in 5 to 7 business days. It had been over a month So I called and was told it would ship next week. It did NOT. Called AGAIN and was told 2 MORE WEEKS. NEVER AGAIN. ZERO STARS!

My order of two different items partially shipped 7 days after I ordered, And then it took 7 more days to get to my home. When I sent an email requesting to be informed of why my order partially shipped and why it took so long to ship a CSR called me. She said that one of the items that i ordered was out of stock. I told her that it was not listed as being out of stock and that it was bad business to sell something that you do not have. Se said well that is your opinion and you are entitled to it. I said You suck at your job and do not call my home again.
I will never ever do business with this company again and I warn you to stay away also.

I should have known better!
Despite my previous horrible first experience I decided to place a second order because the fabric was much cheaper than anyone else was offering it for and I did not need the fabric right away so a two week shipping process would not be a bother. Man oh Man, I was wrong again. I confirmed for a second time how horrible this place is ran. My order too 3 and a half flipping weeks! I will NEVER EVER EVER order from this $#*!ty business again.

Do not waste your time!

Wish I had found these reviews before I bothered to order anything from them. How does it possibly take 7 days to get 5 samples together to send out and no tracking since it is mailed USPS so who knows when it will arrive. Other order took 5 days to find out they are out of stock and item is backordered! Customer service (HAHA) sucks, with an attitude and no offer to help whatsoever. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!

Won't use them again

Placed an order with the company and they put a hold on my account for the money until shipped which is ok. I already allotted for the money. What I didn't allot for was that once they shipped the order they charged me again. The order was shipped in two pieces so they charged 1/2 of the order. I called and they told me it was a bank issue. I called my bank and got to release the hold but my bank said they are suppose to submit a release for the first transaction before they charge me when shipped. So I had my bank to release the first hold since the company said they only charge when shipped. Then I received an email saying the other half of my order was out of stock and would be shipped in 15 days. And they then in turn charged me again for the other 1/2 when they stated I would be charged until shipped and obviously it would be shipped for 15 days. I feel I may have to put in a review of my account with the bank to get my money back because they use deceitful practices when it comes to ordering. After reviewing the 1/2 of my order that I received, it is not the best quality either. I recommend not to use them. The few pennies you save are not worth it for your customers quality of their clothes.

I was initially very pleased because the site has a lot of variety in fabric that I was looking for. However, my experience with the site was not good at all; I would not use them, or if you want to try it out only place a small order so you do not end up wasting your money.

I placed in order about a month or more ago for some fabric and some samples. I was fine waiting for the fabric, but about three weeks after I placed the order I got an email from UPS saying that the shipment was canceled. I checked on my online account with onlinefabricstore.net and underneath my order history there was a small note "billing information voided." However, the charge to my credit card still has not been refunded, 2 weeks after that email. I have received no notification from onlinefabricstore.net that anything was wrong with the order or why I haven't received my package; the only email I got was a confirmation of my order.

I have tried calling the customer service line, but I keep getting an answering machine. When I enter the keypad prompt to hold on the line, it sends me to a machine anyway. I just sent the company an email, but I have a feeling that I will probably have to call the credit card company to sort things out.

My crafting project cannot be completed for me to use the product because my order was incompletely sent.

Though I had ordered black mosquito fabric along with Velcro, fabric glue, and adhesive tape, all items were sent but the mosquito fabric (which was the most important component of my project). I was not forewarned that the fabric was sold out before my order shipped, I simply received an incomplete package.

I had emailed the company as to why I had not received my full order on June 25th. It is now July 14th. I understand that responding to me may take longer due to the pandemic, but 19 days is pushing it. I get the sense that they're ignoring me to save face, which is bad customer service.

If by poor fortune a company finds that they've sold out of a product, the customer needs to know. And if a customer makes a complaints, it is poor customer service to ignore them.

(I have put two stars because they did not charge me for the item they did not ship. But I will not be buying from them again. They are unreliable.)

This is the first time I ordered from this company. I was a little apprehensive because of the reviews I had read and my friend never received what she had ordered. I am SOOOO GLAD I went ahead and tried! Not only did I get EXACTLY what I ordered, I got it in LESS THAN 3 days (I paid for the 3 day express)
I DEFINITELY got my money's worth. I am VERY pleased with this company and will order again.
