I bought two silver name chains and they are both turning brown after a few wears. I would never ever purchase from this jewelry company again. I paid good money for these pieces and am completely disappointed. They should definitely be shut down immediately.
Been waiting for almost a month now for my purchase to arrive. Still not sure when I will receive it, sent an email to Oak and Luna. They said it's enroute and it's now in the hand of the shipping company but they offered me $15 gift card for my next purchase. I don't think I will make another purchase from them. Just hoping when it arrive, it's not broken and it's a good quality product.

I ordered a christmas gift for my wife with guaranteed shipping I would have it by Christmas. It as now been 90 days and still nothing. I just keep getting the run around from customer service. I have never had a worse experience with a company. Do not buy from them!

I am so dumb. I should have checked this site to see what crooks Oak & Luna are. I paid a lot of money for a cute initialed necklace. I paid the extra $7 for faster shipping. And then i waited. And waited. And waited. The emails they send are cute and say your item is on the way. It isn't. For 8 days now, I have checked tracking status and it says Label printed, awaiting item. USPS has NOT gotten the item. Still! I complained, via email, since they are too chicken $#*! to have a phone number. I was told I could have a $15 gift card towards my next purchase. Ahahahahaha! I'm not purchasing from you again. You took my money and didn't send me my item. I told them to just refund that $7, since I didn't get it quicker. Now I doubt I will get the necklace at all. My next call is to my credit card company. And then the Better Business Bureau. Sad.

My daughter received the $320 Bella necklace in 14k gold for her 21st birthday from her Aunt. She was SO excited! She absolutely loved it and her Aunt was excited to give it to her at a restaurant with all her family. She wore it home and within 4 hours noticed it was gone. The only thing she had done was change out of her clothes and lay around the house. She said she noticed it had rough edges for a 14k gold necklace but didn't want to say anything. We looked everywhere throughout our house, even the vacuum cleaner and contacted the company right away. I had a heartbroken and inconsolable girl. Their "customer service" didn't even read my email in it's entirety the first time before responding, like I hadn't included the necessary information, which was all there. Their customer service is horrendous! The necklace BROKE within 4 hours of being worn doing absolutely NOTHING! The only thing they offered was a 20% discount to purchase another one... lol. Like we'd put more good money after this junk. Honestly... I've never experienced a jewelry company like this. They need to make this right. I wish we had read reviews. We don't want anyone else to be hurt by this company! PLEASE don't waste your money. There are a ton of good, honest jewelry companies out there. This just isn't one of them!

I got a paperclip bracelet with ID name tags from here. It was gold plated over silver and it's been a little less than a year and almost all the gold plating has faded and it's pretty much a silver bracelet now. Not very happy at all.
Also, two weeks after purchase, two paperclip chains broke off after a small tug of war with my t-shirt and i had to use a wrench to pinch it back together.
Overall, not durable and not worth the price point.

I had been ordered online over 100 times, and never ever puts a wrong address, they said my bracelet was delivered last Thursday, didn't have in my mailbox, so they sent it to a wrong address. Our mailman knew all residents in my condo, mailbox is inside our building, I should read REVIEWS before order from this company, after saw all 1 star review, I regret it and trying to reach customer service, only automated answers my email. I want a refund, and will never ever buys anything from this company, check all the reviews before you ordered from this company.

Their product is garbage. I spent $200 on a necklace for my wife for Valentine's Day and the clasp broke and the necklace was lost in less than 4 hours of wearing it. It was supposedly 18k gold but we compared it to other gold necklaces and it was brassy and cheap looking. Check the reviews and the BBB before you spend you money with Oak and Luna. Don't just take my word for it. Look into all the complaints.

As explained in our emails to you, the warranty covers damaged items as long as we can verify the item is damaged with a photo. If we have this information then we would be more than happy to send a free replacement. However, because the necklace you ordered from us was lost - the warranty does not cover the loss. We did however, as a courtesy - send you a coupon code so you could buy the jewelry again.

I recieved a fake necklace. I purchased a Ross curb chain and it came in dingy and dark and no 925 stamp. Dont purchase from this company! Customer service Also sucks and they wanna charge a %30 restock fee for their mistakes lol they are a joke. I paid for expedited shipping and was supposed to receive the necklace today. The USPS tracking number says it is still waiting to be received from the shipper. I emailed (there is no phone number or live chat) and received an automated reply ensuring me that it has shipped and I would receive it by the date listed for expedited shipping (today). The mail came and it did not have the necklace. There is no way of finding out where it is or if it shipped as they have not returned my reply to the automated message letting them know the tracking number shows it not being received from the shipper.

I bought a "solid gold" piller necklace with 20" chain. When I received it the necklace was only 16" long, they sent me a return lable, when they received the return, they would forward me the right size. I did that, they sent me a broken 18" chain?. I ordered a 20", paid for a 20" and they can't seem to get it right. 10 emails later, still can't get a return lable. I might just suck it up and buy a new chain at a jewelers. I'm getting no where, and with no "actual" person to talk to I feel i'm wasting my time. I would never do business with them again. What's even worse, they keep sending me coupons to come back. I placed an order for two items and only received one. The other piece that I got was someone less else's jewelry. I immediately contacted them via the ONLY way by email. They take exactly 48 hours. By the time we've actually communicated it was like a week. Then it took them another week to send me the label so I can return the wrong item THEY sent me! Then about 3 weeks to get my money back. But they refunded the wrong item! They refunded the item I did get which is cheaper!
Honestly, it not even that, everyone makes mistakes. I get it. I honestly do. It's the not being able to talk to customer service. No one ever talks to you.

My husband brought 2 necklaces for Oak & Luna for Christmas. The chain loop opening to close the necklace was missing on both necklaces. The claw clamp was there but NO loop on either chain to clamp the claw too! I reached out to customer service with this complaint and they ignored my complaint regarding the loop being missing on the necklaces. This is their finished product designed is what I was told. I will NEVER buy anything else for this company and want everyone to know not to BUY. You will be dissatisfied for SURE!

I purchased jewelry as a Christmas gift and while it says on their website under my orders that it has been shipped and delivered, it never came.
On top of that, after looking at the photos from other peoples reviews, their jewelry appears to be fake. 925 sterling silver doesn't rust, and their pricing is clearly an indication of solid material, not plated. And that's not to mention all the broken jewelry I'm seeing in these other reviews. You're paying the price of real jewelry for stuff you can buy on Etsy for $15, except I can't even say that 100% because I never $#*!ing recieved mine.
Do not purchase from this vendor.

The jewelry is very cheaply made. When I say it looks like fake jewelry that you can get from a bubble gum machine I am not lying. The font for the necklace I received was suppose to be a J and it looked like half of the letter T. It was awful, I spent $100 and because the letter J is considered personalized (not sure why as the definition of personalized is specific to an individual, I will only be getting back $70 of my money and the thing that makes me even more angry is that they will for sure turn around and resell that personalized J to someone else whose name starts with a J for full price, which will essentially allow them sell the same necklace for $100 but actually make $130 and please don't get me started on how long and arduous the process was with regard to getting the necklace returned. It took several emails to get them to final send me a label for return and it will take 21 days for the refund to appear on my account. Please please got else where. This company sells subpar jewelry and charges you for not liking their junk jewelry.

My husband bought me a $300 initial necklace for Christmas from Oak & Luna. It says handcrafted on the website and that is a total lie. The necklace arrived damaged and is absolute junk. The chain is so thin there is no way this is real gold which he paid for. The clasp is small and poorly constructed. It is just junk. We emailed pictures of the damage and asked for a refund. They will only send you a new necklace once you return the broken one. Super scam. Please don't waste your money, all the bad reviews on this company are real. I think the 5-star reviews on their site are fake This company is an absolute scam.

Our materials are all legit however of course sometimes mistakes happen and jewelry gets damaged, in which case we are more than happy to provide a replacement or refund. You are correct - our policy states that with premium items, if you are expecting a replacement or refund the item has to be returned to us first. This is not a scam but our house policy. I ordered a personalized necklace from them. They incorrectly spelled the name. Necklace was intended to be a Christmas gift. They continue to insist they didn't make A mistake. I had photo evidence to prove what name I ordered and how they incorrectly spelled the name on the actual piece of jewelry. They refused to send A replacement piece until I returned the incorrect piece they had originally sent. Because of this I did not receive the piece in time for Christmas. Still waiting for the correct piece to be sent. Customer service is very difficult to work with and they do not respond in a timely fashion. I highly do not recommend you use this company.

It was the thinnest and cheapest jewelry I have seen but my wife said she liked it, so I ended up keeping it and it broke a week later. Answer: They blame FedEx for a delivery that they sent out late -as per their own confirmation of shipping email, and FedEx date stamped envelope.
Answer: I did not choose them. I was asked for a specific item and purchased it as a gift. Will never, ever purchase from them again,. No matter how good (or bad) the quality. They blamed FedEx for their own mistake (I have proof of that) and never apologized for the late delivery assuming their responsibility.
