HORRIBLE, clothing from only who knows where! I ordered shirts for my mom (3) looked great on the site all in her CORRECT szie all came in SUPER SMALL AND HORRIFIC QUALITY. Tried sending an email the caption kept showing me as having it wrong about ten times I tried. Assuming this was because they do not want anyone to contact them. Of course no customer service phone number.
Waited 2 months to receive items, then returned package due to not fitting or cheap quality of fabric, only to now be waiting 3 months later and still no refund. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Every time I contact them to get a status on my refund, it is the same robotic response. Not impressed that they took payment from my credit card right away before receiving items but company is making me wait for my money after package was mailed 3 months ago and counting. Too bad there isn't a negative star, as that is what I would rate it! Don't be fooled by the photos of these products, they are not all that. Shame on them for holding onto my money.

Placed order totaling $142.94 was not given option for installment pay using PayPal as stated. Cancelled order and got refund. Site debited my account additional amount of $144.37 posted as if through PayPal. Not processed on my PayPal account, notified them and my bank. Had to freeze my account, get a new debit card (which takes up to 10 days) and change all accounts using that card number. NEVER USE THIS VENDOR.

The order was very slow in coming, the quality of the clothes is disappointing, and they seem to deliberately make returns and exchanges such a headache that you'll give up trying. They are probably oriental because they don't understand English very well. I lost money and learned my lesson.
I should have looked for reviews before I purchased anything from this company. The ads look good but the products are not made well and the material is sub par. I did return the products sending them back to the address they supplied. It was delivered to an address in California but then is must go to their warehouse.

I ordered over $200 in tops and after a month and half I received these cheap material tops which were oversized. I return the merchandise over 2 months ago and keep getting the very same text that merchandise was returned to warehouse and once it's inspected I will get my refund.

I wanted a refund.At a push I decided two keep two of them. They offered me part refund and a voucher. I was told to keep the blouses and give them away as gifts lol. Items over priced and will charge you crazy shipping if you don't order a certain amount. Items come late. Sizing is not exact and material is cheap. Items does not look like picture on website. You can better clothing at Walgreens. No phone number to call. Email then wait and wait and wait. Intiallly would not refund or accept return. Finally accepted and I did my part to send it back, but one month later, still no refund and now no response from the company. SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Nina Cloak is a joke! Poor quality clothing, terrible customer service and forget trying to return and get a refund! They give you the run around for weeks with no intention of giving you your money back.
Their website makes it sound so simple to get a refund when in fact it's ridiculous! And very deceiving as well. The prices are in Canadian dollars with Canada right at the top of their website which leads you to believe you're dealing with a Canadian company. When in fact they are in China. The cheapest means of shipping anything to them is another $60.00 out of your pocket to do so.

I ordered two tops, a dress and pants from Nina Cloak. The dress size posted was stated as medium and is probably extra small. The items are poorly constructed with no tags for washing information. The material of items is not linen or linen cotton as stated but some sort of polyester blend.

The clothing they send you will not be the clothing that you order. The sizing is not true to size. I was sent a completely different jacket to the one I ordered (the one I ordered was navy blue, they sent me a completely different one in red). I asked them to provide me with the information on how to return the wrong jacket and the clothing that did not fit me. They told me I could keep the wrong jacket (which I hate by the way) and be given a $22AUD credit! Like I want to buy anything else from these thieves? Have spent 6 weeks trying to get them to reply to me about getting a refund for clothing that does not fit me and for the wrong clothes they sent me. They won't respond. I have sent an email telling them I will do whatever it takes to ensure that I tell everyone that they not only are unethical but they are thieves. They will never refund your money! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Thieving, stinking, rotten criminals!

It took a month to receive the tops, and I have been trying for over a month now to try and return the tops that don't fit and get a refund. I doubt I will ever be able to return them and get my money back. They return address they provided me turned out to be a vacant building. They are headquartered in Hong Kong, so who do I even reach out to? Don't order from NinaCloak.
