I placed an order July 1st and did not receive it until mid-October. Shortly after placing the order, I received a message that one of the items I purchased was on backorder and the entire order would ship when it was restocked in a week or so. This happened again, then again, and so on. I would receive a notification that an item was out of stock with an estimated restock date, then a similar message that a different item was out of stock and so on. I emailed customer service in September requesting that the items that were in stock be shipped, and the rest at a later date. I was assured that they would be sent that day or the next. Over a month went by before I received half of my order. Another few weeks passed before I received the final piece. It was rolled into a ball and shoved into a shipping bag with no packing slip. The fabrics themselves are alright, but not nearly worth the four months it took to receive anything.
