This company does not deserve one star but I had to give something to submit a review. The items came and were either too big or too small. One of the items had threads hanging from the sleeve. I complained and requested they send me return labels either by email or post, they told me to keep the goods as they do not issue return labels, and offered me half of what I had spent. I spent £64, the items aren't even worth half. Their clothes look good in the pictures but in reality are cheap are shoddy. I am now in dispute with Ninacloak, who also go under the name of Orderplus International, and in the process of trying to get my money back via PayPal.
I bought 7 items and loved all of them. They fit perfect, didn't shrink or change colors after washing. Will definitely buy again.

I have just recived the 5 items which are supposed to be those I ordered. Not 1 of them is the same as the item in the photos. They are all poor quality copies of those advertised. All in thin material, mostly polyester not knitted nor woollen as shown. The blue coat has a hood, not a round collar as shown.

I got no email confirmation of the purchase, yet the funds were pulled from my bank the very next dayI I used my debit card and should have used a credit card - that way I might have had a chance of getting the items I bought! They say that they have no information on me, yet I sent a cc of my bank statement to them. The charge is there for Mina Cloak. Obviously they had my debit card number, the expiration date and the 3 digit code on the back of the card! I have written them five times and all they tell me is they have no info on me. Hi purchased four items. They were described as Linen/Cotton and they turned out to be laced cotton/polyester or polyester/cotton. To return these items it would cost be approx half of what I paid for the items. So now I am stuck with them. Not happy and will never purchase from them again.

I spent almost $ 50 to purchase a dress, but the color of item was totally changed from purple to red when I got it which I didn't like at all. They delivered wrong one! I requested them to give me return label for me return item and change back right color, but they refused. After long time discussed with costume service, they only give me $ 9 credit and order another one. They made mistakes, but they want customers to take the results. I never order item again from their website. I want to tell people there is no way to return item after you order from their website. I hope people can learn from my lesson.

Out of 4 items only 1 poor quality item arrived! Do it buy from this site! These people advertise items then say they are no longer available yet they are still on the site suggesting they can be purchased.
This company is a scam. An item failed to arrive, it was never acknowledged. Return address, when you finally get it, is in China and therefore expensive.
The goods a of very poor quality. I wouldn't insult my friends by offering them as a gift which was one suggestion.

Going by their measurement chart, I ordered 2x. Three of the items were at least two sizes too big; the fourth 2x I couldn't get past my chest; the one that fit looked like a sack. The material was awful, I can't even describe it. When I asked about a refund, they offered 70% discount on a future purchase. I said no thank you; they offered a $37 partial refund (total price was $112). I said no thank you again. Turns out I need to return the items to China! Words of wisdom: take the partial refind!
I ordered several tops from Nina Cloak this summer. When they finally arrived, they were of very poor quality and sizing was all off. I tried to return them. The phone number given was invalid and they gave no shipping return address. I tried to appeal to my credit card company. They could do nothing because I didn't return the items. The CC company gave me an address - China! It would have cost almost a third of what I spent on the tops. So, I'm out almost $100 for tops I cannot use. Don't buy from them!
