I own my own event planning company and have used Onlinefabricstore.net for all my fabric purchases. I order large quantities for draping walls, chair covers and have never had an issue. I also order samples to show my clients different fabrics they can choose from. The price is great and when working on large scale events that require a lot of fabric it comes in very handy and works great with every budget! I love them!
Still have not received my order. The lady lied about ship date and when i called very rude customer service rep and acted like no big deal. Will not order from them again. I rather pay a little more and get what i asks for. Ordered same material from another party two days ago and will be here today.
I have ordered from a few online fabric stores and this store was by far my best experience. If I'm going to order fabric online it's because I'm looking for something cheap in price but still decent quality. I ordered 8 yards of crepe back satin and 6 yards of chiffon. Both were top quality. The chiffon was just excellent and honestly better than I expected. My order arrived on a long roll that prevented wrinkles or fold lines. My product arrived within 4 business days of my order. I am so pleased with my fabric and will without a doubt order from them in the future.
I ordered 2 yards of fabric more than month ago and cannot reach online fabric help by their email or phone because I have yet to receive any shipping or tracking info. I guess I'm on to Visa next to try and get my money back since there is no way to each this seller!
I ordered table runners for my wedding. They never arrived because apparently they were back ordered. I never got an email or notification of any kind. This website is NOT linked to their inventory so there is no guarantee you will get your items when they say you will! Customer service was atrocious and owners not remotely apologetic.
Be careful about submitting an order. A lot of the fabric online is not in stock, and you will need to wait a long time to receive!
I placed my order in the beginning of the month, and had to contact them several times. Each representative gave me an arrival date, but the date kept getting pushed back.
I had to cancel my order after being told the fabric would be received over 3 weeks after I placed my order. Even then, I do not trust that date since the previous date they gave me was false.
They didn't offer any compensation, such as express shipping or discounts for the huge inconvenience on their part.
Terrible communication, transparency, and efficiency. I do not recommend!
I feel bad because after the first transaction I had with them I left a positive review (5 stars.) I've had another order and it's gone horribly wrong. Over half the fabric didn't arrive but the postage charge remained the same. They eventually remedied that but my main concern was that the fabric that did arrive was in pieces; so it appears that if you order a certain length of fabric there's no guarantee they'll send that in one piece! I've never seen anything like it and I now have to say stay away. It was a very bad experience.
I ordered these burlap sacks to cover my plants in the winter, they were exactly what I wanted and came at a reasonable time with a UPS tracking number. I was a little worried about buying because of all the bad reviews, but everything was just fine.
The worst customer service EVER! Please read reviews and save yourself the headache! I ordered 17 days ago and have called twice trying to get assistance and have been told, too bad. They said whenever it comes, I can deny delivery and when they receive the box back then they will credit my credit card. I'm sure they would. ;) They are rude and obnoxious people. I spoke with Jean and then Judy - who claimed to own the company. I wish I had read reviews before ordering... I didn't think of it. That will never happen again.
Like everyone, I should have read reviews first. I made a mistake on quantity, notified them within minutes but they said it was too late. Such a TERRIBLE Company, don't waste your time with them. I still haven't seen the small order of fabric, it made it half way across the country... then nothing. I don't like anyone that uses UPS, they give snail mail a whole new meaning
I placed an order a 1 1/2 months ago rec'd confirmation and never got a tracking # kept getting no tracking info. Available yet. I have sent numerous emails to no avail, they take your money and ignore their obligation. A bunch of crooks who will get what they deserve. Payback is a $#*!!
Don't listen to the poor reviews and give this company a chance. I actually cancelled an order when I read some of the reviews only to later learn that this company is 100% responsive, what a mistake! As it turns out, I did end up getting some fabric which was received promptly and beautiful. The material is gorgeous and will be used for decorative pillows, dandelion-yellow. Don't let Covid ruin them.
I ordered fabric for a customer order. 7 days later no fabric. No anything. No call back to update me re order status. No idea if fabric is in stock or it it will ship. My account has been charged the funds for fabric and shipping, that much I do know. Response to my email said "issue resolved" and to open a new ticket if I required any assistance. I am so confused. In the meanwhile I have ordered from another company who will be shipping fabric out tomorrow. I will not order from this place again. I spend thousands on fabric a year so its their loss.
Well, it looks like I too am a victim of the Online Fabric Store. It's been over two weeks and I have yet to see anything or receive a shipped email. Didn't think to look at reviews until it took so long to hear anything from them and now that I have, everything makes perfect sense. Never again. Please pay attention to the reviews about this place and do not order from them!
I ordered fabric over three weeks ago - no shipping information has been provided. I tried calling - was on hold for 32 minutes the first time, then called an hour later and was on hold for 48 minutes before I gave up. Sent an email a week ago requesting an update - no response. Feels like it is a scam - family run or not they are not at all together.
Placed an order for 300 yards of fabric. Three weeks later discovered I needed more so returned to make another purchase. Discovered the price was significantly lower than three weeks ago when I bought so asked "customer service" for an accommodation - either a price adjustment for the $60 difference, or to sell the additional fabric at the lower price (the more you buy, the lower the price). Nope. Was told "we don't offer adjustments for previous orders." They must not be in need of customers - they certainly don't care about customer satisfaction or retention. Placed my order with a competitor and will NEVER shop with Online Fabric Store again.
Very disappointed, ordered 4 weeks ago and still waiting for my purchase. Contacted the company they said it was to be delivered last week, no show. Almost another week has passed and I'm still without my fabric.
Just got my order after waiting two months to the day! I tried contacting customer service about five or six times just to get an order status. Either I was on hold for over an hour with no luck (just ended up hanging up) or they changed the status of my online service request to 'resolved' even though I never heard from anyone. Now that I finally got my order, there's two items missing. I contacted customer service again, but something tells me I'm not going to hear back from them.
After waiting 17 days for my fabric and trying to reach them through emails with no responses and many phone calls and being put on hold for long periods of time with no response. I finally connected with them on Facebook messenger. They said my fabric was on back order and had no idea when it would come in. This is unacceptable they should have notified me right away. I told them to refund me and I purchased somewhere else. This is no way to run a business, stay away from this place.
This is the e-commerce site of Osgood Textiles. I ordered my fabric on Tuesday afternoon, used their free shipping and had my fabric the next Tuesday. I could follow its journey across country via the UPS tracking. I got lucky as the fabric the decorator wanted $53.50/yard was only $11.95 on clearance. I did notice that some of the most negative reviews are from 2011. I'd order from them again.
