It was very easy to order my tickets, but I did notice that the price of my tickets was considerably higher than that at ticket master. I googled for tickets. Maybe I should have just gone to ticketmaster.com

FOR THE SAME DATE, TIME, SECTION AND ROW I PAID 97.00 PER TICKET + THE $28.00 SERVICE FEE TOTAL $247.00 FOR TWO TICKETS. TICKET MASTER'S PRICE WAS $100.00 CHEAPER! I wanted to add a ticket 5 mins after the purchase. Not only they refused to add a ticket to my purchase they refused to cancel my ticket and refund my money. All with in 20 mins. Now they are saying I can sell the tickets on my own.
I paid $228 for 2 tickets with Online City Tickets and $180 for 3 tickets with ticket master.
Learned my lesson the hard way. Save your self.
The process went smoothly, every step was quick and easy.The time spent was really short and went extremely well well, I spoke to person who was very helpful.
Never heard of this site but found it and it was really easy to get the tickets and pay. Fast too. I got the tickets immediately after. Just wish I could get hard copies too not just print it. But it was simple and easy and cheapiest prices I found.
I want to warn everyone to stay away from this agency. I purchased tix to see the Dropkick Murphys on St. Pats Day at House of Blues in Boston for my friend's 50th B-Day. They said I might not my received my tix until up to 24 hours in advance. Fine. However, I only received them 3 HOURS before the event start. It gets worse.
When I arrived at the event the scanner they use at the entrance said both tickets had already been used! Understandably, HoB wasn't about to let us in. I called the agency and they said there were no more tickets available either, so we missed the event! It was very embarrassing and disappointing and I felt really badly for my friend.
The agency sent a form to me to which was used to launch an investigation. They quickly validated my story and found the tix were actually fraudulent in some way. They didn't get into specifics. To their credit, they provided a refund to my CC within a few days. They also gave me a $45 coupon that I have to use by September.
Given this was the first time I used them and they utterly failed, I will never use them again. The tickets I bought were 3X face value. The $45 barely covered my gas and parking fees to get into town, so I was hardly compensated for my inconvenience and embarrassment.
STAY AWAY.
P.S. One good part of the experience was that most of the customer service people I dealt with were nice.
