Easy Sports Tickets

Read all the bad reviews and was seriously worried having spent 600 euros on three Barca vs Seville tickets for 14/09/2013. Flew my boys out to Barca with no tickets in my hand with the promise of delivery to hotel and no real plan for how I could let them down gently!
However tickets produced at check in, right block just as ordered! Face value plus 50 euros per ticket (which is pretty fair I think) best night ever!
Go for it if you have nerves of steel!

Before Christmas I booked tickets for this weekend's match between Barcelona and Deportivo. On my insistence the tickets were sent electronically despite being told that they would have to be sent to my hotel. Just over 2 weeks ago the tickets were re-sent showing the same details i. E. that the match would be played on Sunday. On this basis I booked my flights and hotel as it is a bank holiday and the prices were going up. The match has now been moved to Saturday and will be finished before my flight arrives and to get an earlier flight will cost £163 per person therefore is uneconomical. I appreciate that this is not the fault of Easysporttickets but there is nothing to compensate me any of the money that
I paid some time ago. I was asking whether I would still attend to which I have said no, but since then I've heard nothing. I've done my money SO BEWARE!

We booked tickets for Milan vs Parma (16.03.2014). We changed our hotel because they did not react as we have written them an email that they will receive our tickets. We informed easysportstickets about that well enough in advance. Our new hotel was in the same building as the old one. We asked in both hotels and nobody had our tickets. So we had to buy new tickets in front of the stadium. Easysporttickets said it was delivered and signed. Now we got our money back and all is ok. Thanks for that easysporttickets.

When you check for tickets on internet, the price compare is essential. In case of CL match in London, prices to compare was in GBP. I choose EasySportsTickets mainly due to good price. But I was charged in USD, were the exchange rate was really bad. So I paid 20% more than if been charged in GBP. Upon complain, I never got any answer from EasySportsTicket.

Except from this disappointment, ticket delivery and our seats was OK.

Order ******* with more than 20 tickets for World Cup bought. This guys not only did not deliver tickets but haven't yet refund us.
Is the worst service I've ever tried from any type of web business. Be aware of this guys, they are professional thieves.

I have now been waiting for over two months on repayment of undelivered tickets. I ordered tickets to the football match between Barcelona - Real Madrid in December and was told two days before the match that they could not acquire any tickets. I paid more than $ 1,300 and have not seen any refund yet. Every time I requested a refund, they reply that I must wait further 3-4 days. Now we need someone who works in Easysportstickets to take responsibility! I would like a statement from the CEO. It is obvious that others have experienced this. Shall we cooperate against this irresponsible company?

I bought a pair of tickets to the Ukraine France match from EasySportsTickets.com and had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The sales representatives helped me make special requests as this was a gift for my husband. They took care not to spoil the surprise and called me before every email was sent with updates. The seats were next to each other and we had a great view of all the action. Of course the total trump on the field was a great add-on to our experience! Will definitely be using this service again for future gifts and recommending to our friends.

We probably fell in the same "exercise" as many people here. We purchased almost 4 month before the Atletico Madrid- Barcelona game 4 tickets for the event. Today, only a few days before the game we received following message: "We regret to say, but due to the fact that our supplier let us down we cannot provide you the tickets that you requested and ordered."
All our travel, flights, hotels were in order to see that game and now it's ruined.
They still have a chance to make it right, so please, do it now. We waiting for the company representative a quick response.

My friend had recommended easysportstickets.com to me after she had placed an order for a match a few months ago. The seats were brilliant, in the club level area in the center of the pitch, so better, impossible. We arrived to London just a day before the game and the tickets were waiting for us in our Hotel desk, just as the traffic department told us. I will book my tickets again by this page someday.

I bought my boyfriend tickets to the Manchester United versus Arsenal match for our 3 year anniversary gift on Easy Sports Tickets. He has been a long time Man U supporter and it was really the perfect gift. Bought two Champion League Final from Easysportstickets because I'd been let down by another company. The reviews on this site concerned me a little but I have had good experiences myself from companies that others have had bad experiences with and had little choice but to give it a go as there were very few tickets around. I have to say that Easysportstickets were amazing so if you are reading reviews because you are not sure whether to buy from them, I say 100% go ahead. I bought the tickets only 2 days before the game so I called
Them up to check on delivery. The guy who answered the phone could not have been more helpful. He even called the buyer, checked how he'd sent the tickets and then called me back to let me know how they were being sent and when I'd get them. Massively impressed and will absolutely buy from them again, highly recommended.
