I ordered 2 x 2 seats side by side for the champions league match barcelona-juventus but got 4 individual seats just a few hours before the match by e-mail which I had to print in an internet cafe. I complained by reply (had two 14 years old boys with us) but never got any response neither by mail nor by phone although I called them at least 10 times (the number in Spain: +34 *******). Finally the ticket price was extremely high although I understand very well that it is free market price. Note that you will get tickets at the stadium just before the game for much cheaper prices. I will never buy here again.

In November I had bought tickets for La Liga game Real Madrid vs. Atletico Madrid, which was played on the 8th of April 2017. In the previous months before the game, I was in constant contact with the website to make sure that they deliver the tickets to the right address and on time. I was constantly assured that the tickets will be delivered and that I will be notified beforehand when they are dispatched. However I never got the tickets even though 2 hours before the game the company kept on assuring me that they will arrive. I had to buy again the tickets from another company in order not to miss the match. I contacted the company again to ask for refund but they never answered back! They are not reliable, worst customer service I ever encountered!

This company is as bad as they get. I originally booked tickets to watch a Barcelona game that then got moved to the previous day, i had booked very good seats for a surprise for my children, when the game got moved i called them to advise we couldn't attend as was not in Barcelona so asked for a refund they said no it wasn't there problem, after speaking to a very aggressive ignorant man we eventually compromised on if i booked the Juventus match which we could go to he would refund my money so i had no option other to book, as it was a champions league game the tickets were obviously a lot more expensive so i decided not to go, so asked for the 3 tickets for my husband and children, we were unable to have the seats we had originally booked due to the increase in cost. The guy advised the tickets would be at the back of the stadium and the cost per ticket as 235 each he said if i paid this it would guarantee the seating together. After not receiving the tickets through i chased them several times, they said i would receive them but the way i had been treated didn't have much confidence. After still not receiving the tickets on the day, again several call later they appear by email fours hours before kick off, we then have to try and find somewhere to print them off in Barcelona. However the tickets they have sent us have all been split up and the prices per tickets range from 108 to 140! I paid double this per ticket! After another call to advise i had booked tickets together as I have two small children they said they can not ever guarantee tickets together so I've got what i have got and then put the phone down on me! What great customer service. This has now resulted in my children not being able to attend the game as they are not old enough to sit on their own at the game in a foreign country. I am totally disgusted that this company can riot people off and then get away with it. I just wish i had read the reviews before booking with them. Nearly 700 pounds wasted and two very upset children

Do not use ever under any circumstances! I ordered two tickets for a Champions League football game. They were assuring until the last possible moment everything would be ok. That was until the day before the game when I called them 5-6 times and sent them 2 e-mails just to get an e-mail saying "sorry, you are not getting any tickets". They made some fake excuse about their provider not being able to deliver the tickets on time. They also said they would refund the amount I paid. Haven't received anything yet. No one said who would reimburse my plane tickets either, as I was supposed to travel for that game. It is a shame such a company operates nowadays and practically robs people.

First of all I was happy with the contact after visiting their website to persuade me to make the order. After I made the order and paid for it there were no service at all, no confirmation emails etc. I used the chat on the website and got unsatisfactory customer service. When I flew across Europe to see the game the ticket was fake.
I don't think the company tried to hassle me but their supplier contacts are $#*!. I sent them an authentication from the police confirming the fake ticket. Service got even worse, its hard to get the right people answering the phone and everyone is avoiding the responsibility. It's been 3 weeks and no talk of refunding my fake tickets. On the website it says 125% refund but they are not willing to refund more than 100% and rest in store credit. After you've had my experience and a fake ticket you just don't think of purchasing your next ticket from this website. viagogo.com is more expensive but never had any kind of issue. Not recommending this website.

I purchased 2 tickets for seville v Leicester game. When booking I got a call from a man thanking me and assuring me everthing would be fine and they wanted me to have a great experience. I did try to ring the 0203 number which came up on my phone from the airport prior to departure from UK and it would not connect so I feared the worst. In fairness they delivered to my hotel the day before the game and the tickets were genuine. They are clearly returned tickets and whilst we were seats 22 and 24 we sat together in the seville end. It is a risk and a pricey option which are reflected in the mixed reviews.

This website is a total scam! Never buy tickets from them.
I bought tickets in January 2017 for a matrch on the 14th of March in Torino. Not only did I not get the tickets until the last minute, making us miss the game since we are in switzerland, I had bought premium catogory tickets at 245 euro a piece, we recieved low category seats not at all in line with what we purchased.
