Company does not respond to questions regarding returning items. There is only a 30 day window to return. Dont be taken by this company.

I ordered two women's shirts, short sleeve, XL, one green and on blue with a butterfly. One shirt was canceled and credited—don't know which. I received a black and white shirt, long sleeve, size L. And can't get in touch with the company for an RA. Would definitely stay away.

The shipping was very late. The sizes were not American compatible, much too small. And the quality of the material was poor. One or two washings and you would have rags.

Dollar store garbage is the best way to describe their products. Their clothing looks nothing like the photos and is paper thin and poorly made. To return it, you have to send it to China at your expense with a tracking number which costs a fortune. Once they receive it they'll tell you that that they can't refund the money and want to give you a credit voucher. But you have to spend more than the voucher to use it! And then pay shipping!

This company (and other names that you can tell from the similarity of the items for sale) will take your money and nothing is delivered. There ought to be some way to stop these thieves. The e mail is undeliverable, no phone number.

If I could give it less than one star, I would have. I ordered 4 blouses in size L, one arrived in size M and one in size 2XL, the other two were size L but far too tight in the shoulders (so sizing doesn't work anyhow). The quality looks great on the picture but in actual fact nothing like the real thing, very disappointing. I have returned the garments but am still waiting for the refund...

Please don't order from this site - NinaCloak. Dealing with them is exhausting, expensive and time consuming. They are dishonest and unprofessional and in my opinion, having made the mistake of trusting them, A TOTAL SCAM. They are out to get as many of your dollars as they can and will engage in endless email promises... none of which will come to fruition.
Shop somewhere reputable and with a proven record of customer satisfaction.

I was so excited to order from Nina Cloak because their clothes were so cute. However I have never had such poor quality clothing in my life. Size 3X would not even fit my daughter who wears a Medium. The shoes were so cheap and were almost 2 inches too long and too narrow for my already narrow foot. Then when you try to return it they give you a run around and offer 25% refund and you keep their junk. When you are able to get a return address, it is in China even though the shipment came from Los Angeles. Then they tell you to send all the tracking info so they can "verify IF they can give a refund or NOT." This company and Zolucky and all the other website owned by this company should be banned from the internet.

I ordered 4 items. Only ONE was as described. Returns are horrible - you have to ship it to CHINA! Sizes are not even close to true. Run away!

I ordered three ladies shirts from Nina cloak. 3 arrived but not one was what I ordered. I emailed and advised of their error. Can't seem to get my correct order sent And they want me to pay to return the wrong product. Do not order. Scam

Horrible company Lairs and cheats! Product is not what they say it is. No return label. Sizes all wrong material print has flaws. Buttons were all different colors. Product was nit the same as picture. They didn't send any labels for proof of purchase. Just on my cc they took the money before the product was even mailed.

This company is a scam, the clothing is of the worst quality, thin and coarse, the sizes are wrong, there are no washing instruction tags and no tags regarding the composition of the fabric. Worst fabric, not even fit for wear. This company preys on sweat shop employees, who barely make pennies a day. Their products are made of rejected fabric, not inspected, of the lowest quality. They are a scam! This is a serious WARNING!

Ninacloak is a website that sells clothes and shoes. Pictures are worth a thousand words. You can be the judge. In addition to the misleading pictures, terrible quality, wrong colors, wrong styles, poor packaging, the return process is awful. Also return costs are much more than the price of the merchandise (you need to ship to China with tracking service). So please don't order anything from this website. It is a scam! Also the review is not credible because my one star review did not appear.

I ordered a shirt in gray, it came purple and edges on sleeve cuffs and hem were unfinished, like it was cut with a scissors and just left. Another shirt I ordered in a Large and it was a 2X. Third shirt I never received although they charged me. According to the return policy, you have to request a return address and not mailed back to the address on the package. I have honestly gone back and forth with customer service EIGHT TIMES. They send me the exact same letter - asking for the SKU number and a picture of the item and why I want to return it. I have sent them this info and all I get back is this same email asking for the same info over and over even though I respond each time with what they want. You cannot get a return and the clothing is crap.

The pants sizing is rubbish, a 4XL is about a size 12, the sewing faulty, the fabric is just nasty and they will NOT RESPOND with a return address or agree to full refund. DO NOT BUY THEIR CRAP

I ordered some clothes from them, but all of them were smaller than I expected. Their sizes are completely wrong. The quality is horrible. I asked for return and they told me I have to return them by paying for shipment from my pocket. The cost of shipment was more than the cost of the clothes. It is better never buy from them.

Ordered 2 dresses from here, got something completely different than what was described and pictured. They sent me an address in China to return it to, and we're not helpful at all. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
