I regret making a purchase from Oak & Luna without researching and checking reviews. I purchase an item and paid an extra $15 for shipping so that it arrived with 4 business days. Well the day before the arrival the status "preparing your purchase", the same status for the last 2 days. I emailed customer service and have not heard back nor have I received my necklace. And there is not a phone number listed to speak to someone just email. Worst customer service ever! Lesson learned
140.00 for a necklace that was worth 30.00 at best. Good for a 5 year old not a 16 year old. Lola looked like Leld or Lela super tiny and of poor quality. Return terms with this company are awful. Buyer beware. 0 stars. I wanted my money back and now am being told I will only get a partial refund for my return. They offered me another item, I saw this one why would I want anything else from this company. I have since cut my losses (as I suspect the have this policy now for a reason) sent the product back as I would have been embarrassed to give this as a sweet sixteen gift. I purchased a beautiful replacement from Zales for the same price. I cant tell you how disappointed I am on how this was handled. I wish I could post photos.

I purchased 3 chains and pendant for my family... The "sterling silver" turnt from sliver to black in less then 3wks it's not water resistant. It looked good, but not good! I won't recommend anyone to waste your money.

The necklace with an initial was supposed to be gold vermeil. Maybe the initial was but the chain portion of the necklace was definitely not. Felt like costume jewelry I would buy from a cheap department store. Took forever to get here and Certainly not worth $120.

After placing order through Amazon, I inquired about cancellation because I wanted to change the style. I never received a reply. Two weeks later, when the item didn't arrive, I find out that the order was actually cancelled by Oak & Luna without informing me. The only way to contact customer service is via email & hope that they reply within 48hr. They have no telephone to talk to human.

This company may sell some nice products. However their customer services is the worst of any business you will ever experience. You can't reach a live person. The email center staffing doesn't understand what they are doing. They will not adequately address your concerns and then they will just become outright rude.
In my particular case they send a discount coupon with my order, to be used on my next order. The discount code however is bad. Almost as if one of their employees already used the code. I emailed them about this and after 3 weeks and 10 email exchanges, they either don't udnerstand what the issue is or they do but they just don't care.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Even with urgent 2 day shipping you will find yourself waiting weeks. They do not tell you their products are made and shipped from Israel. Completely misleading. Horrible customer service you only talk to robots with no valuable info. I guess we'll see if it ever arrives if the jewelry is worth it, heard other reviews that the pictures are bull$#*! too and they don't even look good.

I recently received a necklace that was not as ordered, there was a piece missing. I emailed and, after sending some pics of it to Maria at customer service, I have already received a replacement piece, correct this time and free of charge as well as free postage and 30% off a future purchase within the next 6 months. The necklace was a birthday gift for my daughter in law so I was lucky that my son took her on a holiday and it has arrived before they have! Although I was initially disappointed I can say that I was extremely impressed by their prompt and efficient customer service.

Arrived 2 weeks later when extra paid for express delivery. Said it was sterling silver but tarnished after 1 shower. Very disappointed. Beautiful looking but materials not so much
I purchased a item that I ordered for my wife for Mother's Day. That item came in late and I paid for the express service to have it delivered early. The chain was twisted and in knots. I emailed customer service and they took more than 48 hours to get back with me and then when I requested a refund they refused to give me information on how to perform this task. This is the worst business that I know of - please do not purchase anything from this company. I will report them to the BBB ASAP!

I ordered a small initial necklace. It arrived and the letter is upside down. Their response 'this item was made as specified' I'm not sure if they mean I specified I wanted it upside down or if they mean the item is made that way... It is not SPECIFIED on the website that the letter would be upside down... If it was I wouldn't have ordered it!
They offered me a partial refund... However never offered to fix the issue. I give the jewelry AND customer service one star. Completely unimpressed.
You pay $60 for $10 worth of product and you can't return it buyer beware. They will make it impossible to return it
Worst, Unreasonable customer service. Ordered a custom necklace. When it was delivered it was not what I had ordered. When I had contacted them to see if they could correct it, they wanted an extra $140 to correct one letter, on a $290 necklace! After shipping $305 for a necklace that is incorrect but they wanted $140 to fix it on their fault! They wouldn't accommodate anything. Worst experience ever!

Ordered the necklance with my newborn daughters name in November 2020 to arrive by Christmas. It is not at all apparent from the site that the product actually is manufactured and gets shipped all the way from Israel which takes forever. The necklace finally came on Christmas day (over a month later), but the company was missing the suite number in my address and it was rejected and sent back to them. At this point they would not offer me a refund and said that I can either reorder at a 30% discount or wait for the item to get shipped back to Israel so that they can reship it to me at the correct address. So here we are at the end of February 4 months later and the necklace still has not come back to them. Then once it does, it will take another two months to come back to me which we would now be looking at 6 months. I have asked for a replacement and they refuse. I have asked for a refund and they say that they would refund only 30% making it seem like it is my fault that the had the wrong address on their package (even if it was, they should have still refunded). I wish I had never ordered from them and read the reviews first. Terrible company, terrible business practices and terrible customer service.
I ordered a pair of necklaces for my wife for valentines day. They were ordered in mid January with the promise they would arrive before V day. They weren't shipped until Feb the 16th. When I reached out multiple times to check on the items and ask for my money back to purchase something that would actually arrive in time the customer service was the opposite of helpful. No updates on tracking, offering for me to return the packages for a 70% refund... when they still hadn't arrived. It's not Feb 18th... no packages and I'm out $200. I ordered 2 necklaces and one hangs properly and one hangs upside down. I believe it has to do with the circular connector being placed to low on the "H" versus being higher up on the "I." I've tried working with customer service on numerous occasions to resolve this issue but they claim the necklace is just fine. If this is truly the intended design why don't they displace the upside down wearing on their website?

It was the thinnest and cheapest jewelry I have seen but my wife said she liked it, so I ended up keeping it and it broke a week later. Trying to get a replacement has been impossible, they keep telling me I will receive a return label by email in 24 to 48 hrs and I never get it. I somehow get daily advertisements from them but they can't seem to email me my label. Only could chat to communicate BIG RIPOFF

Answer: They blame FedEx for a delivery that they sent out late -as per their own confirmation of shipping email, and FedEx date stamped envelope.
Answer: I did not choose them. I was asked for a specific item and purchased it as a gift. Will never, ever purchase from them again,. No matter how good (or bad) the quality. They blamed FedEx for their own mistake (I have proof of that) and never apologized for the late delivery assuming their responsibility. I cannot support a company that blames another company for their mistakes.
