Day light robbery! I paid 912 euros for a pair of tickets that cost 152 euros each. Repeated emails to the company seeking for a refund of the difference were ignored. And guess what? They even stop me from logging into the website by deleting my account!
For the good of mankind, i strongly, strongly suggest that everyone avoid this site at all cost.
I really appreciate the way they are working, after finish the order received call from the traffic department confirm me when the tickets will arrive, we arrived to the hotel in London 4 tickets was waiting for us for Chelsea v Southampton very nice work, will travel with them in the future for sure!

I ordered and paid for Real Madrid v Liverpool tickets well ahead. They said they would be delivered to my hotel the day before game. Waited and waited... rang countless times... no reply. Emailed dozen times... no reply. The tickets did arrive late that night so I thought fine... but we're rejected at the Stadium Scanners as forgeries. We tried various scanners and supervisor confirmed they were counterfeit. Rang and emailed countless times more... finally they spoke to me but refuse to accept they were forged. Now have to take up with credit card company. UPDATE... the response from them is a nonsense. The tickets failed at the scanners because they were counterfeit. Please see that there is another post here who was sold forged tickets for this game... they rang yesterday to offer me Slovenia Tickets... struggling to get players to attend that, never mind fans!
Dear Sean, We can tell you the tickets you purchased were bought directly from the club Real Madrid and the tickets are good for use, after checking done in front of Real Madrid club we Were told that targets you are a fan of Liverpool and an English citizen you are entitled to sit in the stands of the Real Madrid.
I want to take you to the terms and rules appear here on the site and were signed when ordering your tickets:
8. Special Provisions and Liability
D. EasySportsTickets shall not be held liable should organisers of an event or the authorities deny admission to the client and/or user of a ticket delivered by EasySportsTickets to an event except insofar in the case of an intentional act, omission or gross negligence by EasySportsTickets.
E. The client and/or user of a ticket shall visit an event at their own risk. EasySportsTickets shall not be held liable for damages (also in cases of undelivered tickets by EasySportsTickets) that the client and/or user may suffer whilst travelling from or to the event or attending such an event.
Although it is your responsibility, we called you and we offered you compensation tickets to other games taking place in the country, you adamantly refused.

I got a ticket for the Belgium vs England ticket for my husband at the Russia 2018 worldcup and began to fret when my husband was due to travel to Russia and the tickets still hadn't arrived. A mail sent to them revealed that they were obigated to send only 48 hours to the event. While the uncertainty was most unsettling, they asked for an address to send the ticket. 2 days to the event, I get a mail saying they cannot deliver, but my husband would have to hook up with their agent to pick up the ticket, all the while without an apology. Guess what? My husband navigates through an unfamiliar town to get his ticket which ends up being a category 3 ticket while we paid for category 1 (over $300 difference). Till date no one has contacted me. I'm waiting for a reply about how to process my refund
My kids swear by easysportstickets.com. I got a call from them regarding my inquiry about 4 tickets for Bayern Munich vs Manchester United in Munich.
In addition to working on Sunday, which is a big plus, they also managed to arrange that all 4 seats will be together.
According to customer care, the tickets will wait for us at the hotel in Munich.
All this is really professional and efficient - for my money, at least.
We recently booked tickets for Man City v Sunderland, at the advice of friends. They had booked their tickets from this website, so we followed their lead. Well, it was such a great experience, we had been planning to use them again, for sure. Why? Because they proved themselves! So we saw the match between Man City and Fulham last Sunday, so 2 successes out of 2 orders so far.
Potential customers have to be warned. In March, I ordered 3 tickets for tennis matches at the French Open (for $ 1,182). The tickets never arrived even after five (very expensive) phone calls in various countries in which I was promised that the tickets will be delivered on time. The staff at the service center were extremely dubious and tended to laugh at my worries. Two hours before the event, the “accounting department” finally admitted that they never had these tickets and assured me that I would be refunded the money, which I had already paid. Up to this day, this money has not arrived either, the company has even stopped to answer my e-mails, and I am still waiting for any reaction. After all these experiences, I am not even sure if this company really exists.

I'm really disapointed... I've bought tickets for 18/05/2014... and they don't pay me my money back... I've wrote a dozens Emails... I've tried to call many times... and nothing happens... this is the worst experience with ticket service ever!
Worst ticket site out there, was promised numerous times tickets for Madrid vs barca where we paid 800 euros, arrived on the Friday then on the Sunday of the games 4 hours before, they ring us up and say tickets are not available. So we wasted all money on flights hotels etc... stay away from this company there a joke!

1) Spoke with the customer and offered our deepest Apology - which she accepted
2) I mentioned she has an email notiyoing her about the REFUND
3) Also: I Offered her a furture discount - she accepted
I reiterate: the Full REFUND has been processed one week ago.
I have also sent an email is to confirm refund of €851,00 processed today into the same credit card used to purchase this order.
Usually funds should be reflected on your credit card statements from today up to 7 business days depending on your bank/credit card procedures.

First, ticket was not delivered till the last day.
Second, no one now picks up calls at their customer support. I ha e been trying to claim the refund since last two months. No progress however.
I put 5 stars, as these bastards are 5 star thief's, they are lower than maggots, I paid a fortune for 3 X 6 Nations Rugby tickets in Oct 2013, only to be told a week (28th Feb 2014) before they could not get any. I have forwarded all correspondence to a lawyer, and I intend to find where they are. If indeed they have an office in the UK. As I think it's time for an up close and personal chat. Don't be foolish with your money, they are liars and scum, and if they feel that Im committing liable towards them, they are very welcome to take me to court. We all know low life bottom feeders like these scum bags would dare...
