I placed an order with them online in March. They refused to answer my many emails and I spent many lunch hours on hold to get no answer. They just sent this:
Dear xxxxx xxxxxx,
Thank you for your order #xxxxx2. Due to the ongoing pandemic, we are unable to fulfil your order at this time. Unfortunately, this order has been cancelled.
We apologize for any inconvenience this cancellation may cause.
4 months to say that? Seriously?
If there is any doubt I will share my email from them.
