Horrible service and items not sized right! My daughter asked for a black shirt off the website for her birthday. It was $28 but I had a coupon for 10% off and free shipping. They said that I couldn't use the coupon and shipping was $9 because it was from one of their "venders" - whatever that means. I ordered the shirt anyway since it was for bday gift. The shirt was a size 2x but it fit more like a size large, so I had to return it. Paid my own priority mail postage and tracked when it was delivered to their address. Two weeks later - no refund - so I call. I am told that because the item is from a "vender" it will take 4 to 8 weeks to process my refund and "Oh, by the way," $7.50 will be deducted from my refund for processing the return. So this shirt ended up costing me $43 by the time I paid return postage, and they are going to refund me 21.50 in a couple months.

My mom ordered from this website at the begining we had many technicals problem but the team were very helpful and helped us alot. My mom loved the items and we recieved them in no time. However I was kinda upset to know that items we loved the most cannot be shipped internationaly. Overall experience was very good and we'll order from them again

BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY! I have been shopping with this company for over 20 years NEVER had a problem until now. I ordered 5 items 2 pair of capris. On line they were listed for $24.99 each. When I got the catalog that was inside my shipment the price was $18.99. I called and asked for the difference {$12.00}. I was told no we are not allowed to give price reduction anymore. I asked to speak to a manager, they also said no. I told them that I would send back the entire order. I asked them so you are willing to lose a $150.00 order over $12.00. I was told go ahead and send them back but we can't give you the price difference. After all these years and this is how you treat your loyal customers? Trust me when I tell you there a tons of other places that I can shop and get way better customer service. Oh by the way. In the catalog it says original price was $26.99 crossed that off and put sale price as $18.99. I think there is a bit of a bait and switch of pricing going on here.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... I will NEVER order from this site again. It's been over a month and I just ordered curtains. I would gladly pay more $ from site that can actually help me when I call their customer service line.

Everything looks beautiful on the models but the quality I received of items was quite poor and I have returned everything I purchased from them (several orders as I tried several times) but one item. Was really ticked as they tell you get free shipping if you purchase their $19.99 (I think the price was) shipping for a year and YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANYTIME. However, if you RETURN the items and cancel they charge you the shipping free. Sizing was really off as well.

I placed order April 21 2021---all items were in stock--They still have not even processed the order as of
May 10-2021--They must have lost all of their help---By the time they get around to pulling items to ship--Then they will probably be on back order---I had used a promo code--that did not include backorder or clearance items---They won't let you cancel the order--so I will probably be charged the higher price--Alot of items are always on backorder--I only live 3 hrs from their warehouse--but they charge the highest cost for the slowest shipping--It usually takes a month or more to receive anything--I AM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY---I WOULD SAY IT IS VERY POORLY MANAGED!

Since my order on May 18, the order has shown "processing." My order confirmation states: "Shipping Method: Regular
Will arrive within 7-14 business days, to the contiguous US."

I've tried emailing through the website to see when the order will ship, but the website flashes an error message when you submit the email, so fast that you may not even notice it. Basically they've intentionally broken their email form for order inquiries (For those that have never seen a reply, your email message through the website probably never got sent.)

I have called them 4 times in the past week and followed their phone tree options, and each time I got hung up on because "no one was available to take my call." I tried the "new order" option and immediately got connected to someone named "Tim." He said since my order was in process that they couldn't cancel the order. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. It is standard practice for companies to allow you to cancel if the order hasn't shipped. This is what computers and automated inventory systems are for.

Customer service person Tim said he put a message on my order for the warehouse manager to get back to me via email within the hour on the status of my order. I have little faith that I will receive any email or even that the order will progress.

Next move is to work on a chargeback from my credit card company. Perhaps a class action law suit is in the works? It sounds like they've held up a lot of people's money and even stolen from people by not sending items or failing to process returns.

I have shopped OneStopPlus several times. My most recent experiences have resulted in one less consumer. The clothing is rather shoddy and expensive now. In addition, I participated in a BOGO and purchased several items. Unfortunately, the items that were needed for winter did not arrive until AFTER Winter. When I placed my order, all items were in stock. After completing the purchase, I received an email stating that 1/2 the items I purchased are on back-order due to high-demand. Upon issuing an email and inquiry, I received a response from the company that was rather insulting. I am an educated individual with comprehension abilities that are aligned with my age and intellect. The absurd and insulting part of the email was in the last lines, which were in all caps and with text size that would have appeared on the first line of an eye chart, I decided that would be my final exchange with this company. Unless you are seeking high-priced clothing that should be placed in a bargain bin and customer service representatives that are insulting and socially inept, I would advise shopping elsewhere.

USED to be Great, But No more

I have been a customer for years of Roamans, Jessica London & Woman Within. Since the merger of the these 3 sites and the additional companies combining at One Stop Plus I have seen quality go down as prices go up. Besides the huge differences in sizing, I have been having prices change as I add them to my cart (ALWAYS higher) Here is the latest problem I had while trying to find another jacket after the one I received was off size and had a VERY bad chemical smell. I used the chat to try and resolve this as an item was $12 more in my cart than it showed in the description. I started taking screen shots because I've been through this before. I was told to clear my history, that I have an old price showing. Even as I was in my cart, it was showing at the lower price under "previously viewed items" I told them I was would buy it someplace else if they don't honor their shown prices and the customer service rep ended the chat. RUDE! I don't have to clear my browser history to shop on other sites, or worry about something changing from page to page without me catching it, so I am done with One Stop Plus.

I'm a credit card holder of the Roman's credit card. You would think that as a preferred card holder that they would give me a better service. I tried to stay patient as business in general is different since the covid shut downs and so forth. But, what I'm seeing is that the OneStopPlus community brand has a lot of sales but yet their stock is either non-existent or so back ordered that you are waiting 3 months or more for your items. I just had bariatric surgery. So I order clothes often as I go down in sizes. By the time I get the stock, I've gone down in size and can no longer fit it. So I end up having to send it back. And of course there is a fee if you want a full refund instead of credit. So you are forced again if you want your full money back to get in their continuous back order loop of lack of stock because of their forever big huge sales. I appreciate the sales, but not at the expense of back ordered stock and not having it at all. One time, I ordered sandles at late winter. I figured it would be here by late spring. I didn't get it till summer was over. SHAMEFUL!

Have shopped w/ Full Beauty and the other companies included under their umbrella for well over 10 years. I've had to have many exchanges and while I don't care for the "buy the exchange, we will refund the return" I've done it many times. It just ties up the money on the Full Beauty Credit Card. This year I purchased a leather coat for my son for Xmas. When he tries it on there was a tear under the pocket. I called them and wanted to "exchange" it. I did not want to buy it again- I did not want to send it back and wait the 3-6 weeks to make it their return/exchange department. I asked that they send me a new coat and I'd send this back at the same time using their return label, OR send me an OVERNITE return label- it would at least cut off the shipping back time. They would do neither. I have worked at Duluth Trading, and shop online at Zulily, Wayfair and Amazon. ALL 3 of those companies have replaced damaged items immediately, and sometimes they don't even want them back. WHY, because I do All my shopping online. I have been with those companies for many years and have spent a lot of money. I am treated like the customer I am.
I returned the coat for a full refund, all the credit cards (at one time you had to have separate cards for Roamans, WW and King Size) cut in half and EVERY packing I could fine from the last few years. I cancelled my accounts and credit cards. I will NEVER shop with them again.

Never received the order confirmation email, never received notice that you have to cancel in 2 hours but did receive emails to buy more stuff immediately so I know my email was good. After 24 hours, I went online found the order number & went though the automated system which said no order existed. Called CS & they could not find with the order # but found with my name/address. Asked when I could expect the order, was told they didn't know when the order would be processed/shipped, this information was supposed to be on the initial email that I didn't receive the email but the CS & Sup said they did not have the information in the computer system. Asked to cancel the order, was told by CS & a Sup. That the order could not be canceled in their system since it was in the processing status. I advised that I would refuse the order from FedEX. I monitored the order for a couple of weeks, nothing happened, never processed, I removed my payment information from the account. Finally after 20 days I get an email the company & the order shipped & an email from my CC that it billed (not sure how since the CC was not in the account). Called the company & stated I would still refuse the shipment. Even went to the effort of getting FedEx to ship back to company but even they delivered the package today. (Contacted a sup at Fedex, they came & got the package same day). If I had of seen any of these reviews. I would never have ordered from the company, DO NOT buy from them their company is "hinkey"

This company is just awful. The clothes are ill fitting. The customer service is very poor. And the promo codes are really scams as far as I'm concerned. I placed an order online using a promo code which was "accepted". Only after I completed the order did it show the promo code actually didn't go through. I then called customer service to have them correct the issue and was told they could not help me at the time of night I called (about 9pm EST) and I should call during the day at a different number. I called the number given the next day only to learn that it was specific to "card holder" billing issues and was then told to call the original customer service number. Once again, I called that number only to be told that because my order was at the time being processed, there was nothing they could do and I should call them back in 2 more days.

In the meantime, I poked around the website and found the promo code restriction area which made me wonder what items you COULD purchase using a promo code! I've never seen so many items you were not allowed to apply the PC to. This is where I learned the PC's are not applicable on plus sizes. Prior to unsubscribing to their emails, they would send me PC's adjacent to the plus size clothing they were advertizing, only to find out that you can't use the codes on plus sizes along with a long list of other disqualifying items!

I will not use one stop plus any longer and if you want to save yourself a lot of aggrevation, you won't use them either!

Placed an order with onestopplus.com using a coupon. Although the order was placed and confirmed, I did not receive the item. AFTER checking the status of my account online and NEVER receiving an email from onestopplus.com, I called the customer service department. I was told that the coupon was not meant for onestopplus.com, it was only meant for Chadwicks. Any orders that were placed on onestopplus.com using the coupon were canceled by onestopplus.com and not be honored. I explained that the coupon was accepted on the onestopplus.com site and that my order was confirmed on the onestopplus.com site. It should not be any customer's inconvenience of not receiving their order because of the company's mistake. I was told that they will not honor the coupon and basically that was the end of the conversation. I asked to speak to the supervisor, and I was given the same spill by the supervisor without any attempt of resolution. This order was meant to be part of a Christmas present for my mom. The order was only. 99. So, basically, I received bad customer service and a bad impression of the onestopplus.com over. 99. Will never attempt an order with them again!

Never use this site! I'm still waiting for my item even though UPS has no record it ever shipped! Just try to get these third-world idiots in "customer service" to comprehend what you're trying to tell them! They just keep reading from scripts!

When are Americans going to stand up & refuse to shop with companies that use outsourced customer service and technical support? Not another dime of my money goes to this company or ANY of the merchants under this banner - i. I placed an order and paid using paypal. It shipped without delay. Next thing I know, I get a letter saying I never paid and have an unpaid balance. The tone of the letter was slightly threatening, like I did something wrong. Turns out, OSP never completed the order with PayPal, it was still pending. PayPal had been trying to contact them about the status and I used the email provided on OSP site to contact them as well. I never got a response. A month later, I placed an order on one of the sister sites, and again paid with PayPal. I get an email saying they aren't going to process because of an outstanding balance. I responded to this email, copying the two other emails I had already sent. I explained what paypal had told me and informed OSP that I would not pay another way, credit card or whatever, until the original PayPal order was canceled. This made sense to me - why would I leave a pending order out there, I could end up paying twice if they suddenly decided to complete it. They responded to this email by saying I need to call their 1-800 number. Why would I call a number, when they have an email to solve customer service issues? I don't have time to call, the number is only staffed to 4pm local time, when I am still at work. I responded again, saying I would rather they cancel the original order so that I can pay another way, they will not respond to any further emails. I find this outrageous. The most rediculous 'customer service' I have ever dealt with.
