How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at OneStopPlus?

Not anymore. When you do get someone, they aren't completely honest.

Long wait on the phone to talk to someone. They said about 10 minutes it was 37 minutes.

The wait time is awful. The first lady I spoke with I knew was not being honest with me and acted inconvenienced by my phone call. I asked for her supervisor. The supposed supervisor didn't know much so I requested to speak with someone in management. I was greeted by an aggressive person and was just stunned at the rudeness. It is so sad how bad the service and the quality has deteriorated over the past three years or four years.
