I ordered a handbag from nz sale 4 months ago. Still no sign of it. I have tried to get hold of nz sale but no answer.
A bit hit and miss with sizing, and not quite what you thought with a few returns to sender a different way of shopping
The price was right, the process worked, the product met expectations, arrived in reasonable time, very Happy.

Poor communications with customers. When you state an or is going to take 14 -21 days, but takes longer, tell the customer, it's not hard.
Slow delivery however there is a message advising this. Always receive exactly what I have bought. Great deals all the time!
Very user friendly site. Easy to find what you're looking for & track the parcel once it's been sent.
I have found that some items take much longer to get delivered than stated in the Terms and Conditions. Quality of goods can be unreliable.
