More than three times my orders were either delayed for more than 30 days and/or cancelled because the supplier does not have the items I ordered. This should not happen or the buyer should have been advised that there will be delays even before the expected delivery date. Furthermore, if you can not meet your deadlines/obligations refund is necessary.
Nzsale offers great prices but then with the shipping fee- it sometimes takes off the discount from the product. Something that a consumer would then go to the retail price at their local
Store since it will be the same anyway and you get instant gratification.
I have also experience delays in product arrival as well as having ordered a product which was different from what was promised.

NZ sales is great as it offers a variety of goods never before to NZ shoppers of international goods at great prices. We have finally caught up with what is available online elsewhere in the world. It offers lots of shopping options and brands previously one can only buy when in UK, Europe, USA or Australia. Prices are great but sometimes the quality of the goods are not like what is shown in the pictures. In some instances the cutting may also cause issue with size fitting. On the whole I think it is a great online site that offers a great variety of shopping without leaving home. I hope they last long and do well.
Love the range of products and more often than not the prices are unbeatable. It's very useful that the delivery timeframe is specified. On some items I've found there has been a lack of information provided in the description.
I hate going to malls. Hassle finding a park, then wandering around the crowded stores looking for Christmas gifts.
With NZSale.nz I just look through what's on offer online, then the items are shipped to my house. No fuss.
The service has always been excellent with goods arriving being exactly as described and having significant savings when compared to main retailers. Sometimes frustrating when I miss the deadline for a sale but there has never been an instance when the items have not reappeared at a later date so patience is always paid off!
I have been purchasing from NZSale for some years, since its conception and have found the experience quite rewarding. Yes, products can take a wee while as they might come from America or Europe etc but as I plan ahead when I buy, for the future rather than'I have to have it now', it works extremely well. To have the advantage of having something different is a huge plus. I have found dealing with staff extremely good both head office for returns etc as well as sales staff in the shops. Absolutely no complaints. Thank you NZSale... great job well done!
It has been great shopping with NZ Sale, great bargains for example a 100% wool coat I was looking at $650 here and got it for $158, amazing. The only problem I have had is buying shirts that do not state slim fit when I am not slim! I would recommend this site to everyone,
They try hard, and the service is great, but the quality of the goods is a bit hit & miss, one dress I bought fell apart after my daughter wore it once, another looked fine online but when it arrived I found that it had raincoat material for the skirt. Can take a long time for delivery. Returns are handled well.

I use NZsale almost daily and love the deals. My one complaint would be that the size guides don't apply to individual brands, so clothing is sometimes completely the wrong size. It's great that I can return products when necessary, but (although a painless and quick process) this takes time, so I'm usually too late to get a different size of the same item.
The website provides value and quality, makes shopping easy, delivers products on time, and provides excellent customer support. I have used various other websites but my experiences with NZ Sale has been exceptional comparatively other websites are mediocre
They have taken months in delivering my order with one order which is still missing. I have contacted them multiple times as it says order dispatched a month ago and still no tracking details and I haven't received my parcel yet. They are coming back with standard reply saying it's been raised with warehouse and logistics team but haven't heard anything back from them. It's me who email them all the time to get an update and they never contact me on their own to let me know the progress of my order.

Really impressive selection with very good or pretty good pricing (depending on brands). Usually pretty spot on with delivery times and the customer service department are anyways in hand to answer any questions. Easy to buy from and return items. This is not a site you regret being a member of a month down the track. They don't hassle you with endless emails either. Generally a pleasurable, easy, worthwhile customer experience
NZ sale are thieves! My partner and myself bought Samsung S7 Edges, turns out they are fakes. We continually get pop up ads. I took mine to a phone repair place but the repair didn't work. When I took it back he inspected it closely and said it's a fake

I have found NZ sale great. I enjoy the option of some super sales and the free shipping on most items for the nest hour but it does tempt me to buy more! It would be perfect if I could get the product a bit quicker.
Living in a smaller town of New Zealand I do a lot of my shopping online. I like the variety NZ Sale offers, as I can buy items I'm not able to locally. Sometimes the discounts are minimal though and the delivery estimate dates are no way near the actual delivery date. Better descriptions of products would be awesome.
Ive spent about $2000 plus with NZ sale in the last three months and the time you have to wait for your goods is getting worse and worse. They give you an estimated delivery, im not sure why they do that because their dates are way off.Im still waiting for something i bought 2 months ago, still not arrived. There our pay system im not sure about that i seem to have paid for it before i get it because there shipping is so bad. There are many other sites can use with far quicker delivery times

The site has great bargains and so far everything is exactly as promised. I have ordered everything from jewellery to kitchen things and it all turns up well packed and safe. The delivery dates are a bit misleading but if you don't have a deadline for a gift or are happy to wait then you will get good deals here (to be fair the delay might be custom's fault not the site).

Really like the site, have got some great deals. However, I had issues with two recent orders. One took weeks longer to ship that the estimated shipping date, and another just had to be cancelled after the stock had run out.
Placed the order. 2 weeks later was informed it had been cancelled as they don't have stock. Advised that I'd get refunded in 3 to 5 business days. Day 5 no refund. Queried and told another 3 to 5 business days. Now I'm on day 5 with at least 10 messages sent to them and still no refund. I'm going to the NZ police as I'm now considering this as theft.
