I had been wanting to order my daughter and myself matching name necklaces for a while. I actually ended up ordering hers from another company, but it was double the price. So when I saw I could order myself one with O&L for half the price I decided I could afford to get myself one as well.
Overall I'd say the communication with O&L regarding my order processing was frequent considering the current circumstances in the world right now.

There was a random charge for $2 extra to my card by this company after my order was placed.
Regarding the extra charge. I did check their Instagram and there are many complaints of the same issue or even double charges, but the company has replied stating they are working on resolving this issue at this time and isn't ghosting people so that gives them some credibility.
Overall, I'd say the company is trying their best and you get what you pay for as far as quality.
DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered $460 worth of jewelry for Mother's Day and cancelled the order the next morning after seeing that they have an F on the BBB and thousands of bad reviews. They want to charge me a 30% restocking fee even though I cancelled just 10 HOURS after the order. That's $138 of my refund that they want to keep.

I ordered something from them a month before Mother's Day and now it's almost two weeks since the "estimated delivery date" and I still haven't received my order
Ordered a Mother's Day gift well in advance due to COVID precautions I added $15 upgrade express shipping. "Guaranteed" my order would arrive in time to gift it. It was a day late. So no Mother's Day gift on Mother's Day... Attempted to contact company but was less than enthused to see the only way to communicate with this "business" was via electronic communication. Was met with an automated email offering cubic zirconia earrings instead of just refunding the $15. This is bad business and I shouldn't be surprised. Shame on me for not researching this company better. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone friend or otherwise. $#*!ty way to do business. I wish you all the worst of luck in your endeavors Oak & Luna. Hopefully you go out of business.
This jewlery is overpriced and very cheaply made. My 10k necklace is as thin as a strand of hair. The ring i bought for 50$ is already changing colors on my finger.
I placed and order on April 21 for a Mother's day gift. The site stated the package would arrive between 05/01/2020 - 05/05/2020. The package did not arrive on May 5th as promised on the website. I emailed them on May 5th to ask about my order and they responded the next day to only ask me to confirm the mailing address then I haven't heard anything back about when it will arrive. I checked the tracking and it shows that they didn't even ship my order until May 6th even though I placed the order on April 21. Now the package isn't going to arrive until May 11 after Mother's day. Also, there is no customer service phone number and good luck getting them to respond through email.
Ordered something for mothers day for my wife, ordered it early and they won't reply to me (the order is late), I've been trying to reach them for weeks, I tried to request a refund and the button is disabled on their site.
Ordered a gift for mothers day and and the necklace came but none of the names on necklace were not are kids. Not sure who got my kids name. This company outsources to China (same place COVID came from) so some little kids is making it. DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I ordered a nameplate necklace for my mom and requested grammy in all lowercase letters. They emailed stating that they cannot do all lowercase letters to let them know within 24 hours if I still wish to proceed and that my order would be put on hold until I responded. I quickly replied and said I did not wish to proceed and to please cancel and refund my order. The next day I got an email stating that production had already begun and if I wish to still cancel I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee. I asked why would I have to pay anything if they weren't able to fulfill my order, but I have yet to get any sort of response or a refund.

Ordered a necklace on April 5th for my daughters birthday on the 17th and still have not received it. The order was supposed to have been an overnight shipment as stated on your site when you ordered a pre-made name necklace. I have been tracking the status of the package and it has gone from supposedly arriving on the 16th to now being located in MN when I live in VA. How did the product go from being in NY and getting delivered on the 16th to now being in MN and there is no date for delivery listed! If the product is not received by the end of this month, I will be reporting this company to the BBB and will be demanding a refund from this company! The worst experience for a first time buyer. I will definitely NOT be recommending you to my friends who love personalized jewelry. VERY DISAPPOINTING! To make matters worst, you contact their customer service line only to be told that they did not honor the overnight shipping because their site did not and does not update for the overnight shipping which means I would have paid an additional $20 for the overnight shipping. They provided no additional assistance other than sorry not sorry responses. TERRIBLE! Save your time and save yourself a headache and do not order from their site. Take your chances with AMAZON.
This is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I ordered a bracelet for my wife, as an anniversary gift, going on about a month ago and i have yet to receive the bracelet or a refund. 10 days after purchasing I reach out to them to let them know that I haven't received any shipping info and it was a few days away from my delivery date. They respond with letting me know that they no longer have what I ordered and that I should pick something else because they already printed my pendant. Not wanting to but not being given any choice, I picked something else and was told that it would still be delivered on time. On my delivery date I reached out again and was told to wait a few more days. 3 days after that I reach out and they say my item is still in production, even though I was already told it was produced and shipping out. Now here I am a few days away from it being a month since I ordered, with no bracelet and no refund. Everyday that I reach out I'm told the same thing, that they're looking into my issue and to wait. They keep giving me the same automated responses no mater who I talk to. So I'm forced to call my bank and put a stop payment on that charge. Worst part is that I'm 1 day away from my anniversary with no gift because of them and they could care less. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! NEVER AGAIN!
First of all. Anyone can go buy any of these products from the third party for about a qtr of the price. Custom and everything. Don't pay these crazy prices.
Secondly I ordered from them 2.5 weeks ago and they said everything is shipping normal and ontime so I ordered to have a gift here for a bday party and support their company. I had a store like this before so I know how it is.
Fast track to today the product still hasn't even got to the U.S. and needless to say my daughter won't get her gift.
I asked for a refund and I'd return the product because I was mislead and lied to. They said no. That's it.

I purchased a gold chain shortly after having it for two weeks the chain broke I mailed the broken chain back to the company with their own return label provided and that was sent to me and two months later they said that they have not received the defective merchandise even though I have a tracking number that it's been received I have emailed numerous of times and it seems as if someone had blocked my emails from coming through I had to take an alternative route to get through the via email once I got through they're saying that they still have not received the package however it has been received because I do have the tracking number for it and I consistently continue to get emails there's no phone number to call there's no one to talk to it's just been a bunch email Going back-and-forth and it's been over two months and I have not received my replacement item this is a rip off! I am truly disappointed in the way this issue has been handled don't buy rip off!
RECOMMENDATION - Check Etsy to find same items for 25% less.
Super disappointed in my experience with this company. I purchased two personalized necklaces from the company - not inexpensive. I received the two necklaces in two weeks (OK - fine) and it seemed that the person who fulfilled the order decided to change the spelling on one of the necklaces. It wasn't an error by the fulfiller, it was a choice. I contacted Luna pretty upset about what had happened and they said they would correct right away and ship out express. Neither happened. It took them almost another week to correct order and then received notice that it would be here in a week from that time (not express). I can live with the fact that there was an error but taking an additional 2 weeks to correct - I don't know... doesn't work for me.
In addition to that, for the price the quality of what I purchased, if it hadn't been personalized, I would have returned both without question based on value.
UPDATE: To make matters worse - after reworking replacement that they stated they would express ship - they did not ship express and O&L sent the incorrect order again 9 days later. It took them 72 hours to respond to 4 emails I sent them informing them of the same error. Customer service response was that they would provide a "FREE replacement order". A "FREE" replacement order? As though they were doing me a favor.
After going up and down the track with them once again I requested a refund of my value on the incorrectly processed item which was $80 and they offered to give me $68. Arent' they sweet after they so kindly held my money for a month. I will never deal with this company again.
And to let you know that their email below. They never followed up with me after I provided them the order number.
I ordered a necklace that had engravings on it over a month ago and still have not received it, the purchase came with a free star necklace. Then I got an email saying that the necklace was out of stock a week after my purchase even though it still showed available online for the next 2 days after the email. Then they said it was only a $25 credit towards another item and the necklace online was $50 if I purchased it outright. They would not give me anymore than $25 even though this is their fault and inconvenience, so now I have to find her another gift for Valentines Day. Then 2 weeks later again they say that the second necklace that I had to pay additional $50 for is now out of stock and I had to pick something else, well now I have to get another gift cause now this is going to miss her birthday. I'm going to try and get $75 back and I'm never ordering from them again and will bash them every chance I get!

Does it sound like regular conversational english or does it sound like someone from their headquarters in Israel who has english as a second language posted all of them. Now read the negative comments. Which sound like legitimate comments and which sound tinny and fake? Stay away from this company. It is a scam. Better Business Bureau gives them an F and says they cannot contact them--no address or phone number.
I ordered a necklace that was gold plated and was pretty disappointed when I received it. The necklace is more of a cheap yellow gold color rather than a nice looking gold.

Answer: They blame FedEx for a delivery that they sent out late -as per their own confirmation of shipping email, and FedEx date stamped envelope.
Answer: I did not choose them. I was asked for a specific item and purchased it as a gift. Will never, ever purchase from them again,. No matter how good (or bad) the quality. They blamed FedEx for their own mistake (I have proof of that) and never apologized for the late delivery assuming their responsibility. I cannot support a company that blames another company for their mistakes.
