I purchased an item on Poshmark from seller terrydowdy, and after a few days of the package not showing as shipped, they said (in Poshmark msging----see attached screenshot) it was "shipped to the wrong address" and that they'd reship it to me if THEY GOT IT BACK. I told them that no, that's not acceptable to me so just refund my money---and the seller terrydowdy BLOCKED me from even communicating again! What absolutely CRAP "customer service"! You're taking my money, not sending me the item because you messed up and sent it to the wrong person, then telling me that I have to wait maybe *forever* to possibly get my purchase? Um, NOPE! Poshmark customer service was also TERRIBLE about this, said they won't help me until more than 20 days have passed (?) and said they can't do anything about the seller. I'm opening a chargeback with my payment provider since POSHMARK won't do diddley to protect BUYERS FROM SCAMMERS LIKE "terrydowdy".
