Do NOT do busines with this bunch. My blouses order came late; the material is flimsy, cheap. Items are mis-sized - from probably a small to a medium to a large, whatever size was grabbed!
I have emailed the service department several time and have not received a response.
These people should NOT be allowed to do business in the United States.

Pictures that show you on website are just used as bait in fishing. Once you are hooked you can't get out! The real products are totally different from showing on website. They are like a piece of $#*!. It's impossible to return!

No Way to Contact

I ordered 8 tops. Four of them were ok, but 4 were bizarrely wrong sizes or not even close to the description. I tried every method listed on the website to contact the merchant, and NONE IF THEM went through. All were ignored or blocked before I could finish the query. Do NOT ORDER from this company. They are either dishonest criminals or hopelessly deficient in running their business. I am opening a dispute with American Express.

Scam!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Tried to cancel my order two days after placing the order, no luck. No response and it has been over two months. However it did show up on my charge card which I will not be paying! Please do not order anything from this company! If you do you will be very sorry.

All five pieces that I ordered arrived in a fair amount of time. All pieces were well represented in the descriptioins on line and were in good shape... and for heavens sake, you cannot argue with the prices!

I bought 3 blouses that looked very nice in the pictures. They were supposed to be a blend of cotton and linen, But the material was an awful polyester and the design was just printed onto it. I got cheated by Ninacloak!

After waiting for weeks, I received my order of 3 blouses from Nina Cloak. They were supposed to be made of a cotton linen blend but in fact the design was printed onto a plasticy polyester! Don't buy from this company. They are a rip off!

Do not buy from this company. Clothing sizes way out. I purchased 5 items and when I finally got onto them they gladly offerred a refund so long as I returned the items. After spending A$100 it cost me a further A$50to return the items. It took 2 months for the good to reach China. I sent them the tracking no only to have the goods sit there for a further 5 months as the company refused to pick them up. Auspost confirmed their inaction Ed hence they were returned. Absolute rip off. They come across as caring but will not fulfill their commitments.

WARNING! - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The product received does not match the picture. Sizes are all over the place. Im not sure I've seen what they're calling fabric. No label stating what the fabric is. Returning merchandise is impossible. No phone number to call. Request I pay money to join a website for returns. THIS COMPANY IS VERY DECEPTIVE.

I chose a star only because I had to, I do not rate this business at all. I purchased 6 items. Not one of the items I received looks anything like the photos on the website. Cheap rubbish that you can probably buy from a $2 shop somewhere. No shape, no tags, thin material not matching the description. No return paperwork in the package. Orders don't match shipping slips. I was charged for 2 of the same item even though I'm sure I only chose 1 at checkout. I got the additional item which I didnt want and I question the reliability of the online order form and assume calculating an additional item is a way to get more money out of the customer. Dodgy scam business. Appalling Customer Service through email. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I will be spreading the word far and wide and going to the media if I get no satisfaction trying to return the rubbish they sent me and getting my money back. Negative reviews on their website are hidden because I added 2 there and they are not shown. Hiding reviews does not offer Consumers an objective view of what they can expect from this business and I strongly question if the positive reviews shown are from genuine customers!

I should have checked out reviews prior to purchase. The clothing looks so cute in ads, but is the cheapest material and worst constructed mess. I ordered 5 pieces and wouldn't wear any of them out of the house. And now I'm trying to return them. There's no return info in package, now I have to research and find how to return ALL of it. I finding it very doubtful I will get anywhere. The company charged my credit card upon receipt of the order, not when it was shipped out. Check out ALL info regarding this company before making a purchase. It is NOT a USA company.

Confusing website

I placed my order and paid for 8 beautiful items, then I received a message saying none of these items were available. Then the next day I received a reimbursement for a jacket I paid $25, but they only gave me $19.95. Then I was asked if I wanted a refund for the rest of the items that weren't available or credit. Of course I asked for a refund. Then a few days later, I received a message my package was on it's way. What to believe?

None of five tops I ordered were as shown in pictures or described. None were the colors I ordered, one was even the wrong size. When tried to send back they required registered mail but wouldn't pay for it. Only one top was very nice and right material, just not close to color I ordered. Frabrics also not what was in description. Look at collars below. They initially would not give me the address to return the shirts. When I threatened legal action they sent me the address and told me to pay for registered mail.

I ordered five tops from Nina cloak. All were described as cotton/linen. They were polyester and cheaply made. They're the types of tops sold in the Dollar Store. They are also prone to have a lot of static. Disappointed. I'd return them, but it will take a month. I'll probably donate to the Good Will.

Items received (after almost a month) were not at all as described or pictured. Fabrics are junky. Some items don't have a materials tag, so you don't know what it's made of, but I think there's plastic involved. Very disappointing! Tried to send an email to them to complain but couldn't even get the email to send. I don't have the time or patience to try to return things and apparently they don't give refunds anyway. Expensive lesson learned.

Never again!

I placed an order 4 weeks ago and nothing. When I contact the company they refer me to the parcel tracking which comes up with an error message telling me the account does not exist. I'm so so glad I decided not to place a larger order the first time... I though I would just wait and see how a small one turned out. Really not happy with the service and will not use them again.

I'm concerned because I cannot reach these people after they partially refunded my order. They still owe me more than half the amount they refunded me and now I can't reach them because they have the RECAPTA thing on there and it won't accept anything I type in. I'm getting a little bit panicked because this isn't a small amount
