Slow on shipping should not have estimated delivery dates if they are not going to be meet. Had to wait an extra month for my item to arrive. But other than that there are great sales and lots of savings.

The only thing I could say about you people is how long it takes for the order to arrive from when you order the goods. Also the money comes straight out of my visa and I don't receive the goods until sometimes 2 months.

I ordered a parcel - took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. I received no communication after the order. I was happy with my purchase overall though so no big issue.
