Awesome service

I loved it. Very fast, and secure. The last company I bought my ticket from said it wouldnt get to me until a month after. With this it was just simply 4 hours after me ordering or even less than that. It was ready to go and to be printed out for use. Very satisfied!

Confusing

The process was a bit confusing. The tickets were more expensive than on ticketmaster directly. When I asked why and asked for something to be done. The customer service representative said theres was nothing they could do.

What a SCAM!

We know there are Scams... and On Line City Tickets is one! My fault for not researching and reading reviews! We purchased two tickets in November for $211.00 each and just downloaded the tickets showing that the original cost was $125.00 each! After research, I see that it is a Resale Marketplace... this information was not disclosed at time of purchase. Overall rating 0.

I was tricked by this site. My own fault though for not paying closer attention. They do a wonderful job of misleading the buyer to believe they are buying from the venue then mark the price up in my case 3x that of ticketmaster. Their "fees" were more than the actual tickets!

Unexpected charges

Site was very easy to navigate and find tickets, compare seating. I was disappointed that service charge was nearly $50 per ticket x 4... plus an email delivery charge for tickets won't be electronically sent for 3 months, 2 days before the concert. They are a gift.

Frustrated Canadian

I bought tickets to go see Green Day in Hamilton. I was crazy excited to see that I could get floor tickets for 66$ from a preferred reseller. Great! Awesome bought the tickets, says my total is 176 and change, my credit card gets charged for over 200 bucks! I just wish the site would clearly tell you if its US funds right away. But from what I see it only tells you in bold just before you click the accept button, and on your invoice.
