If this is even a legitimate company, their customer service is terrible! They hide behind the pandemic as their reason for not responding to legitimate inquires, but they absolutely will not respond. Buyer Beware!
In April I ordered two different types of outdoor fabric for chairs. After repeated attempts to contact someone I finally received a reply that I would receive my fabrics by mid July. When the order finally came, only one of the fabrics was delivered, which was the one that I was going to use for piping. The packing slip simply told me that the main fabric was out of stock. Total lack of communication. What on earth was I going to do with one part of the order? I have been shopping in the Osgoods store since the later 1960s, and this was a real shock to me. I will think long and hard before returning. The communication was almost non-existent.
After a few attempts to order this fabric back in May I finally got my order placed it showed shipped the same week but I never received it and the tracking was never updated. After many emails messages and phone calls I can never speak to anyone or get a reply. Now the end of July I finally got through on the phone to have them tell me it's been backordered and was never shipped even though it showed that it had and they've had a hold on my credit card all this time. This was my third and final order ever. They are incredibly shady. As a professional I deal with many fabric companies in a few different countries that have never had an experience this poor. I would recommend that no one use this company if you want your product to show up.

I placed an order on 513/2020 and have emailed and called several times. Each time I receive an email that seems to be generic with no specific answers to my questions about my order status. I called and was told the fabric was back ordered. They could not give me a reason why they have not communicated that to me without me having to contact them. I had already contacted them about my orders status before that phone call. It is now over 2 months since I placed my order and the fabric. I understand the warehouse issue with COVID 19. My complaint is that you can have your team working emails and calls without being at risk. Customer service is the part of your business you have full control of. I am a business owner myself and know the challenges of COVID 19. This issue seems to be ongoing prior to COVID, based on the previous reviews.
I found them via a YouTube video on "how to". So, my project is awaiting and summer will be over before I get my fabric to replace on my patio furniture. If someone would have contacted me I may have selected a different fabric that was available. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.
I placed a $100+ order on May 2. Everything Covid delayed, they asked for patience and understanding. TODAY (July 22) they finally responded to my question that they had cancelled the order. So much for patiently waiting.

I had a very large order with them received two shipments and am still trying to get two items missing from the order. I have called and left messages, i have emailed several times with no response. It has been close to a month and still no word on my missing items! Their service sucks! I will be looking elsewhere for my products in the future! They continue to use COVID as an excuse but online orders should still have been processed even during the worst of it!
My crafting project cannot be completed for me to use the product because my order was incompletely sent.
Though I had ordered black mosquito fabric along with Velcro, fabric glue, and adhesive tape, all items were sent but the mosquito fabric (which was the most important component of my project). I was not forewarned that the fabric was sold out before my order shipped, I simply received an incomplete package.
I had emailed the company as to why I had not received my full order on June 25th. It is now July 14th. I understand that responding to me may take longer due to the pandemic, but 19 days is pushing it. I get the sense that they're ignoring me to save face, which is bad customer service.

I noticed that they delete negative comments complaining about missing orders so keep that in mind when you're checking out their Facebook page.

I ordered fabric over a month ago and not a peep. The tracking does not show and I have been on the help line for over 20 min, I will be alerting my credit card to cancel the charge as I never received my product and probably report them to the BBB. This is not cool.!
This business has the worst customer service I have ever seen. You can't get a human on the phone... getting online help requires an account but email confirmation links don't work, so online tracking, etc., is impossible. Product was ordered and has not come and no ability to get info. Don't bother with this company... go elsewhere...
I have now been waiting 6 weeks for my fabric. I have emailed, I have called - ZERO response. Calls are nothing but terminal holds with no opportunity to leave a message or to receive a call-back. Last time I hung up after 20 minutes on hold. Emails just go unanswered. I FINALLY received an email yesterday with a UPS tracking number, stating my order was shipped. Not according to the tracking number - the only thing that's happened so far is that a label has been generated. I have saved all correspondence & my next step is to ask my bank to reverse the charge on my credit card. This outfit is the worst it can be.
