Quality terrible, fit terrible. Avoid this company. Will contact Better Business Bureau as well. Should not be in business.

They say they will take stuff back. They won't.
They say satisfaction guaranteed. Nope

The item was descibed as loose fitting It was super tight, even though I measured myself and ordered the size that corresponded.

When I asked for a refund, the run around started. They offered to send out a larger size but to charge me - why? The screw up is on their end.

IF you order from them. And IF your order arrives. Consider it final sale. And know you are rolling the dice to get a thing that will fit

I ordered from this company based on the positive reviews I saw. Then I found the REAL reviews! After a month I got 4 of the 5 tops I ordered and NONE of them look anything like they do on the site. Cheap material, different colors and nothing like what I expected. Don't waste your time or money here! You will only be disappointed! When you look st the pictures the tops don't look bad but the first pic is a shiny material and was supposed to be grey! The sweater is very itchy and the third one is see thru and stiff. Oh the name on the package for returns... Joe Doe.

I totally agree with all of the negative reviews of this company. I placed an order, credit card was charged immediately. Never received confirmation of the order. Sent an email to the company and finally received a response. Took over a month to receive the package. What a joke... nothing like what was pictured on the website. Ugly, ugly and waaayy to small. The positive reviews for this company are being made by their employees. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Don't waste your TIME with this company! The old adage: "you get what you pay for" could NOT be more true. Typically cheap Chinese manufacturing (when I placed my order I didn't know the garments were made in China, but should have known). After they charged my creditcard, I had to reach out to this company several times because the link they give you regarding your shipment is "typically Chinese", otherwise bullish! T. When I finally received my order, most of the clothes were too small (you see, a ‘medium' in the U.S. is literally a 3xxl in China, not kidding). Anyway, several items had small stains, but because the whole transaction was such a nightmare, I decided that I'd donate the tops that were too small rather than have to deal with these communist motherfuc*ers. I know it's PC to love all races and all, but these are the people that continue to bring us these horrible diseases. ‘nuf said.

Ordered several items, took 3 months to receive in partial deliveries. All were ordered in L size, two fit, rest were too small. Washed one that fit, it shrunk... now the misery starts. No location in US to return, nothing on their site about returns. Many many many emails, offered 1/2 credit to keep... long story short, I shipped to China... got stuck there, had address slightly incorrect... ended up with 25% credit. NEVER AGAIN

Ordered almost $200 worth of merchandise and none of it was in the size I ordered. It was marked the size I ordered but it clearly wasn't. Look at pictures, they are supposed to be XXL. Trying to return the merchandise, they offered me $58 to keep the clothes and receive a 50% discount and re-order the same stuff. The merchandise was poor quality and customer service was only by email.
My recommendation is "Don't Purchase from Nina Cloak".

Really cheap fabric and the sizing is totally off. Ordered two tops the same size in the same style only different colors. One barely fit and the other one I couldn't even get over my head it was so small, but they both had the L label. After reading how hard it is to get a refund (because if you try it on, it's not considered original condition), I'm not going through the hassle. Will give away to friends who are smaller and will be ok with a cheapo top to wear around the house.

I ordered two tunics from NinaCloak. I never received an email of confirmation of order or shipping notification or anything. Finally after 3 weeks a package showed up. The shirts were nothing like the pictures and were about 6 sizes smaller. There was no information enclosed as to how to contact them or make a return. I went online to their website and sent a message that I need to make a return and have never received a reply. I just wasted $50. Please learn from my mistake.

I really didn't expect too much because I only paid $50. I ordered 2 of the little Faux fur wraps, that would go over an evening gown or something like that. They were only $25 each so there was really no loss the problem is even if there was no loss there was a disappointment, because I expected to wear one of them to a social gathering. 1st of all I wear a large size probably between a 12 and a 14 in regular clothing. But knowing this was from a cheaper manufacturer I decided to get a larger size. After looking at their measurement
Chart and decided to get the 2X. I thought even if it turned out to be a little big it really wouldn't matter, it was just a wrap. But when they finally arrived after waiting about a month, I could barely get into either one of them. They came withn maybe 8" of being able to fasten. I don't know if my daughter who wears a size 3 could get into either one of those jackets. It was a complete waste of money, time and planning. I will never order ANYTHING from you people again. I would call you a bunch of BASTARDS but because of the way I was brought up, I won't. I don't know if you ever had a license but if you did you need it taken away. You should not be advertising at all on the Internet. I rated you a 1 because there wasn't anything lower.
