Sizes are not accurate. Items certainly dont look like what they appear in picture. Returned items June 21st to China at a cost of $26.00 and am still fighting for my refund. They say they dont have package and I should of sent them back registered mail at a cost to me of $80.00 which is more than the items cost. Worst service ever! Stay away!

I recently ordered 5 tops - just under $100.00 from Nina Cloak. NOT one of the tops fit, so I emailed to get the return address. It has taken over 5 days and many emails to get the needed address. Found out I can't send it back to the US address where they were shipped from; I have to return it to China. Sixty-six dollars to ship with insurance! If I drop to the 44 dollar rate, there is no insurance. I can't tell you how angry I am. Tried UPS and it was well over 160 dollars. This is a scammer's way of doing business. PLEASE think twice before ordering anything from them!

I ordered 2 LINEN dresses and received polyester and a wool coat and received a "blanket". I've spent 10 days trying to get my money back (or part). I've dealt with 5 different people.
This is a shame, false advertising and you'll never see a penny.
BE WARE.

They are an absolute sham. None of the items I ordered were as advertised, the quality is beyond shocking. I sent them all back, and have never received any credit. They send out generic emails and don't answer any questions. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They don't deserve any rating, they are a rip-off.

Beware of this Chinese company. I finally got my clothes after contacting VISA - I then received a bunch of garbage. Nothing was what I ordered. No phone number to contact company so I'm just screwed out of over $100. Do not fall for the pics.

Nina Cloak deserves a rating of minus 5 stars!

NONE of the items I matched what I purchased. Nina Cloak debited my credit card on the day of the order. They deceitfully advertised the sale in CAD dollars, but charged USD.
They will not issue a refund. Instead, they'll offer you a "discount voucher" towards your next purchase! This is a very dishonest company. False advertising, horrible quality, horrible service. Don't throw your money away!

Do Not ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. THE DRESS I GOT IS THE CHEAPEST UGLIEST THING I GAVE EVER SEEN. DOES NOT EVEN LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE. THIS COMPANY IS A DAMN SCAM. BET THEY ARE LAUGHING THEIR ASSES OFF RIGHT NOW. A BLIND PERSON MUST GAVE PUT IT TOGETHER.

I did not read the reviews and made a mistake wasting few hundred dollars. Everything looked great on the website but I end up getting really bad quality products. As bad as I would not wear this to do gardening on my backyard. The returning policy is good however the trick is that the return address is in China, so shipping would cost me more than I had spent. They make money on those who do not read reviews.

I ordered 5 items from Ninacloak using the provided size chart. Three don't fit properly and three aren't what was pictured on their website - different fabric and cut. I did everything they asked, including sending photos, and they won't accept a return or replace the items with the correct ones. They just offer a voucher so you have to buy from them again. I declined.

The clothing is inexpensive so the adage is true - you get what you pay for.

DONT DO IT!

Don't do it! I spent $44 on this dress. Poor quality. Bad fit.

Cost me $40 to return more than 2 months ago -- and I have yet to get my money back.

(I refuse to keep a dress I'm not going to wear and/or let them keep my money. So, I incurred the expense of shipping it back to make a point. These companies can't keep shipping out substandard items and draining our bank accounts.)

The package is stuck in transit in China -- perpetually, it seems. Where is my refund?

The packing slip says "WP" which I think is women petite but some were huge! Make up your mind Ninacloak! I could not get my arm in the sleeve of the denim jacket! I was looking forward to all of these clothes and then having to wait so long only to have them come marked wrong, I'm assuming.

ITS A SCANDAL

We have to stop these sellers from continuing to sell. I only received a part of the items, they said it is wrong. The clothes received were different from my order (color and print), synthetic and no cotton /Lin When you write to ask a refund, they refuse and said for concluded: « NICE DAY FOR YOU »!

Worst Clothing ever

I got reeled in by the beautiful photos, styles, colors. What arrived (after 1 month) was not even close. Really cheap cotton fabric, like you might use for a cheap tablecloth. 3 blouses all the same size were ordered and all 3 were different sizes. One I could not get over my head, another the sleeves were so narrow I could not get it on, and the third was way too big. I wish that I would have read the reviews. Never again. Buyer Beware for sure! I cannot attach proof of purchase because I deleted everything about this company from my computer.

Buyers Remorse

Should have checked out these reviews prior to purchase. I purchased a shirt, material is nothing like the picture indicated; there's no return info in package, now I have to research and find how to return this, which also came just a little too large - I ordered Small, what I received is labeled 4-XL - in other words, hugely huge. Bad, Bad, Bad... Do not own a "smart phone: - unable to add photo's. I charged the purchase so not receipt or proof!

The worst!

Avoid this store at any cost.

Their customer service is awful, their representatives are a joke, trained to copy paste the same msg over and over, giving you zero solutions to the problems they've created for you.

Their quality is the worst.

One star is 4 stars too many for what they really deserve.
