Waited 2 months to receive items, then returned package due to not fitting or cheap quality of fabric, only to now be waiting 3 months later and still no refund. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Every time I contact them to get a status on my refund, it is the same robotic response. Not impressed that they took payment from my credit card right away before receiving items but company is making me wait for my money after package was mailed 3 months ago and counting. Too bad there isn't a negative star, as that is what I would rate it! Don't be fooled by the photos of these products, they are not all that. Shame on them for holding onto my money. ‍

Ordered 2 tops but when received were nothing like what was advertised and sizing was all wrong. I should have looked at reviews before I ordered but didn't. So wish I had. Steer clear of this company. There is no documentation with the shipment and no return address. Guess I have lost my money. Really annoyed.

If you order they will take your money immediately, you may get your stuff but it won't fit and is crappy quality, incorrect material, only 1 tag and garment care instruction on 1 of the 9 pieces of clothing I ordered. No invoice, zero customer service. I lost almost $200, many others have lost as much or more. Company is in China no contact information. I submitted complaints to everyone I can think of to hopefully protect others. No proof of purchase other than your order. Unbelievable they have taken advantage of so many. Complete SCAM FRAUDULENT COMPANY. The Chinese are laughing all the way to the bank!

Placed order totaling $142.94 was not given option for installment pay using PayPal as stated. Cancelled order and got refund. Site debited my account additional amount of $144.37 posted as if through PayPal. Not processed on my PayPal account, notified them and my bank. Had to freeze my account, get a new debit card (which takes up to 10 days) and change all accounts using that card number. NEVER USE THIS VENDOR.

It has been 4 months since I sent back my 4 tops. They will not refund. They say they are still working on it, do not buy from them.

This company is a sham. I ordered 2 blouses that took a very long time to arrive. When they did, one was huge and the other too
So I wanted to return the blouses for a refund.

After getting the runaround with multiple emails where I supplied everything from my order number to screen shots of what I ordered to my pay pal receipt, I got crazy responses.

One called me by another customer's name(Linda) and assured me that that person's order had been delivered. Good for Linda.

I supplied everything they asked for and after 5 emails they came back to me telling me that the post office has confirmed that the order has been delivered. Argh.

Order wasn't correct. The quality of the fabric was cheap, printed material that was like wearing a sack. Customer service was in broken Asian and spotty at best. 5 attempts at returning merchandise, and counting

The order was very slow in coming, the quality of the clothes is disappointing, and they seem to deliberately make returns and exchanges such a headache that you'll give up trying. They are probably oriental because they don't understand English very well. I lost money and learned my lesson.

I should have looked for reviews before I purchased anything from this company. The ads look good but the products are not made well and the material is sub par. I did return the products sending them back to the address they supplied. It was delivered to an address in California but then is must go to their warehouse.
Well, is been over 50 days and I'm still getting an email that it has not arrived at their warehouse. I will try not to ever order something again without checking reviews and for sure will never order from Ninaclock again.

As you can read from others this is NOT a company to order from! Red flag #1 - there is no phone # to contact them; #2 - there is no return address any where to send merchandise back; #3 - despite saying they will get back to you in 1-2 days in email, laugh. 2 weeks and 6 emails later i have heard from nobody; #4 - i am a large woman and ordered 2 sizes larger than i normally wear, could hardly get the shirts on and quality? Its nice if you like polyester. Please heed my email and the others!

I ordered over $200 in tops and after a month and half I received these cheap material tops which were oversized. I return the merchandise over 2 months ago and keep getting the very same text that merchandise was returned to warehouse and once it's inspected I will get my refund.

I ordered six blouses when they arrived they looked nothing like the photos.The material was cheap polyester badly made load of rubbish. When I contacted them they were ok to begin with. I wanted a refund.At a push I decided two keep two of them. They offered me part refund and a voucher. I was told to keep the blouses and give them away as gifts lol. I would not give them to my dogs to sleep on. Now they don't answer my e mails.Do not have anything to do with this company. I wish I had looked at the reviews now.
Blouses were ordered in March it is now June 2022.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Ads and website make it look like Nina Cloak has nice items at good prices. BEWARE! Items over priced and will charge you crazy shipping if you don't order a certain amount. Items come late. Sizing is not exact and material is cheap. Items does not look like picture on website. You can better clothing at Walgreens. No phone number to call. Email then wait and wait and wait. Intiallly would not refund or accept return. Finally accepted and I did my part to send it back, but one month later, still no refund and now no response from the company. SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Nina Cloak is a joke! Poor quality clothing, terrible customer service and forget trying to return and get a refund! They give you the run around for weeks with no intention of giving you your money back.
Their website makes it sound so simple to get a refund when in fact it's ridiculous! And very deceiving as well. The prices are in Canadian dollars with Canada right at the top of their website which leads you to believe you're dealing with a Canadian company. When in fact they are in China. The cheapest means of shipping anything to them is another $60.00 out of your pocket to do so.
Worst company I've ever dealt with! Stay clear unless you want to be scammed!

Terrible quality fabric
Photos on website did not look anything like that when they arrived.
Tried contacting them numerous times by email eventually replied but would not give refunds would not give out address initially.
Posted parcel back to address they eventually gave me. LOST in transit in China somewhere.
6 months later parcel has arrived back on my doorstep VERY VERY FRUSTRATING

I ordered two tops, a dress and pants from Nina Cloak. The dress size posted was stated as medium and is probably extra small. The items are poorly constructed with no tags for washing information. The material of items is not linen or linen cotton as stated but some sort of polyester blend.

Do not buy from this company.

The clothing they send you will not be the clothing that you order. The sizing is not true to size. I was sent a completely different jacket to the one I ordered (the one I ordered was navy blue, they sent me a completely different one in red). I asked them to provide me with the information on how to return the wrong jacket and the clothing that did not fit me. They told me I could keep the wrong jacket (which I hate by the way) and be given a $22AUD credit! Like I want to buy anything else from these thieves? Have spent 6 weeks trying to get them to reply to me about getting a refund for clothing that does not fit me and for the wrong clothes they sent me. They won't respond. I have sent an email telling them I will do whatever it takes to ensure that I tell everyone that they not only are unethical but they are thieves. They will never refund your money! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Thieving, stinking, rotten criminals!

Seriously, I should not even have to give them a one star rating. After countless e-mails and attempts to get all of my order, I have given up on this company. Under NO circumstances, DO NOT buy a single thing from this outfit. At best, they are the worst run excuse of a company. At worst, it's a downright scam. DO NOT waste your time or more importantly your hard earned money! Avoid them like the plague and tell your friends to stay away. These guys need to be gone! Before you buy online now, do your diligence on any company's reputation. So many scammers out there. At least I received a partial order. Still waiting for the rest to arrive 6 months after I ordered. Now reporting to BBB and more importantly Pay Pal to stop doing business with this so called Chinese company.
