I ordered from this company in April 2021. Merchandise didn't come until the end of May. I had 60 days to return improper fitting material and I mailed them back within that time. I returned them the end of June. A month later August 4, they returned the merchandise saying I was too late returning them for a refund. They even told me when I called I could stay on the line all day but they will not give me a refund. I was disappointed with some of the material that was used in the capris also. This is a company I would recommend not using their size chart. Needless to say I will never order from them again.
Tip for consumers:
They do not send out orders in a timely manner. Their size chart is wrong, or at least for me. You don’t find out about your returns until a month later. In my case they sent the merchandise back to me. The returns are only free if you take it on a gift card for their stores.
