I purchased a 10k gold necklace and emblem for Oak & Luna and got it two weeks after ordering. It was the thinnest and cheapest jewelry I have seen but my wife said she liked it, so I ended up keeping it and it broke a week later. Trying to get a replacement has been impossible, they keep telling me I will receive a return label by email in 24 to 48 hrs and I never get it. I somehow get daily advertisements from them but they can't seem to email me my label. Only could chat to communicate BIG RIPOFF
I had never heard of this site. I was pleasantly surprised that I could get a silver personalized necklace at a great price. I will be recommending this website to my friends.

I ordered the name necklace for my daughter and was offered a great deal on the letter chocker so I ordered that for myself. I was skeptical after reading some terrible reviews after I had already placed my order but I was pleasantly surprised. My order arrived within 2 weeks and it looks exactly like the website. You can track you order so you know exactly what stage of the process its in. The quality and workmanship is very nice, I would not hesitate to order again.
They sent me the necklace with the wrong chain size, and my options were to pay out of pocket to ship it back for a refund OR receive the correct chain size and fix it myself. Terrible customer service interactions.

I processed my order for the Mon Petit Name necklace and was very excited to receive it. I specifically typed the spelling in all lowercase because that's how I wanted it. It came with the first initial capitalized (which threw off the look of the necklace). These items arent cheap, so I requested them remake the necklace. The customer service as a result of their mistake has been the worst. They keep emailing me back stating I can get a percentage off my next order. VERY UNSATISFIED! I'm not making another order if my first order isnt corrected.
Ordered 2 pieces of jewelry 10/14/19 and they processed the payment immediately. Still waiting for the items, their customer service emails are generic and blowing me off. Their rating on the BBB is F. I wish I knew this before I ordered. Lesson learned. They are getting away with scamming people.
I bought this necklace with my new daughter's name. It is beautiful and well made! I would recommend this jewelry to others!
I ordered the name necklace and while it looks like the photo, the length is slightly awkward, hits right where the collar to my t-shirts is. Which was quite standard in the old days of jewelry but now so many necklace chains have an extra hole where you can make the necklace slightly shorter or, better, the chain can be pulled up or down through a kind of loop/ball. Won't buy this again, there are better jewelry options.

Purchased the Mon Petit necklace for my daughter's 16th birthday. I finally picked a gift she loved. From the size and style to the color (Gold - 10K). She loved the personalization and the uniqueness of the necklace. She wears it almost every day to school! So happy to see her truly surprised and excited!
