Easy Sports Tickets

I purchased a ticket for Arsenal-Dortmund in Dortmund on Nov. 6. I tried contacting (emailing and phoning) for 4 days previous to the event to confirm that ticket delivery would take place and never received a response. Even so I traveled there and the tickets were never delivered. So thanks a lot. Took time off work, booked an expensive train ticket, and was totally let down by this service. I recognize that with ticket resellers there is always a bit of uncertainty, but their inability to be in contact is absolutely piss poor and has cost me alot of money outside of the full refund I expect to get.

I bought tickets for the Chelsea-Galatasaray Champion's League match for me and my mate.
At first, I was a bit nervous because of the price, but as it turns out, all the other sites were much expensive, so I decided to buy there.
Got the confirmation for my order within the hour.
Although I got the tickets 1 day before the match, I was a bit anxious I must say...
But, we received great seats, great price, great energy from the Chelsea fans.

Spent 400 Euro for tickets Barcelona v Villareal. Website advertised wrong date for match which resulted in us spending a fortune on flights and hotel for a match we had no chance of seeing. Company claims they sent an email re "change of date" which is nonsense as I did not receive anything despite constantly checking for arrival of tickets. In any event the date of fixture is set at beginning of season and did not change 3 weeks prior as claimed. Horrible experience. Don't deal with this company!

Bought 3 tickets for Real-Atletico. I was VERY worried. Stupidly, I started reading the reviews only after buying the tickets. 9/10 people had had negative experiences with the site/delivery of tickets and that worried me. I called the credit card company to let them know what I was reading and they recommended I waited until the day of the even and assured me my money would be reimbursed if they didn't deliver them. I kept emailing them, their whole system is very sketchy as they don't really communicate with you throughout the process. Long story short I received the tickets through email in PDF 3 days before the event. I would suggest keep bothering them via email/phone so they have you in mind and end up canceling orders or whatever else they do (from reading other reviews).

My son just celebrated his birthday, and he is a BIG fan of Manchester City.
So I wanted to surprise him and get him 2 tickets. I planned to take him with me and to not tell him where we are going and then he will see that we are at the stadium.
He didn't have a clue about anything...
When I went online to search for tickets, I found this site and as a person who doesn't know about football, I was quit surprised how easy it was to order the tickets and how well the definitions of the categories were explained, so I knew what I was buying.
Everything was sorted, and 4 days before the match I received the tickets to my office, because I didn't want my son to know.
It was brilliant! My son was shocked... We had a lovely time.

Bought what I thought were 2 adjacent seats for a Barcelona game and chose 86 euro tickets and was charged 19 euro admin charge. Total 191 euros.
Got tickets with a face value of of 59 euros not seated together, e-mailed them and got an almost immediate response with a e-mailed paragraph from their terms and conditions which allows them to get any tickets they like despite what you pay, felt like they had the response pre cut and pasted

We ordered tickets to the game in Munich 12/04. (easysportstickets.com.)In last letter from traffic department was said that we would get our tickets before 2 pm that day. The game started on 6.30 pm, but we did not get any tickets even at 6 pm! We were really nervous and spent lots of time to figure out what was going on! Phones did not answer! In 20 minutes before the game we have got an sms that we could get tickets from a man. We called him, he said that he was not from your company and knew nothing, but if we come he would give us another tickets. We were very angry, on f**ng wonderful service! We drove 1000 kilometers to reach Munich, to see that game, we payed more than 1150 euros to get the wrong tickets very high from the ground! We payed for VIP zone, but we seated not in VIP! They dont answer on our letters. We cant to get our money back! We got tickets which coasted 70 euros for 1 ticket! But we payed 1150! DONT BUY TICKETS FROM THAT SITE! NEVER!

The worst service one can imagine! They cancelled my order due to "external reasons" (Gran Derbi tickets) in mid March but they haven't refunded my money yet! After six weeks!
The message I got is as follows:

"Dear client,

Unfortunately, due to external reasons we didn't receive the tickets we ordered for your football match, and we cannot provide you with the tickets that you requested and ordered for the match FC Barcelona vs Real Madrid. Therefore according to our Terms & Conditions we will have to cancel your order and give you a full refund. The refund will be processed during the next 3-4 days and will reach your account within the next few days (depending on your bank's procedure).

Again we apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding.

I wrote them three e-mails and got no response!
