After reading all the negative reviews, I am concerned that my Adele tickets won; t be honored for Sept. 10th in Philadelphia. Can you offer me a guarantee that they will be honored?

If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit.
Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.

I ordered tickets from this site and mine were 100% valid! I had no problems getting in and i got the seats that i asked for [it was a concert and i wanted tickets in the GA standing room which is what i got] as long as you read everything carefully you should have no problems. I recommend calling customer service to help your worries just stay on the line until you're transferred to a human

These thieves are bad. Their answer to everyone's complaint is always the same... Blah, blah, blah, doesn't make them right. Charge companies need to shut them down, over 200 complaints filed with BBB, all addressing same issues. Also, beware, the tickets they send you MAY be authentic, BUT what they do is email the identical ticket to other ripped off victims and while a dozens are out there, the 1st one scanned is the ONLY one getting, the rest will be rejected! And what is their response... "Call this # if you have any "issues"... Yeah, that doesn't get my $2K returned to me. I paid $2K for $195 x2 tickets... Doesn't get any more thieving then that. And credit card company is procrastinating, give little support to the card holder, their client! These scandalous thieves should be denied the use of charge cards. Too easy, they can be shut Dow & inconvenienced quick enough, seems the ones with the power & authority to do so are afraid. On line city tickets are THIEVES!

If U have the physical tickets in hand, show them to the concert hall/venue and get confirmation that they will honor it. There is no other way to guarantee it.
