I usually check online reviews, but forgot. I will never do that again. I'm in Australia and purchased over $200 worth of clothing. I was charged for 12, but only received 9. Blouses were advertised as linen, but they very thin, cheap polyester. None of my items resemble the photos. I emailed 3 times for an address to return, but not heard from them. I have reported all this to paypal, and they have given me a full refund. I'm so glad I used paypal. Nina Cloak is an absolute SCAM. With all these reviews I don't understand why they are still operating. PLEASE BEWARE.

I ordered a pair of shoes & they don't fit & they are uncomfortable. I am trying to return them & the tel # doesn't even ring. What is going on. Pissed off customer!

How I wish I had checked the reviews before I got involved. They send you wrong size item that you ordered, sent them proof of there mistake & they offer you a pittance voucher as compensation. No says I, I would like a full refund, fat chance of that happening. Please people do not go there, they are disgrace.

Definitely not the same as what was pictured. VERY poor quality material. And size have no rhyme or reason. Lots of material around the next somewhat appropriate for the size I ordered, but arms way to small. I ordered a total of 7 items. I would say that maybe I would / could wear 2 of them... maybe. Also material listed as cotton or cotton / linen blend --- again I would say NO.
My biggest issue is the sizing. No consistency at all!

Please be aware that although this company has a returns policy it will not issue a refund on returned items. I returned an item, not because of the quality but because it was too tight in the arms. To date, after paying for two lots of postage, here and back, they will not issue a refund.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, GOODS TAKE WEEKS TO ARRIVE, ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THEIR REPLY TO YOUR EMAILS, THEY END THEM WITH "Have a great day". YOU WILL HAVE MANY BAD DAYS AND LOSE MONEY IF YOU GO NEAR THIS COMPANY

Junk products. They sent wrong size, wrong order. Then counted that as one of my orders. And it took MONTHS for 3 orders.

I bought 5 pieces clothing on their website, and received items after 2 months. The quality is horrible, the style, the colour, the material. None is same as the pictures or the descriptions on their website. One item even has damage hole on sleeve. I was far too angry to contact them, as I realized the website is a scam more than anything else. I searched the internet tried to write the review and warning other potential customers who want to buy through their website. It is a scam!

Les trois pantalons que j'ai acheté sont trop grands, l'un ne correspond pas à la taille commandée. Je demande l'échange et Nina Cloak me propose de les garder... en me remboursant 20 euros (sur les 70!) ou autre chose. Bref, impossible de renvoyer les pantalons!

2 garments received incorrect colour. I have emailed them twice with attached photos of incorrect garments and garments order. I keep getting the same email asking for these photos and I keep attempting to get through to Nina Cloak and now I'm blocked. All I want is the correct garments or a refund for the 2 garments. They will take your order and use delay tactics with offers of discounts etc. to avoid refunds. Very Disappointed.

Never buy from Ninacloak! The site is deceitful, unscrupulous and unreliable. They only sell poor quality merchandise and use pictures from other good company, to deceive customers. So, product quality and sizes advertised never matches with the products delivered to customers. They write reviews themselves pretending they are from the customers. DO NOT WASTE TIME, EFFORT AND MONEY buying at all from NINACLOAK. Please spread the words. My review is genuine, I bought some items back in January, believing they are of good quality, when delivered, they are of the poorest quality, wrong sizes and wrong colours. I wrote to complain, so far, they have been ignoring my emails, pretending they are not able locate my order, giving unnecessary Covid and dispatch excuses and asking for the items' SKU, which I clearly do not understand, as there was no invoice or any written notification in the parcel. These are all the different order numbers they have quoted on emails- order no: HZZADA*******552 - Order status---Order no: ORD-******* PPD3, Your order: **************. I was asked to send pictures of the items, which clearly is the wrong colour / wrong size for someone who has ordered sizes 18 and 20 respectively. In spite of all the mails sent back and forth, it shows they are rogues and are not ready to refund or exchange their rubbish for better quality. Hence, why I am writing this review to safe other vulnerable customers.

I WARN YOU, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, CLOTHES CHEAP AND NOTHING LIKE PHOTOS, REFUNDS IMPOSSIBLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT EVEN RATE IT AS IT DOES NOT EVEN EXIST. BUY ELSEWHERE OR JUST FLUSH YOUR MONEY AWAY IF YOU BUY FROM NINACLOAK. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Why is it when I find really pretty clothes, the company is horrible. Are they really that stupid? I mean don't they know they'll make more money if they were legitimate? Wow! This is nuts! I thought I was going to get some pretty clothes. Bomber!

I will never order anything from this business ninacloak never received merchandise and no way to contact them, and they kept my money they should be deleted from the web.

I will never buy from this company again. Their sizing is way off and there is a problem with the return address

This firm is scamming customers with no regard for the fact that most of them are very poor and you are taking advantage of the fact that they think they are getting a bargain. You are without morals.

I cancelled this order 5 min after placing & they have never communicated with me & still sent order after TWELVE emails to cancel. Horrible horrible almost non existent customer service

This must be the worst company to deal with. After receiving my order after Christmas and only to find that every items was at least 2 sizes too small and the quality of the fabric was less than thrift store quality. Wanted to return but when you click on customer service, you reach a blank page. I reached out to my credit card company trying to obtain a phone number or email address only to find they had no information.

Now I am stuck with merchandise that I can't wear. This was a hard lesson but I am positive that I will NOT EVER order merchandise on line again.

I have been trying for months to get a refund and information where they want the jacket returned to. They told me not to send it back to China as it costs so much, but I keep getting dozens of emails, all of which say the same thing and when I email back I just get the same email repeated and repeated. Needless to say I have not been paid any refund. Do NOT use this company
