They advertised on www.radiokorea.com; I ordered three items. Only one item received (the package was not damaged or pre-opened). When I contacted them for the other two items, they sent me the usps tracking# which it says it's delivered. I think this company doesn't even exist; shipping out of a garage somewhere in the city of industry. All they need is the proof of shipping; they don't care they short-shipped. I asked for refund; they never replied my email after that. I'm going to spread this to more sites. THEY SHOULD CLOSE THEIR BIZ AND LOW/POOR QUALITY customer service at once!

Awful Experience

Stay away from this company. I ordered a few things, quality is meh. I ordered a medium coat and received a large. I contacted them to fix it, and options where a $14 voucher (price of item was $29) or I could ship it back to them to exchange but I would have to pay for the shipping. After a back and forth of the options available, trying to get a voucher for the full price that I paid, I was told I received a voucher of $14 and that was the end of it. They couldn't even give me a partial refund because the code "had already been given to me" even though I told them I didn't want it or had used it. This makes no sense to me, the mistake was on their end and I was stuck with either paying an additional $20 for shipping or a voucher for half the amount I spent. Disappointed and frustrated at the lack of customer service and intelligence.

WORST customer service

NEVER EVER buy from Ninacloak. They sent me the wrong size for both of my shirts and when I asked for a refund, they kept straying away from giving me an answer about a possible refund. Then they proposed that I pay for the return label, and only if the package safely arrived to their facility then they would send the refund to me. They could easily lie and say they didn't receive the package and keep the profit from my order. HORRIBLE company based in China.

Poor quality

Ordered 9 items, took along time to get here over 6 wks,
Nothing fit, their size charts are way off, the quality for the price, is terrible,
Donated everything, they offered for me to keep the items, and will reship everything for 40% off, already cost me $249, so that would have been another $150 thrower away,
Beware, items look great on their site,

Wrong siz

I normally wear a size extra large so I decided to go up to sizes knowing that these companies often run small. I could not get my arms through a 2XL. So for a coat to fit me the way I would like, I would have to order a four or a 5X, if that exists. Thinking returning or exchanging is going to be a hassle, so I will give it as a gift. I actually like the code and really am sorry it was the wrong size

They provided me a boucher but I never cashed it and when I tried to use it they kept telling me that I have already used it. I asked for proof of when I used and they stopped replying my emails. Also, when I was ready to make order, they increased the prices by almost double. When i asked why, they just ignored me and stopped replying to my emails. Stay away.

Definitely stay away from this company! The website is nice but the product is terrible. The size and materials nothing are fit the website described. Service is terrible too. Really terrible quality and the materials made from described in the website also is not real from the product Ninacloak sent to me. This company has also terrible customer service. The phone number is useless and never responds. The clothes also do not fit well and only look good in the picture on the website. Also, it is difficult to make a return. Never buy anything from Ninacloak!

Zero communication from this seller.
Impossible to reach customer service.
When your order finally ships, they do not provide a tracking number.
After placing my order, I received an email offering 20% off of my order that they had already hit my bank account for.
Horrible! Do not purchase from this company unless you enjoy being frustrated and confused!

Terrible company!

This company has terrible customer service. The phone number is useless and email questioning how to return or exchange items is not answered. The products are shipped from Hong Kong and take extremely long to get delivered. The clothes also do not fit well and only look good in the picture.

Do not order!

Do not waste your money. The clothes are not US sizes and once you return ( to China), they don't refund your money. I sent back in July and now 4 months later I still don't have my refund.

I placed my order a month ago and have yet to receive it. Neither have I gotten any correspondence from them about my order. They have my money but I have no merchandise. They are not! Egit so please don't order because you will not receive any thing. I tried to call customer service and they phone rings a couple of times and then goes dead. I learned my lesson and will never order from these cheap sites again.

This company is no good. They sent way more than I'd ordered and then refused to tell me how much they charged. The goods arrived on different dates and in differing packages. This happened in March, 2020, and I still have had no satisfaction from them.

Dont buy here

Quality and size were terrible! Contacted the thru paypal. They told me to keep the merchandise and they would credit me for 120.00 i spent after i closed the dispute with paypal. I did. They didnt. Paypal says sorry nothing we can do. I just told my wife we are not buying ANYTHING from chona and I am in process of closing paypal account. Never again.

Deceptive company

I ordered and when the clothing came is poor quality and sizes are not accurate. I asked to return and they told me they would give me a store credit of 1/4 my cost and to give the clothing away t friends as gifts. It was been 3 weeks and they stopped replying to my e-mails 2 weeks ago and my account I can no longer into on their site. I keep e-mailing everyday. They need to be shutdown.

I purchase 4 items with them and the sizes didn't fit at all for my mom and me. I reached out to the email to get the shipping address and had to go through 3 or 4 people and still didn't get the address. Now, I'm stuck with clothes that don't fit and out $100. DON'T BUY AT NINACLOAK, they will just rip you off.
