I ordered a mother's day bracelet with engraving and paid extra for it to arrive for Mother's Day. It arrived a day late and the engraving was all screwed up. The bracelet was supposed to have 2 names engraved at the same time and they have the nerve to only offer partial refunds for personalized gifts. I'm still waiting for their customer service to get back to me. Aside from the late arrival and printing error, the bracelet is poor quality. It looks cheap
