I wish I would have checked reviews before I purchased. They built in a 2" extender in order to make my chain long enough. Horrible quality control; horrible customer service. I will never order from this company again.
The piece is pretty but for the price I paid, I would have expected it not to be all knotted when my daugter opened it. It took me over an hour to work out all the knots and kinks in the necklace! Hoping this lasts and doesnt break if it knots easily, I am afraid it will break easily.

Customer service was horrid. Didn't respond to my questions/ concerns after clearly writing emails multiple times. No phone number to call only said days for email response which fail to address questions or simply ignore me. Guaranteed delivery by Christmas turned into no gift for my wife this year as it was very late! I had to call my credit card to place a dispute because the "person" I was corressponding with via email seemed more like a foreign bot than a human. Avoid this company, they are a scam.

Ordered a bracelet and the day I received it had major scratches on the name plate. Emailed same day to ask for refund... have taken over a week of communication to get any assistance. This company DOESNT CARE about you! Period... only makes it hard to correct their wrongs! I will never ever by from them again, and I will make sure non of my family or friends do... A women owned business who doesn't care about women, how hard we work to buy things like this...

Ordered one of the wide herringbone necklaces with a name engraved in it as a gift. The engraving did not look as it did in the site pictures. It was very shallow, and almost invisible. The packing was HORRIBLE. It bought it as a gift but luckily had it shipped to myself first. When I received it, the necklace was outside of the box, just floating around in the mailer bag! Herringbone necklace are more rigid than normal chains, and it was difficult to put back into the box in a manner that wouldn't damage it. And the box isn't cute. Overall, not a good gift. Very disappointed, but I guess that's what you get for an Instagram famous ad.

I placed my order for a gold plated coco name plate necklace with paper clip chain on Dec. 5th. I selected free standard shipping and recieved my item on Dec. 20th. Considering this was a custom jewelry piece, the production and shipping time was reasonable. Item came beautifully packaged and arrived 2 days early. Necklace is absolutely stunning and just as I expected. Oak and Luna's live customer service chat option was very convenient for me to check on my orders status to ensure a pre Christmas delivery with no forseen delays. Highly recommend.

I bought a $250 "solid 10k gold and sterling silver ring" that spelled out my daughters name. This was bought with the intent to eventually pass it down to her once she was older. It sat in the box it was sent in for months and I finally pulled it out to wear on my anniversary. I had it on for 3 hours longest and it turned my finger green and was tarnished everywhere… seriously could have bought something better for $5 at my local family dollar. I am really upset because this was falsely advertised and is unfortunately a fake ring I paid real prices for. Buyer please beware and take your business elsewhere.

I can't believe the size of the charm and necklace I received. The charm seems like it would fit a Barbie doll. Also the return process is horrible. The company provided a return prepaid label. However it is for the Israel post office only. I was shipping from Canada. They kept on telling me it would work in Canada but it did not and had to pay to get it back to Israel (returns go to Israel)

I saved up and purchased a bar necklace for my daughter with engraving. I carefully checked the engraving multiple times with their preview option to be sure everything was where I wanted it. I was so excited to get this for her. However, when I received it, the engraving was not on the side that the preview showed. The company has advised that though the preview showed me it was on the right side, the box I typed in was for the left. I even sent them the preview when I purchased to show what side it was on - but because they have a faulty website, it is the customers error. No effort to rectify - just "sorry we did it correctly", though they clearly did not.
The photos show what I received (black background), what the preview showed me (white background), and the website with the engraving options. The response has been that they did it correctly because "left" is what the box is called that I put the date in and they put it on the left side. I was going off of the finished product preview, not what the box was called. I have shown them the preview that showed the placement when I typed in the left box. The website is obviously the issue as it is misleading the customer as to what the product will look like - but how is that the customers fault?
I am very disappointed with the customer service and the company's inability to own their mistakes and rectify. Buyer beware.

I purchased a birthday gift and allowed plenty of time for the goods to arrive. Had to buy a more expensive gift from a local shop and was still waiting for my missing gift. Still hasn't arrived and I have asked for a credit (to spend with them for my next occasion) and they want to charge me a restocking fee. That's outrageous. I'm not returning anything, still waiting for the parcel to arrive and they want to hit me up for a fee. I'm still waiting for this to be resolved and will continue to tell all my family and friends (and now you) what poor service they offer.

Purchased a solid gold initial necklace. Cost $350 Australian dollars and arrived with a faulty clasp that would not spring back shut. I had to take to a local jeweller and pay an additional $110 to replace the clasp. Not good enough for a $350 product. Don't recommend.

I ordered September 5th, 2021 and they shipped it three weeks later. I initiated a refund on October 6th, 2021. The fact that they already require a 30% restocking fee is insanity. It's been almost two months since they received their product and I still haven't received a refund, any updates, or communication is poor customer service. I would caution anyone from making purchases from this business. They don't keep their word and the 30% restocking fee is enough to BEWARE. There are better options out there- so don't be lured in by their sponsored ads on social media. The entire process has been shady and costly. I would caution anyone from even considering ordering from this company. Their customer service is garbage and it's a headache trying to track down 2/3 of a refund. At this point they're keeping over $50.00 for their 30% and still have yet to issue any compensation for the return. I've been waiting for an "update" since 12/5/2021. If you even consider it- I'd encourage you to review their return policy and then look at the Better Business Bureau's website for a very recent list of complaints.

The quality of oak and Luna products are cheap and if you would like to return them you are screwed. They will only give you back 70% of what you paid for their merchandise. I paid the additional five dollars to have my stuff shipped to me within three business days, I still have not received it, it's been seven business days. Do not buy from Oak and Luna, you will regret it.

I purchased an initial necklace and just wasn't pleased with the quality the necklace and initial are very thin / small and didn't seem like it would hold up very long for the price. I reached out over 3 weeks ago to get a return shipping label I was told 4 different times that I would receive it within 24-48 hours. I'm actually still waiting on the return label and have dealt with multiple customer service reps. I'm shocked at how bad the customer service is, it's unfortunate in this day and age it take seconds to send a customer an email with a return shipping label. Would not recommend doing business with this company.

Below is my original review and I admit that I was very upset. I received the shipment from them today and in fact the order was correct. So now I want to make sure to say that I am satisfied with the necklace. What I am not satisfied with is the terrible communication they have. First, they should have never sent an email that says it is a sneak peak because I believed they were showing me a photo of the necklace I ordered. Then when I emailed them, they promised to look into the problem and respond within 24 hours. They did not do that. Once they finally responded, they said the necklace had already been shipped. A better system of communication would have prevented all of this. For that reason, I have to stand by my original review and say that I would never order from Oak and Luna again.

I ordered a name necklace in silver for my granddaughter for Christmas. I placed the order on November 10. On November 14, I received an email from them with a "Sneak Peak" of the necklace I ordered. The picture was of a silver necklace in a different script AND with a different name from what I ordered. I immediately replied to the email saying that this was not what I ordered. The following day I received an email with an incident number and a promise to contact me again within 24 hours. So 24 hours later I followed up with another email since I had not heard from them as promised. Six hours later I sent another email stating that I expected them to respond to me ASAP, and that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company if I didn't hear from them. Now it is early the next morning and I did receive an email response. They claim the necklace was already shipped. They want me to take a photo once I receive the wrong item so that I can do a reorder. Then they are offering to give me a discount on my next purchase. This is all very suspicious. I am disputing the charge. I also told Oak and Luna that they need to send me a prepaid return label. This is horrible business practice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OAK AND LUNA. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Answer: They blame FedEx for a delivery that they sent out late -as per their own confirmation of shipping email, and FedEx date stamped envelope.

They blamed FedEx for their own mistake (I have proof of that) and never apologized for the late delivery assuming their responsibility.
