The clothes are poor quality. Some are not true sizes. My account was ghosted by MIUWELL? My order was duplicated and my charge card was charged twice, by a company I never heard of. Nina Cloak won't even acknowledge the duplicate order and gave me an address in China to return the clothes I did not want.
I wish I would have reviewed these reviews before ordering.

Bought 5 large blouses for my wife two were marked large but was probably a x-small, one was probably a XXX large and a third totally wrong color from what pictures they showed. Requested a return and was told to send them back to Guangdong China and they would see if they could give me a refund. My dad would be disappointed in me because "if it seems to good to be true - it probably is. The quality looked great on their website. Sorry dad. My order number is **************

If I could rate Ninacloak lower than 1 star, I certainly would! Placed order, decided same day to cancel... then the war began. Email chat person threatened lawyer involvement if I tried to cancel. They disregarded every email I sent. Far as I now know, parcel is on the way. Email showed only 2 of the 3 things I ordered, but still they are charging me full order price. I CAN'T WIN! Save yourself the trouble. Never order from this "company". VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. VERY UPSETTING. (Please believe me, you can't make this stuff up!)

I had no idea this company was in China. I ordered a black and white striped shirt, looked nice in the photo. What I got after 3 weeks of waiting was nothing like in the photo.

Never order from this company. The material is horrible. Can't even wear it in the house let alone going out. Everything was was substituted. Even the colors were not right. I am giving them away to value village. My money is down the drain. Please never never order from this company. It was too good to be true.

I place an order for 5 shirts from this company. Used my measurements to make sure they would fit. I received the shirts within a reasonable amount of time, and here is what I got. 4 shirts that I ordered, one that I did not. 2 shirts did not even begin to fit. But, what I was most disappointed in was the material of the shirts. So I went back and re-read the description of each one, and found that they had misrepresented the material in all 3 cases of the remaining shirts that fit. They were all a polyester stretch material with screen printed decorations. The photos showed cotton, or cotton blend shirts with embroidered decorations. I will not even try to return, I am chalking this up to experience. Please, don't order from this company. There are plenty of legitimate companies elsewhere who can provide quality, selection and good customer service.

They ask for pictures of merchandise. You never get follow up to return items for refund.

I ordered EIGHT items from Ninacloak on May 1,2021. I received the items in spurts... the final item was delivered yesterday, June 17,2021. The quality is not good, one of the items was not what I ordered, the clothes do not look anything like what you see on the website. They are poorly made and definitely NOT as represented on the website. The return guarantee is bogus because you have to send it back to CHINA. (they make you think the clothes come from the UK)... return shipping is VERY EXPENSIVE. NOT worth it because once it leaves the USA, the package does not have tracking and there is no guarantee that it will arrive at the destination. The solution offered by ninacloak was to give me a discount on MORE clothes... nope. What a fiasco... what a disappointment... what a ruse. And yes, I learned my lesson... if it's too good to be true, it probably is.
And my advice? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING... ANYTHING... FROM THIS COMPANY.

Best not to purchase from this company. Poor quality, sizes are not reflective, received only 2 of the 3 items, sent the items back and have not received any refunds. Only offered a $10 discount on future purchases. I will not order for this company again.

The quality is so poor, I can find better in a second hand shop at half the price. The material is nothing like quoted. There is no linen or cotton in a dress. The colours and patterns on item do not even come close to pictured. They send you the size they want. Plus you may get your order. Actually, you may never receive your item but they keep your payment. You also find out you are stuck with the custom charge…. I will not order from them again…. I wish I had never but live and learn. Again just to make sure, I will state again the quality and overall the products are garbage. All fake fabrics and the sewing is rated very amateurish or a beginner. No finesse simply crap.

This place suck. They give you whatever they have. I got a size 8 shoe when I'm a 6! I do not recomen!

Hands down one of the worst companies I have ever bought anything from. I left pictures below to show what I Thought I was purchasing and what I received. When I emailed to get a refund they tried to convince me to get a voucher instead. As if I would ever trust this company again. Don't waste your time. All their reviews online are fake. I've been taken! Make sure you're not. The clothing looks so cute in ads, but is the cheapest material and worst constructed mess, mass produced in Hong Kong! I ordered 8 pieces and wouldn't wear any of them out of the house! And now I'm trying to return them... finding it very doubtful I will get anywhere. The company charged my credit card upon receipt of the order, not when it was shipped out. This is not a legitimate business! They should be shut down!

Bad quality clothing. Shipping arrived very late and they got me the wrong size of shoes and clothing that I bought.

I was leary about ordering as the prices looked to good to be true but went against my better judgement and did. What a disappointment with their product! Was charged for 5 items but only 4 were shipped out to me. Sent an email to customer service and received a standard reply each time as it took more than one email for them to understand the issue. Told them out of the 4 items, the sizing was not per their chart and I wanted to return them for a refund. I get an email offer for me to keep the items and reorder for a 60% discount. Told them it was unacceptable and again requested my refund. The quality of the fabric was poor as it definitely was not as stated at their website as the fabric was not cotton nor linen as it claimed, seam shred easily, no labels to identify type of fabric and care instructions you would normally have on clothing and no business logo label that is normally on any clothing item purchased. It took a few more emails before I received a return address, asking me for a return receipt that I never received, no purchase receipt was received with the order and I was told that they have to apply to get approval for refund. I emailed them back to ask about the return receipt and what was meant have to apply to get refund approval and to date, no reply has been received. Unbelievable, especially after the numerous emails to even get the return address and then to be told approval for refund has to be received before giving a refund. I feel it is purposefully done to frustrate the customer who will eventually give up and not bother. Unprofessional and unethical with poor customer relations. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone due to the poor quality products, their customer relations and money lost on not being able to return the items.

Ordered a midi dress advertised to be made and shipped from the USA. I received a paper thin SHIRT. The only resemblance to the dress I ordered is the color. This was made and shipped from China. I am doubtful that I will even get my money back. Such a Terri le experience!

J'ai fait venir 5 gilets $130.36 CAN, ce n'était pas aussi beau que sur la photo, J'ai voulu les retourner il m'offrait 47$ CAN pour les garder mais je n'en voulait pas, je les aient retourner c'est en Chine ça m'a coûter $69.00, bien sûr je ne pensait pas que ça m'aurait couter aussi cher. La commande a rester au douane presque 8 mois et il me l'on retourner et je ne peux me faire rembourser car il veulent me donner $47Can en marchandise seulement. Ça fait 11 mois et c'est pas réglé. C'est vraiment de la fraude

Bought 2 tops, do not like the material feel, but they are giving me the run around on getting an address to return for refund.

Please don't get pulled in on looks of clothes. Sizes are extremely small, fabric is not what it looks like, it's cheap... Customer service is cut & paste apologies, over n over. Spent over $110. CAD. Nothing fit. Apparently supposed to get $31. CAD refunded, so I'm out over $70.00
Thanks got ripped off... but NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NINA CLOAK GARBAGE CLOTHES! I
