I ordered 3 name necklaces from Oak and Luna online. I realized about 10 days later after I placed the order one of the names was spelled incorrectly on my original order. They were kind to fix the problem at that late date (still before shipping) and make the changes. I am very happy with the necklaces and I think these make excellent gifts! Great customer service with this company! Great quality products
I saw a name necklace come up in a pop-up ad. On impulse I ordered it for my daughter. Then I realized I forgot to put in the discount code. Customer service responded to my email right away & applied the discount. I then realized the chain I ordered was the wrong length. Again, quick, friendly and efficient customer service. The piece just arrived ahead of schedule, and it was correct and gorgeous! I will definitely be a customer in the future. Spectacular experience all around!

I had been looking for a "name" necklace and was hesitant to buy online, sight unseen. I took a chance with Oak & Luna due to mostly positive reviews on their site. I ordered the gold one and love it! Simple and pretty. I later ordered the silver one but the gold is my favorite. I have since bought one for a friend and an initial necklace for another friend. I'm very happy with all my purchases and the quick turnaround and good communication from Oak & Luna about my order.
This necklace is really dainty and pretty. But many people found it hard to read. Even my husband didn't recognize our daughter's name at first. She has a long name, so maybe its better for short ones? But either way, its really cute and I'd still buy it again. I just wish it was a little clearer.
I found Oak & Luna via a Instagram ad, and after visiting their website I was really impressed with the look of the products and reasonable pricing. I bought myself 2 personalized rings with my kids names on it. I received them within 2 weeks in a cute box, and are soo nice! They're comfortable and do not get stuck on clothing. I got several compliments the 2 days I wore them so far! I definitely shared the website details with my freinds. Thank you O&L!

I purchased a necklace from this company and it took three weeks to get it which is fine but the necklace was broken. The quality that they speak of in the advertising is not there. They also have a non-existent customer service. I reported the issue the same day uploaded photos etc. I received an automated email the next day that ask for photos. Hello I sent them already but I went ahead and sent them again. That was four days ago and I still have heard nothing back from their 7 day a week 24-7 customer service. Not a trust worthy website to purchase from
I have used O&L previously for the name necklace which I purchased for myself. I was so impressed with the quality/look of that necklace I decided to order a personalized gift for my girlfriends 40th Birthday, and got her the bar necklace engraved with initials on three sides. The necklace was as described, but the engraving is so tiny and difficult to see that I would not purchase this necklace again.
It was even nicer than I thought it would be. :) I also liked that I could follow the whole process from me creating it to you making it and then when it would ship, all in the time you said it would be!
First off I'd like to say that I ordered the Mons Petit Necklace as a gift to my mother, in memory of my brother. I even paid an extra $20 for expedited shipping! When I didn't receive my order on time, I emailed them to get a status of the order. I was told that my item failed a quality check and would need to be remade, hence the delay my order. I finally get the order 8 days later, 16 days after I originally placed the order! I was supposed to receive it within 5 days of my order date. So, I finally received the necklace in some poorly inscribed handwriting w/ the end letter cut off/ barely noticeable. I emailed customer service (because they don't have a number and located in Israel) to let them know that I was upset and unsatisfied with what they sent me. I received a response first offering a discount on my next order, a 10% refund, or a pair of $40 earrings :/ I told them that offer was acceptable. They then wanted me to send the item back so that they could remake another for free. At that point, this company lost all credibility with me so I didn't feel comfortable doing that ( in fear of losing all of my money). I told them to send me a quality/up to par necklace and I would gladly send back what they originally sent me. They finally offered me a full refund, but that still required me to send the necklace back... and again, I wasn't sure they give my money back so I haven't sent it back yet. I sent them a counter offer asking them if they could at least refund me 50%, plus the full refund of the shipping. I really tried to work with them and I'm not even the person who dropped the ball. I feel like I wasted my money and they don't care. Please look for another vendor for your jewelry needs. This isn't it! See picture below.

Answer: I purchased a 10k gold necklace and emblem for Oak & Luna and got it two weeks after ordering. It was the thinnest and cheapest jewelry I have seen but my wife said she liked it, so I ended up keeping it and it broke a week later. Trying to get a replacement has been impossible, they keep telling me I will receive a return label by email in 24 to 48 hrs and I never get it. I somehow get daily advertisements from them but they can't seem to email me my label. Only could chat to communicate BIG RIPOFF

Answer: They blame FedEx for a delivery that they sent out late -as per their own confirmation of shipping email, and FedEx date stamped envelope.
Answer: I did not choose them. I was asked for a specific item and purchased it as a gift. Will never, ever purchase from them again,. No matter how good (or bad) the quality. They blamed FedEx for their own mistake (I have proof of that) and never apologized for the late delivery assuming their responsibility. I cannot support a company that blames another company for their mistakes.
