Don't touch this company if you value your money and stress levels!

I ordered 3 tickets for the Real Madrid v Alaves game on Sunday 2 April. This was an Xmas present for my grandson. I arranged delivery to my Madrid hotel in my order. I arrived in Madrid to be told that my hotel had received no tickets. (I had previously called Easy Sports Tickets before leaving the UK and was assured that my tickets would be at the hotel for my arrival on 1 April.). I called EST and was told I would receive e-tickets on 1 April. Nothing arrived and I then got an email stating that due to 'late delivery of the tickets' I would receive them by 12:00 on the day of the game. Nothing arrived and I started a series of on-line chats (having to stay in my hotel all morning) during which I was assured my tickets would be sent but when I asked 'when?', the chat ceased. The game kicked off at 16:15 and I gave up at 15:00 having rec'd no e-tickets, bearing in mind that I still had to get from my hotel to the ground. We decided to head to the ground simply to take in the atmosphere but I kept checking my email at the bus stop in case something arrived. I was about to step on the Bernabeau bus when an email came through with my tickets. This was 15:30. We ran back to the hotel, had the tickets printed off and had to get a taxi to the ground. We got there 10 mins before kick-off and then had to split up. Having been assured during the ordering process that 2 of us would be seated together with the other being no more than a row away, 2 of us were in the North stand and the other was in the South stand! The other interesting point was that in the email sending the tickets, we were told to acknowledge receipt of the tickets so that EST could 'activate' the tickets. This sounds to me that they had got hold of fewer tickets than they taken orders for and would send out the same tickets to a number of customers until someone took them. I am very clear that had I not been checking my email at the bus stop, they would have claimed that they had sent me my tickets and that it was my fault that I had not rec'd them.
Do not touch this company! I got to the game but the experience was a stressful, expensive nightmare. I did complain formally to them but as you might expect, I am yet to receive any form of response. The positive reviews for this company are interesting and suggest to me that like the company, they are false.

First of all we found out about Tickonet from a friend...

First of all we found out about Tickonet from a friend who has bought tickets from them a couple of times, so we thought ok maybe this is a trusted company. So we inquired a couple of times and we got fast responses. The person i was corresponding with was Mario Estrada. I never spoke to him on the phone, it has always been on skype chats because he gives me prompt replies. Im not even sure where he's based although its mentioned that he's based in Andorra on his skype profile but again who knows whats true and not right now. Anyways, we made a deal and he could confirm me tickets with a reasonable price compared to other vendors which i have been dealing with, so i thought why not give it a shot.

Other vendors which i have been dealing with has a policy of making 50% payment first then the remaining payment to be made once they have the tickets on hand (as in before the tickets are delivered to us). But Tickonet insisted that they cannot book and confirm the tickets for us before receiving full payment from our side. We tried negotiating few times but they stood still by their policy. So after alot of discussion and consideration we thought lets give it a shot, anyways a friend of ours has bought tickets from them a couple of times so we thought this should be safe. So we made full payment for Spain vs Chile worldcup match for 34 seats in CAT 1 and 48 seats in CAT 2.

After a couple of weeks, it was beginning of may i think, we contacted Mario again asking if the tickets are ready and he said he's not sure and has to check. We asked him many times in that 1 week time but we got same answers. And after that week, we couldnt reach him at all. He never picked up his phone, he never came online on skype, he doesnt reply to any of our emails. The only time he replied us, he said that he was sick and someone will get in touch with us soon. But nobody did. Thats when we started panicking.

We tried calling the number countless times, we tried finding other contact numbers from the website and we found out that was linked to another website - www.easysportstickets.com and there it was mentioned a few call center numbers. And guess what! NONE OF THEM PICKED UP THE PHONE! After a thousand tries, someone picked up the phone in the call center for France. She could check the order number and all so i felt a little bit calm but she couldnt help me with any of my questions, all of her answers was just "i dont know" or "i will check and get back to you" but obviously she was never getting back to me. She mentioned that the tickets will be delivered directly to Brazil on the 16th June (The match was on 18th June). So i asked them to give us the contact number of the person in charge in Brazil but she said that was not possible. So what are we supposed to do? Wait like a foool for someone to call us?

The way the company works was very very unprofessional. Like i get it everybody is busy and everything must be crazy in Brazil but still, this was very unprofessional! We all were very disappointed.

Then on the 14th of June, i got a call from the delivery service, they mentioned that tickets will be delivered to the hotel on the 16th so it will arrive on the 17th. As usual, they couldnt give us any contact number nor could they inform approximately what time the tickets will arrive. So we waited and prayed that everything will reach on time. On the 17th At 8pm we received a package consisting of only 3 tickets! Out of 82 tickets, we only received 3! That too all 3 tickets were FAKE TICKETS! Cos when our tour leaders wanted to use them to enter the stadium, they couldnt!

And then at 9pm we received the remaining of the tickets. We received all 82 tickets but here's the best part, the 34 tickets was supposed to be in CAT 1, they sent us tickets in CAT 2 and the 48 tickets was supposed to be in CAT 2, they sent us in CAT 3! I was speeechless! How on earth will any of the clients accept this?

We emailed them countless times and called the call center but couldnt get through any of them. This practically showed how irresponsible they were.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL, DO NOT BOOK ANY TICKETS FROM THEM. THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU WILL ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED AT FIRST AND DISAPPEAR AFTER YOU MAKE FULL PAYMENT.
