Ordered tops in April 2022. All too large about 40 inch chest for small items. Quality of items very poor too. Requested a refund. Was sent an address for return. Advised to send proof of return and would get refund. When it was sent i was then advised that refund would come when items arrive at warehouse. Over a month ago I ordered two tops. They sent notice of shipment but at some point sent an email that something has interrupted shipment. Tracking number does not exist. Now I can't get responses from them at all. Thankfully I only spent around $60 but I'll never see that money or probably the tops. I would never order from them for any reason. Their styles look so good but reviews contradict that. How can they get by doing that? Apparently they were much better two years ago. Chalk it up to a lost cause.
I placed on order on 12/12 and received notice of delivery in 12 days. When no package arrived I emailed customer service and was told "Your order has been prepared. We still waiting for the courier company to pick up and deliver the package to your registered destination. It might be delayed due to peak season but we are doing our best to urge the delivery." I then emailed customer service 4 more times always being told "delivery delay." When the credit card bill arrived with the charge ON THE BILL, I called the CC and reported a dispute. I again emailed customer service and asked about the alleged delivery delay. The response "This order has a chargeback record. The payment of this order has been frozen to the bank and there is no way to refund it on our end. Since you created this case, you need to communicate with your bank if you need a refund." MY QUESTION IS "IF THERE'S A DELAY IN DELIVERY, HOW ARE THEY ABLE TO CALL IT BACK AS SOON AS THEY GOT NOTICE FROM MY CC COMPANY?" I am truly shocked to see that some customers had actually received their orders.
I gave Ninacloak a try and I have to say, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping! Not only did they not send what I ordered, they replaced things that were ordered in a medium with a small and were not even the same style or color! Sadly, they also sent a top I did not order that I put in the trash as it was so ugly, stained and faded? I spent $243.00 on the order and of the 9 pieces I ordered not ONE of them fit, nor looked like they did in the photos! I ordered 4 dresses on Nov. 23 for my son's wedding on Dec. 17. Shipping was promised within 10 days. I did not receive the dresses and when I tried repeatedly to cancel my order, I couldn't do it online because they said they had no record of my order. I bought dresses from a local retailer for the wedding. On Dec. 27 a package arrived with 4 dresses. When I tried to request a return online, they still said I didn't have an order with them. I contacted customer service and they were no help. The tracking number and contact us button did not help me at all. I mailed the dresses back to the return address on the package and I am disputing the charge with my credit card company because they will not help me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The pictures do not reflect the product, they look lovely on the web site. I ordered 7 tops, 6 size medium, 1 size large, based on the measurements that were listed for each item. They range in way too small to way too large. The material is incredibly thin. I am not going to attempt to return any of the product, I'll chock it up to lesson learned. I will be giving away much of the product I just received.

When I received my $107.92 order from this company, I found that the clothes didn't even come close to the sizes they had on the web site, so nothing fit. In addition, the material used in each shirt was not a "cotton blend" as advertised. It was obviously a completely unnatural material with a strange smell and a very strange slick feel to it.
It took me almost a week to get them to finally give me an address where to return the clothes and say they would give me a refund on my card. Then when the refund didn't appear on my card, I kept getting the same response to my repeated emails, telling me that i would get my refund when they received the package. After a week of this, I sent an email telling them that I was reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau. I have filed the complaint.
