Do not use ever under any circumstances! I ordered two tickets for a Champions League football game. They were assuring until the last possible moment everything would be ok. I ordered 2 x 2 seats side by side for the champions league match barcelona-juventus but got 4 individual seats just a few hours before the match by e-mail which I had to print in an internet cafe. I complained by reply (had two 14 years old boys with us) but never got any response neither by mail nor by phone although I called them at least 10 times (the number in Spain: +34 *******). Finally the ticket price was extremely high although I understand very well that it is free market price. Note that you will get tickets at the stadium just before the game for much cheaper prices. I will never buy here again.

So glad I was able to confirm my booking for West Brom against Man Utd this Saturday. Was worried a bit, given the short notice, but not only did the nice lady there I spoke with assured me the order went through fine, I found the tickets in my letter box this morning! Last time I had to sign for them when the postman brought the mail, so he remembered. I like this website for being reliable and efficient. I ordered from them tickets for Southampton v. Norwich yesterday. I got the tickets on Thursday, but this is the only thing I wish could be improved. I have to say this is how I check and know if a site or a service is any good: if the reps reply or call back, if they address what you are asking or saying – and how. In the case of easysportstickets.com, they even admitted that – since they deal in such huge volumes – some mistakes do happen, and sometimes people do indeed have justified grievances. In my book, that means they are transparent, fair and reliable. The tickets I booked, on more than one occasion, always arrived on time, and the seats were ALWAYS exactly what I wanted. I intend to continue booking there.
