Ordered merchandise 09/30/2022. I have emailed them 3x's and given the same generic response by allegedly 3 different people, apologizing and stating I should get it soon. According to the Tracking info, it has been at Los Angeles station since 10/12. This is quite frustrating, and they refuse to refund me.
I ordered 3 items, and with each item I went into THEIR sizing guide for THAT garment, measured myself, and selected the supposedly correct size. None of the garments that arrived fitted me.
Secondly, the quality in the pics online do NOT reflect the very poor quality of the fabric in the actual garments. Last but not least, when I contacted hem for a refund they offered me 50%.
I will certainly never purchase from this site again, and will let anyone I know to do the same.

Blouses have a huge disparity in sizing. I returned them because none of them fit and it took over 4 months to get my refund. Evidently you have to wait until returns are rec'd in CHINA (even though they have a return address for Santa Fe Springs, CA). My order was $80.61 and after paying $15.20 return shipping, I was refunded $61. I'll NEVER do business with this company again. Buyer Beware! Items look a lot better than they actually are.
I purchase from this company for the first time a few weeks ago and it took 20 days to get my purchase of
3 women's blouses. I almost threw them in the trash immediately. One looked like a scrub top a nurse would wear, one was not the color that I ordered, the last one had the pattern going in 2 different directions and all 3 were so thin like paper, you could tear them with your fingernail. I would never wear any of them.
This company provides zero customer service. I ordered clothes in June and I still have not received them as of 9/9/2022. They expect me to do the leg work to track it down with the USPS. And even told me it was ready for pick up in CA. I do not live in CA. I have had numerous exchanges with them and they have done nothing to resolve this issue. Do NOT order from them.
I ordered three linen tops. When they arrived they were not pure linen with static shocks as I tried them on. Ninacloak made life as difficult as they could to return the good, offering discounts to keep the goods and give them as presents! I eventually sorted out how to return them, then have had a 6 month battle to get the refund. On their website they promised free returns - this seems to be another misrepresentation which I am also trying to obtain with my refund. They are dishonest and difficult to deal with - a Chinese company.

Their website previews many outfits that are of high quality and design to draw viewers in for purchase. My experience with Nina Cloak was not good. I ordered 5 pieces of clothing and one piece was cancelled. Luckily $24.00 was refunded to my credit card after 2 weeks of my purchase. However it took about 4 weeks to receive my entire order. The pieces of clothing I received was of really poor quality I was so unsatisfied. I am kind of upset that I spent $90.00 US for this rubbish. I donated it to goodwill. Thank You Nina Cloak for giving me an negative experience making online this purchase! I was naive to trust your website. This place is a total scam! The dress they sent me was absolutely NOTHING like the dress they falsely advertised.
1. SLEEVES are very different than the photo they advertised

DO NOT BUY any clothes from this company. I bought 5 pieces and they do not look like the photos shown in their website. The fabric are paper thin and very cheap, like those clothes sold in the street for $5 each, except they are charging over $20 each. All the negative reviews you read about Ninacloak are true.
My initial order was in late May, with hopes of having merchandise by 4th of July. Shipping was repeatedly delayed and then sent in two different packages weeks apart. The clothes don't fit! I normally order 2X pants and shirts, I ordered a 3XL shirt and 4XL pants based on NinaCloak's suggested measurements. Both are TOO SMALL! Another shirt was ordered in a Small and they sent a Medium. I ordered a shirt with a bunny rabbit design and received a floral pattern instead. They demanded I send a picture of the incorrect merchandise, which I did. Then they requested the SKU# and I don't know what those are but sent the two numbers on the merchandise packages. It is the middle of August and now I'm offered a $20 voucher as compensation, for two incorrect shipments with a total dollar amount of $35.51, presumably so I can order more ill-fitting clothing.

When I received the order, it looked like clothing that would fit a small frame teenager. Nothing fit. It was very pretty as described, but noticeably too small. I wear 1X and I was sent medium sizes. Three sizes too small. I contacted the company and got the runaround for weeks. Then, I was told by a customer service rep that I could not get a return slip, but that she could give me a label. Later, she admitted that they did not have a return address. So, I am stuck with clothing that I cannot wear. Customers should be aware that there is no return service. If you are able to get an address out of the customer service reps, it will cost you over $30 to return the items. I would have continued to shop there, but I will not order anything else until I am either reimbursed or allowed to exchange the items that I have absolutely no use for them, due to the much smaller size.

The fit is horrible, too small. I ordered a Large which is one size up from what their size chart said I would need because I like loose clothing. All 5 blouses were very tight overall, but the shoulders were so tight I couldn't move my arms. The fabric was stiff, scratchy and very wrinkled. It would have cost way too much to try to return. They suggested that I try to sell them or donate! In summary: DO NOT BUY FROM NINACLOAK!
Before you even look at the items at NinaCloak PLEASE read the reviews - PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE! The reviews are ALL true. These people are con artists of the worst kind. If you do as I did and fail to read the reviews before you place your order. Then truly your only hope is to contact your bank and let them help you file a complaint (actually they'll do this for you - mine did immediately even though it was late at night). Then your bank will open an investigation, attempting to contact the merchant, etc. My bank (call the phone # on the back of your credit card that you used to place your order) assured me I would prevail and have my funds returned to my credit card account - it might take them a while (maybe a few weeks) but they will handle it all for you. Then my best advice is to call it one of life's lessons and in the future ALWAYS READ A COMPANIES REVIEWS FIRST! Also remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Problem was when they finally arrived from China they were all made of 95% polyester! To add insult to injury, they were not even the same design/pattern as photographed! I put two tops into my cart. I didn't get a chance to review the exorbitant shipping costs before the order was processed. I immediately went onto the website and tried to cancel the order. I received a subsequent email stating the order had already been shipped. Crazy! When I received the items, they were not as described. I paid $30 Canadian to mail them back to the address provided to me. Then I was ghosted. I kept getting an auto generated email that said they were waiting for my return to get to their warehouse. It was not until I told them I was reporting them to PayPal that I received a refund. I lost out on the cost of shipping the items to me and the cost of shipping them back.
