Worst customer service. My necklace broke after one wear. I contacted customer service and requested a replacement, which they agreed would be shipped once they received the broken necklace. Three months later and they still hadn't processed the replacement EVEN THOUGH they confirmed they received my broken necklace...
The name necklace is paper thin and too delicate to even wear. Very poor quality and there is very little gold in the necklace at all. I venture to say it is about $40 worth of gold (by weight).
My name is "Nicolette" there is no "I" to speak of, I paid 250 for the mon petit necklace-I had a stronger chain and I put it on bc the one it came w was EXTREAMLY flimsy, the necklace has been in the shop twice after the N hooked on my shirt and pulled away from (where the "I" is supposed to be) I wish I hadn't spent the money honestly or, went to a local jeweler... there is (a slight bit) more defining where the I SHOULD be now that it broke and I had it soldered :(
I got very worried after making and order from oak and luna and then visited this website and saw so many negative reviews.
However I had a GREAT experience shopping with oak and Luna. The items arrived before the planned dates, zero errors and I absolutely love my neckless! Highly recommended.
Do not order from Oak & Luna it's a waste of your hard earned money! My order was late and the quality is $#*!. My mini initial G looks like a C. Not what I ordered. The "gold" if that's what it even is looks tarnished. Totally a waste
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They were unable to get our order right, did not deliver on time, do not have a replacement, and want to charge us a restocking fee. I'm truly sorry I didn't read the BBB complaints before doing business with them.
I was so disappointed when I got my necklace is the cheap the hook on it I couldn't even close it because it was so small I am just not happy at all. I ordered this necklace back in June and I just receive it today so it took about a month and a half to get to me and this is what I get. I really want my money back because it just looks cheap and I don't wear cheap. Got this for my moms birthday and this is not how I buy her gifts do not order anything from this place it looks really good on the website the person it looks like something from Walmart. I heard some folks did get their refund I'm definitely going to try to get my refund.
I had the worst experience with this company. I waited about a month and a half for my shipment to come in when the expected shipping date was much before that. I was also provided with incorrect shipping and when I emailed them that I needed a refund and this was not acceptable they were no help. After countless emails I was only able to get 70% of my money back and as of right now they're not paying for shipping to send it back to ISREAL! Do not recommend this company.
It's honestly expensive n not worth it in one day the gold started scratching off it also bent the same day and pieces chipped off tbh if you're gonna spend this much just save an extra 150-200 and get solid gold jewelry somewhere else

What a joke Oak & Luna is. It has been 10 weeks since my order and still no delivery. ZERO customer service, only automated replies. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
Jewellery broke. Trying to get reply to emails about replacement. No use. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I could not write the review with none! The customer service is absolutely upsetting as its frustrating not getting any help with faulty items.
They invoiced me and then charged my CC double as it does not tell you what currency they charge you in upon check out. Reading previous reviews I can see that this is a problem that others have encounterd to. They are very well aware that this is not abiding by consumer policy. I emailed them and 3 weeks later still refused to give me a full refund as it says under shipping that they charge US - Very deceitful as you shouldn't be looking through the website to investigate what currency you'll be charged in. If it says an amount upon check out that's lawfully what you have consented to only remove from your account, them removing any more is considered as FRAUDULENT. Again, they are aware and don't care. Don't bother with this company, they don't deserve your money.
I ordered a necklace which when delivered was incorrect. I thought getting it fixed would be easy but that is not the case. They are slow to respond and send pre-written responses. And their options for fixing the problem are not on par for the prices they charge. You can find similar on Etsy.
I ordered a necklace with certain letters, and it arrived incorrectly. They refused to replace it, instead saying I needed to pay a 30% restocking fee to get a replacement. Furthermore, I paid $20 extra for expedited shipping, and it arrived very late, well past Mother's Day, ans wont refund my $20 shipping. Just an awful company. They won't respond to my inquiries now. Just terrible. Awful. Do not, and I repeat, do not buy anything from this company.
I bought a necklace from them and it broke after 4 months. Since I had their 6 replacement warranty I contacted them & they sent me a label to mail it to them (even tho I had mailed them a photo.) No idea what they were going to do with MY name on a broken necklace. Anyway that has been MONTHS ago & I have heard nothing from them. I can't even find their phone number. They now have my $$$ and my necklace. If u order from them don't plan on having a warranty and don't plan on it lasting very long
Ordered mid April for Mother's Day thinking this should be enough time. It is now June 1st and still nothing only promises. If there is a negative star I would do it. Save your money dont order from Oak and Luna. Nothing but scam artist with a fancy website.
I placed an order for a birthday gift for my daughter. It was to arrive on 5/21. That date came and went, and no notification. I contacted them, they said they'd check with the courier. No further update. On May 30 I reached out again, got no response, and on my third try, I was told the item was actually sold out. Outrageous.
Item ordered for Mother's Day... paid for express shipping to have it arrive in time. Was "guaranteed" by May 8. Website states that they updated their delivery estimates to account for COVID related delays.
Didn't arrive in time for Mother's Day, I emailed and a generic computer generated email eventually was sent back to me asking me to confirm my address. Upon doing that, their only suggestion was to continue to wait for the item.
I contacted American Express and disputed the charges and at their advice will refused acceptance of the jewelry should it ever arrive.
Seems like a scam. It was ordered on April 14th and supposed to deliver on May 1st. It's nos the 25th and they say it shipped, but the tracking number says it's waiting on the package.
I've asked for my money back, but they say it's going to arrive anytime now, but it hasn't shipped...

It was the thinnest and cheapest jewelry I have seen but my wife said she liked it, so I ended up keeping it and it broke a week later. Trying to get a replacement has been impossible, they keep telling me I will receive a return label by email in 24 to 48 hrs and I never get it. I somehow get daily advertisements from them but they can't seem to email me my label. Only could chat to communicate BIG RIPOFF

Answer: They blame FedEx for a delivery that they sent out late -as per their own confirmation of shipping email, and FedEx date stamped envelope.
Answer: I did not choose them. I was asked for a specific item and purchased it as a gift. Will never, ever purchase from them again,. No matter how good (or bad) the quality. They blamed FedEx for their own mistake (I have proof of that) and never apologized for the late delivery assuming their responsibility. I cannot support a company that blames another company for their mistakes.
