They never refunded money for items they could not ship. Terrible service but I would say NO service at all. They never even delivered and then would not refund. Watch out!

I ordered 5 items of clothing from this company, not one of them was worthy of wearing, it is shoddy, poorly made, cheap fabric, I feel stupid for believing that it was a reputable company. I have complained but as seen on Rip off Britain the postage is ridiculous so not worth returning unless you want to be ripped off a second time, that is what they rely on!

Where to begin. Quality is not there - flimsy. Return Policy - nonexistence. Customer Service - none. Size Chart - not accurate.

They take your money and send you garbage. No customer service. No refunds. Total scam so don't waste your money.

The quality of 3 out of 4 articles of women's clothing that I purchased were so far below what I expected based on the photos that I will never be duped by their sales pitch again! All of the clothing appeared to be made of very different material than what was depicted. The material of all but one of the items was faded in colour and felt as flimsy as the material used to make paper hospital gowns! Don't be tricked. The sad part is is that the designs are interesting and different and if they were made of the material and colours depicted I would have become a regular customer! I ordered a dress which was described as cotton. When it arrived it was made of polyester. Would not have purchased if had known that

I recently purchased 5 ladies tops from Nina Cloak and am extremely frustrated and disappointed both by the products (very poor quality and fit) and the customer service. Although the website clearly states that items can be returned for a refund, they make you WORK for it, offering to have you keep the items and take a credit in lieu of the refund. Most importantly, you should be aware that the company is based in China. If you decide to return your items, the cost of shipping (which the customer is responsible for) is prohibitive. My total purchase cost 98 dollars but I was required to pay 40 dollars for return shipping. Given the poor quality of the items, I decided to take the loss and get whatever refund I could, rather than accepting a credit. Please use caution if you decide to purchase from Nina Cloak. My experience was very negative.

This business is a total fraud. They sent the absolute worst disgusting clothing I have ever seen. Looks nothing like advertised photos nor is it the same material as claimed on the website. These are literally scammers. To return said items they want to charge me more. They need to repay me what I spent and extra to properly dispose of the garbage they sent me!

This company needs to be shut down. When I first ordered it said I was using a fraudulent card, it then send me those items 4 weeks later while I was on vacation. OMGod. They smell of cigarette smoke and they are made of recycled plastic. After 8 attempts to get my money refunded, I need to return these items to CHINA. I'd rather take this $169 loss to tell you they will rip you off. DO NOT ORDER FROM NINA CLOAK (and dagger)

Its very very poor material it dose not similar the pictures, and its too expensive concerning to the material.
I shocked when I received the clothes. I paid to much for nothing.

Ordered 4 clothing items on June 7th 2021. The purchased items were ‘Significantly NOT AS Described'- 1 item was a completely different than originally ordered, the other 3 items were misrepresented and the quality of all the purchased items was very poor so they were unusable.
The sizes were way off and clothes looked very cheap. There was no labels on those clothes with the information to say who makes them, what fabric they are made of, maintenance instructions etc…
I do have a serious concerns regarding placement of my order and order handling as well. I never was able to enter a discount code received from the seller. The way their webpage has been designed is confusing, misleading or maybe it was designed that way on purpose. Before you enter discount code you have to select a payment method, in my case, I had the PayPal button available. As soon as I clicked on the PayPal button I was not able to proceed to the next page to enter my discount code as my credit card was already charged via PayPal. I wanted to cancel my order right away (in less than 5 minutes), but such an option was not available and the order status was showing status shipped. The company charged my credit card upon receipt of the order, not when it was shipped out. My order was shipped on June 18th, so at least 10 days after I had placed it (June 7th). This is a Chinese owned company. Please note that you have to return any of your orders to China and the return shipment cost will not be refunded. So be very careful in trusting this Company!

I agree with the bad reviews for NinaCloak - my questions are being evaded and since they are in China - you only get an answer overnight. DON'T SHOP AT NINACLOAK - while the things that FIT (some) were quite nice - too many DIDN'T fit and I spent close to $200.

They seem to have a US address that things change over to when the items arrive in the US.

Not good with the order-wrong colour sent and the other item was not what the picture showed. Not able to return as it is so expensive and therefore return policy benefits them not the buyer. Would NEVER order from them again.

A total sham, located in China. Shipping takes a long time, you will receive wrongly sized and/or labeled items. When you want to return the items, they attempt to "deal" with you, proposing you pay them *MORE MONEY* for the mistakes they made, so they can ship you another items, supposedly the right size. When you request a simple refund, following that, they propose a smaller amount you should pay them, and state you could always give away the items "as a gift." Stay away!

I just love this companies products except they don't fit none of the sizes fit, even the 5 x isn't even an extra large, I have 7 outfits and none of them fit, i have asked 5 times for a address to send them back and no response, this is not a refutable company and its too bad because if it was I would be buying so many of their products I love their designs! What a shame

I bought three dresses and pants medium size. None of the items are true to size. One dress is too small, two are so big that I even can not alter. Pants are so cheap that can be wear only for garden work. I were trying to return fallowing the instruction, but never got information where to return and now returning time run out. Purchase from this webside was a very! Big mistake. Be carful to buy from them. You will loose money
