I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November

I never got the download from them, so U are ahead of us. I would call the venue site and verify that they will accept the tickets. I suspect this company either is sloppy and incompetent, or has an operating policy of ripping off a certain percentage of the clients to maintain their profit margin.

I doubt they are fake. Just be aware you will probably get a notice to get the tickets at will call or they will be emailed to you. They will really fight about refunding that delivery charge you already paid. For us they emailed the tickets after the attendees left home and therefore printing them was a little ridiculous.

Do the tickets have anything that represents the day of the show. Date, seat numbers, time, place. If not I would definitely contact them and ask them. The good thing is you have time, keep all records of any correspondence with online city tickets in case you have to get your credit card company involved. Best advice in the future do not use this company.

The venue won't be able to tell you they are real until the day of the concert, I tried. When I got there, 5 our of 6 tickets were already used. Only one worked. Best of luck.
