Not a quality product

My husband bought me the rose gold bar necklace and had it engraved with our first sons name and a "diamond" as a "push present", the chain broke after a few wears. I asked for another chain through their customer service portal and they sent me a chain that had tarnish on it, asked for another and never heard back. I've had it a year now and all of the edges are worn off and it is now yellowish and with tarnish marks on the chain. Not a quality product and doesn't last. Def not real gold or even rose gold or even plated gold anything it's cheap and not worth $230. Stay local and go to an actual jeweler. Do not waste your money.

I purchased a necklace for my wife. When it arrived it was far too small and not the style expected. I checked the return policy in advance, so I was not stuck with a product that we were not happy with. Choosing the letters "L" and "E" as the two options for a necklace should not have been treated as custom, leading to a 30% restocking fee. It was a cash grab and customer service would not consider any additional conversation. This was not an engraved piece of jewelry that is not usable. They sell a ton of pieces that have the same letters. Stay Away.

Poor customer service/returns

I thoroughly checked the return policy before placing an order with this company. If I'm paying over $140 for a necklace I'm going to love it or return it. The return process is awful to put it mildly. Nothing I would expect from an average looking $140 necklace. You have to send an email to say you want to return the item. ( Can't just access a label) Takes them 30 hours to reply with a brief response and yet another question. Still no return label! You are then asked to send pictures of the item and they ask the reason for the return. Even though I had already indicated the reason for the return-i didn't care for it. It takes another 24 hours to get another response. I'm this reply, it includes a passive aggressive statement saying 'looks like we sent you exactly what you ordered' but if you still want to return it please tell us why. (Uh…but I did tell you) I click the new link and am asked to input my email and order number AGAIN and fill out ANOTHER box. Next you tell them if you want an exchange, credit or return. It defaults to exchange and you have to be careful not to miss this because it's a tiny box.
I submitted that requirement 10 hours ago. Still waiting for a simple return label. All of this is definitely by design. Any company that intentionally increases the number of hoops a customer has to jump through to use their return policy isn't trustworthy. And their jewelry is overpriced for the quality.

Horrible don't buy
August 10, 2022

We've have now had 3 necklaces broke and then sent us new ones in return. Customer service is awesome. The product is awful. It looks very cheap for the price and is very cheap quality. Our first one broke within 2 weeks. The second one got delivered broke. And now the 3rd one we've had for 2 days and is already broke. Hopefully we get a full refund cause this is ridiculous

Should have done homework first!

I ordered a name plate necklace from here. I tried to cancel my order 2 days later. My wife said the necklace looked cheap. I then looked on a local jewler's website and found the same thing just better quality. When I asked for a refund I have to forfeit 30% of my refund because its personalized. So I stop the process long before it ships and you can't work with my on a refund? Buy local not from over seas. Melting it back down is not worth $50.

Personalized charm bracelet
July 10, 2022

I ordered this lovely charm bracelet in silver without issues. My only complaint is that it looks cheaply made and not of quality based on the price and execution. Would l recommend buying this particular product "no" unless it is on clearance and it just being the bracelet. Charms are a bit flimsy and one connector seems slapped on crooked.

BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased my wife the gold bar necklace the engraving is just a sticker it's not actually engraved so I returned the bar necklace and they charged me $116 dollars for a restocking fee for something that's not even engraved which is absolutely ridiculous but it's ok my wife and had plans to purchase bracelets, necklaces and ring for her Scoccer team but after that we just went to Jarred a real jewelry store. I would NEVER buy from OAK and LUNA again. $#*! this company. Shop elsewhere.

I ordered a necklace for Mother's Day and the item took weeks to arrive after stating it had shipped. I tried to contact customer service numerous times to start a return and took forever for a response only to be told I can only get a partial refund with 30% restocking fee. Item is decent quality but not worth the price tag after seeing the item. I would not order from them again based on this experience. I simply want to return the item

Don't buy from them

They short shipped my order, take over a month to come remotely close to resolution (still not resolved), then they want to charge me a restocking fee for their error. Don't buy from them.

Totally a scam do not use this company. I have had numerous emails with this place since May trying to get a refund that they refuse to supply for non receipt of an item I ordered. They keep sending me fake bank information that my institution claims is not valid and suggested they mail me a check but they refuse to pay me back. All they do is keep sending me the same fake credit information so I am out my money. This is a horrible company with zero customer service I would not use them or recommend anyone else does ever. Buyer beware!

I ordered a bracelet for my mom for her birthday and it was the Ivy Paperclip Gold Vermeil Bracelet. My dad had bought her the silver one with our names and diamonds on it and she loved it so much she wanted another one in gold. The gold one was made way smaller than the silver one and smaller than what was described on their website so I contacted them and they were great in the beginning. They had me ship it back to them for free and said they would fix it and send it back. It took 3 months and when we finally got it back it was the exact bracelet I had mailed to them. Still way to small and not what was described for length on their website. I had even sent pictures of her silver one with the gold one to show how it was shorter and told them it should have 11 paperclips not 9! Yet they shipped it wrong again. I asked them for my money back. I am shipping it back today. That is ridiculous that they couldn't make it right and that they made me wait so long for nothing to change. So disappointed in them. I won't be ordering from them ever again. I will update on if I truly get my money back.

Just what I ordered!

There are a lot of negative reviews on this site but I just wanted to give my two cents that my service was top notch. The necklace did take a bit to arrive but I knew it wouldn't make it for Mother's Day as I ordered it too late. Just give yourself some leeway when it comes to when you want it. When fedex had messed up the delivery oak and luna customer service was quick to message me that there was a problem and they responded right away with conformation once it was successfully delivered. Thank you for the necklace and as it was a gift I love that it came with a card and a little bag as well. Thank you and I will order again for sure.

Necklace never arrived
May 20, 2022

I purchased a Pillar necklace from Oak and Luna, waited two weeks for it to ship which is reasonable. I then got a notification that it shipped and there's been nothing. It's well over a week late with no update from the company as to where my purchase is. This was meant to be gift which is now late and quite embarrassing that I have to keep saying that "it's coming". Just a horrid experience overall. I'll never purchase from them again and strongly advise anyone reviewing this comment to consider other alternatives when shopping.

I'm in a dispute to receive my necklace which I placed the order on April 2022. The product never arrived from the notification date so I called Oak & Luna. I called Fedex for the tracking of the order, but Fedex could not provide the details of delivery. Oak & Luna reached out to me that they will send the replacement order by May 9th 2022. I stayed home the entire day on May 9th, but again the replacement order NEVER arrived. I've asked for a tracking # for Fed Ex for the replacement, but they cannot provide. Oak & Luna apologized that they will send it for the 3rd time. THE 3RD REPLACEMENT NEVER ARRIVED. I bought the necklace for my niece for her birthday gift, but going through a nightmare wasting my time tracking for the necklace that they NEVER SENT.

I ordered a mother's day bracelet with engraving and paid extra for it to arrive for Mother's Day. It arrived a day late and the engraving was all screwed up. The bracelet was supposed to have 2 names engraved at the same time and they have the nerve to only offer partial refunds for personalized gifts. I'm still waiting for their customer service to get back to me. Aside from the late arrival and printing error, the bracelet is poor quality. It looks cheap

Brutal customer service and shipping
May 5, 2022

Ordered a necklace for Mother's Day. Was supposed to be delivered Monday 5/2. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Says "out for delivery" on tracking since Monday. It's now Thursday the 5th. I've sent two emails with no response. I contacted FedEx who said the item has been released from Customs and is on way to delivery hub. Just terrible service. No phone number to call and no response to my emails. Never again will I buy from them.

I was supposed to have my order delivered by April 12 and since the delay was so long they offered a complimentary bracelet to make up for it. Well it's April 29 I get the bracelet but no necklace still lol. Now the necklace tracking says DELIVERED when all I f'n got was the cheap bracelet.

Vindictive and mean!

Am devastated! I ordered 2 necklaces from this company and even paid an extra $15 for expedited delivery. At the time I ordered it said I would get it 4/28 or 4/29. I bought them for my best friend and her daughter as Saturday is her daughters Bat Mitzvah.

I checked on their website on Wednesday night and it said it hadn't left the facility. I immediately emailed them. They responded Thursday afternoon saying the shipment had left the facility and expected delivery is Monday!

Can you believe it? I paid $15 and they sent my package FEDEX Ground! And they did it even though I had emailed them too.

They do not have a phone number so I have no way of speaking to anyone there but to get an email.

I'm so very disappointed!
