Ordered at Thanksgiving for Christmas. Necklace came with broken clasp. Although website was still offering guaranteed delivery by Christmas and I contacted them Dec 14, they would not expedite the replacement. I contacted them on Dec 14, 17, 20, Jan 5, and again today. Still no replacement, nor any verification that it has shipped.
I ordered a personalized necklace for Christmas for a family member. I had ordered the wrong chain size so the company offered to adjust it for me. I shipped it back by paying the return shipping myself (which is fine). E-mailed the customer service team countless times with no response. All they had to do was adjust the chain and they said that would take 4 weeks to resize. Had I known that the item would not arrive before Christmas, I would not have sent it back. I did everything weeks before Christmas.
There is no direct number to contact them. It is all via e-mail and they are not responsive. I did not receive the necklace for Christmas because they LOST the item but I got it 5 weeks late after e-mailing them constantly because they re-made it. When I told them I did not want the item anymore because of their non responsiveness and poor communication they said they would give a partial refund.
Just a very poorly run business with no communication.
I purchased a name plate necklace as a Christmas/birthday gift to myself. I was so excited to open it only to find they spelt my name wrong. I wanted a refund but they only offered to replace it or choose something different. The quality of the necklace was $#*! so I decided to choose something else, RELUCTANTLY. The only earrings I wanted were sold out. I decided on another pair. When I originally purchased the necklace I applied their 15% off discount. I was expecting that same discount to be applied to the replacement item but nope! They wouldn't honor that same discount for me. They suck! I will never shop from them again.
I ordered 3 necklaces as Christmas gifts the first week of December 2019. I only received 1 necklace. I contacted them immediately on 12/24/2019 and told them I only got 1 necklace. They said they were sending the other two. When I did not hear back from them they said they would send my information to the front office and they would issue a refund. I have emailed several times through their website. I have messaged them on Facebook and Instagram. I keep getting the answer that they are in the process of refunding my money. It has been over a month now and I still do not have my money. Not to mention that I was told I would have these items before Christmas and the one necklace arrived on Christmas Eve and I did not have a present for my niece or sister. The email I received said that all 3 necklaces had been shipped. I have filed a claim with the BBB and I continue to write bad reviews about them until I get my money back. Someone needs to shut this company down!
This company is truly deceptive to customers. The name plate broke in half in the 6 month of wearing. They did not honor their return policy. Extremely disappointed and disgusted. Even costume jewelry from TJ MAXX at $10.00 doesn't break this easily. I have the picture of the necklace.
Ordered necklace on December 6 for Christmas. Never showed. They got the shipping address wrong 3 times and each time the (apparent) product got shipped back to them. After 15 emails back and forth, they not only can't get the product shipped, they refuse to refund. I ordered a necklace with engraving for my sisters Christmas gift and I paid extra for it to get here by the 23 of December. It is Christmas Day and I have not received the necklace. I have been emailing them about it and all they kept sending was bogus tracking that didn't work. It said there was no shipments at this time. And they blamed it on Fedex saying it was an error with them. All you get will be automatic messages sent by someone. They are not replying to my emails and now I have no present and I'm out of $80. NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. It's a scam. And to top it off when I ask for a refund they say they are trying to investigate why my package didn't get to me. And they don't give me a refund
Ordered a necklace in October, they sent me the wrong product. Told me to ship it back.
I shipped it back (with tracking) and they lied saying they never received it (even though tracking shows it was delivered two weeks prior to me reaching out.
They stopped communicating with me regarding a replacement and keep referring me to their email. My emails never get a response.
Go on their Instagram page and see all the negative reviews of them taking money and not delivering!
Was promised a piece of jewelry by Christmas. Still not here & the tracking is useless. It looks like it sat at their facility for 4 days before it was even picked up? Hope what I ordered is worth it. Regardless, I'll never order from here again. Clearly they go the dirt cheapest delivery route to save money.
On 12/2/19 I placed an order for a custom necklace. I realized I hadn't entered their 20% off code and contacted them via live chat. I received an immediate response and the discount refunded to me on 12/6/19. I received the necklace 12/18/19 and it's beautiful! Well done Oak and Luna!
Placed an ordered for a necklace on December 13th, paid the extra fee to guarantee I would receive by December 23th, the day I'll travel to be with my family. Today is December 20th, the website shows my order is not even ready to ship. I contacted them today and received a message saying it will be shipped on the 23rd and it will arrive for Christmas. It will be late and I won't be home to take it with me. Contacted them 10 times after that trying to somehow expedite it but they stopped responding. My friend bought the same necklace from a different website on the 17th and received today on the 20th. If you are thinking about buying from Oak and Luna, choose any other option, there are hundreds.
I made an order on November 28th - no delivery as promised, no accurate status update, the total run around, don't have any customer service. NO solution or actual update.
I ordered a necklace that was never received. A replacement order was placed and expedited. Every time I contact Oak and Luna, their agents give me a scripted response. No one can give me a solid answer to "where's my order" and there is no number to speak to a live person. The last agent "Chris" ended the chat abruptly and asked me to complete a form so I could get an email response. Its disheartening to order a personalized gift for my daughter with an abundance of time only to have the order delivery botched, have agents lie about the status, and the system's auto "check order status" says an order can't be found. Super disorganized company, hires a call center that clearly is not trained in client service, and does not back their products with a live person option. Hiding behind texts and emails when there's an obvious problem is no way to gain trust and repeat business. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied. Avoid this business at all costs. There are better, professional options rather than the hell I'm in. BUYER BEWARE.

It was the thinnest and cheapest jewelry I have seen but my wife said she liked it, so I ended up keeping it and it broke a week later. Trying to get a replacement has been impossible, they keep telling me I will receive a return label by email in 24 to 48 hrs and I never get it. I somehow get daily advertisements from them but they can't seem to email me my label. Only could chat to communicate BIG RIPOFF

Answer: They blame FedEx for a delivery that they sent out late -as per their own confirmation of shipping email, and FedEx date stamped envelope.
Answer: I did not choose them. I was asked for a specific item and purchased it as a gift. Will never, ever purchase from them again,. No matter how good (or bad) the quality. They blamed FedEx for their own mistake (I have proof of that) and never apologized for the late delivery assuming their responsibility. I cannot support a company that blames another company for their mistakes.
