I never got earrings that were supposed to be shipped in time for Christmas. I contact the "help desk" via email, because that is the ONLY way you can get in touch with anyone from this company. They offered me 20 dollars to re order a different pair of earrings from their site... cool, I placed my order for a new set of earrings that I had not originally picked out. Now, those earrings are out of stock and I never got a shipment. I have paid money for earrings that I have never received, can not contact anyone about it unless its through a stupid email, and they are still giving me the "run around" and not giving me a refund after I have asked multiple pile times. At this point, I am tired of dealing with the company and I just want my money back. This has been a terrible experience.
I placed an order the first week of dec for a necklace with our new born baby's name. It was intended to be her Christmas gift and had latest date to receive dec 22. It's now Jan 12 and I just got it. I went back and forth with support and they said for the inconvenience they'd send a pair of earrings with the reordered necklace (they didn't come with the order). I'll never use this site again. They screwed up both orders and ruined my wife's Christmas surprise.
Purchased a necklace DEC 3 for a Christmas gift. Shipping instructions stated it would arrive in 6-7 days. Followed the shipping to a Dec 12 arrival, to the 18th (saying it was in transit to my home!) NEVER ARRIVED. Tried to contact customer service. NO RESPONSE, no number to call, held hostage to email notification that never get answered. I went back on the Transit info (Dec 30th) to show my purchase is BACK IN NY in transit? Holiday is over and Family has left!... maybe I will get a response now!

What can you say about an order that never arrived and all the company will do is offer you a discount on another order? Lots of four-letter words come to mind -- the first of which is SCAM! I placed an order on November 28 that was promised to arrive on December 11 -- to be upgraded to overnight shipping. Instead, they claim to have shipped it on December 14 (three days past its original arrival date). Here I sit, December 28, still with no product. Disappointed not only that this Christmas gift never arrived, but with two emails from the company in broken English offering nothing more than an apology. I'll be reaching out to my credit card company to attempt a refund, as well.
I am pleased with the end product & the packaging. I was disappointed that when I ordered it the website stated 'Expected by 12/22'. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. I knew it would be a close call. They shipped it 5 days prior to Christmas but they sent it USPS! Who does that? Anyway, needless to say it did not arrive until the day after Christmas. My daughter loves the neckless. I did send an email saying how disappointed I was for their choice in shipment. I received a quick response w/ an offer for 2 free gifts of which I had no interest in. I felt for the price of the free item they could have sent it UPS or FEDEX. I would purchase again from them.
This site is a scam. I ordered a necklace for my daughter (13 yrs old) on Dec 7th for Xmas. I was guaranteed delivery before Xmas. I emailed a week before to confirm the delivery date and guaranteed before Xmas... the item never came. Today is Dec 27 and I am still disputing and my daughter never got the necklace I was so excited about. Customer service lies and they go off a script. Reviews that are good can't possibly be real. I can't stand this company. I have disputed the payment.
Do not trust these guys for anything. They will blame everyone else for their mistake and then not offer anything except some awful earrings for compensation. They promised for an item to be shipped by a certain date and then shipped it two days later and blamed everyone else but them for their mistake. I understand mistakes happen I am not an unrealistic person, but you own up to your mistake and then you offer a solution or compensation for the mistake. You don't try to pull the wool over someone's eyes and say you upgraded the shipping for free after it already traveled 5,000 miles into the USA from Isreal. I would give this company zero starts if possible. Awful service and awful solutions for customers.
I don't usually write reviews, but this website is just stealing from customers. I order a necklace for my girlfriend for Christmas and it never got delivered. They also have the Worst customer service ever. Don't buy from them, you will never get your stuff.
I received my granddaughters gifts right on time for Christmas but was very disappointed. The name necklace starts out to look good but the final a in Anna looks like an e which of course looks like Anne. The ring is extremely thin and adjustable making it look like something from Claires. The packaging actually brings the gifts down instead of enhancing them and they look like something I picked up for $10.00 instead of over $100.00. I even paid an extra $5.00 for a bag and the gift card.

My wife bought a necklace for herself and a gift for someone. It turns out that the gold on the necklace and pendant is turning color, from gold when first received to greenish color. She has been trying to return the jewelry for the last 2 weeks now. Still waiting for shipping label. Their return policy is less than desirable. Very disappointed. This is her first time purchasing any jewelry from this business. Will not recommend.

Don't order anything with an 'i'. In fact, just stay away completely. No phone number (by design it appears) though their emails and website have a pithy phone icon with "24". Email response (3-5 days later) informs they aren't set up for phones, so INTENTIONALLY deceptive. Just a garbage company.
Ordered a Name in 14k, paid $261, not 14k, gold plated, letters incorrect, attached chain cheap, does not match picture. Customer service never replied to my e-mails. Next time I will buy local.
I purchased an initial necklace from Oak and Luna. I needed a J and nowhere on the website was it shown. When the necklace arrived, it looked nothing like a J. I wanted to return it and was told there is a 30% restocking fee. If they showed how it would look on the website, then I would have never purchased it. Very disappointed
Misleading 10% off initial purchase; ordering is impossible to navigate. Tried to order 4 initial necklaces, and got two prices for identical items. Was told it was buy 2 necklaces, that would validate the lower price. Still issues, and was told over and over someone would reach me via text or email. Above took me over one hour; and 6 hours later, I still have not heard from "Jason". So disappointed, was sure this was the item. Ordered from Nordstrom Rack instead. Very poor.

Do not order from Oak & Luna. You are gambling in every way. Their customer service is non-existent, they don't respond, and what they show on their website is not necessarily what you will get. I ordered an engraved piece, and expected it to show up like it shows on the website. It showed up as a crappy, laser-etched piece. The products are completely misrepresented on their site and they don't back anything. You can't call them because they're "completely online", but their people are also never available. They said I can return it for 10% of what I paid. They deceive and lie. Do not order from them. By the way, in the pictures, the "I" is what I received. The "Emma" is what they're advertising on their site. The "I" looks terrible... It's printed in white instead of actually engraved into the piece as they say it is.

The chain on the name necklace is very, very basic and there's no way to detach the name charm to put it on a better quality chain. The name, as others have said, is very thin and I can understand how it could break easily. Finally, shouldn't even gold-plate have some shine and not have to come packed with a card to prevent tarnishing? Overall, very disappointed based on what I paid for this piece.
Answer: I purchased a 10k gold necklace and emblem for Oak & Luna and got it two weeks after ordering. It was the thinnest and cheapest jewelry I have seen but my wife said she liked it, so I ended up keeping it and it broke a week later. Trying to get a replacement has been impossible, they keep telling me I will receive a return label by email in 24 to 48 hrs and I never get it. I somehow get daily advertisements from them but they can't seem to email me my label. Only could chat to communicate BIG RIPOFF

Answer: They blame FedEx for a delivery that they sent out late -as per their own confirmation of shipping email, and FedEx date stamped envelope.
Answer: I did not choose them. I was asked for a specific item and purchased it as a gift. Will never, ever purchase from them again,. No matter how good (or bad) the quality. They blamed FedEx for their own mistake (I have proof of that) and never apologized for the late delivery assuming their responsibility. I cannot support a company that blames another company for their mistakes.
