I received a message that my package had been shipped over a week after I placed the order. The tracking showed that a mailing label had been created but it took two more weeks for them to ship and another two weeks for me to actually get the items. One item was completely missing. I ordered shorts and pants that should have been a little big on me, but I received items that I absolutely cannot wear.
I ordered 5 tops from Ninacloak. Three for me and 2 as gifts. None of the three long sleeve tops I ordered for myself fit my arms. Two were a size larger than I normally ordered and one was my normal size. I've never had this problem before. I have tried and tried to correspond with Ninacloak but they have not responded to my repeated requests for assistance. I also wanted to return one of the gift tops as I didn't like the material. Since I'm in New Mexico and Ninacloak is in Hong Kong, there isn't much else I can do except try to reach them electronically. I shop on-line a lot, but will not be shopping at Ninacloak and have passed my displeasure on to my friends.
I ordered from this company, clothing I received was nothing like the picture and the fabric was idk some kind of polyester, couldn't be worn to a dog fight. Please save your monies

Ordered two blouses in my usual size medium. What a joke, sizes are way off, would need to order up 2 sizes. Material is flimsy and thin, junk from China. Delivery was slow, with a return address of some guy named Joe no last name from. CA. How does this company stay in business selling this garbage. Didn't bother to return, threw them away. Lesson learned, read the reviews.

I received the wrong item in my package. They continue to tell me that my package was delivered and I need to contact my post office to get the correct package. They cannot understand that the wrong item was put in the package. I have sent numerous pictures that they requested and they cannot comprehend. I asked to speak to a manager or someone in a higher position and it starts all over again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I ordered a pair of pants and received a pair of cheap sandals.
I ordered four shirts that did not look like they did in the pictures and didn't fit. I wanted to return them and they made me return several emails and wouldn't let me simply return them and get a refund. They wanted me to keep the shirts and then give me a store credit of $25 instead. They said you only have 14 days to return items, but they took three days to respond to my request, then another three days to offer me to take the $25 and keep the shirts. It's like they are running out the clock so they don't have to let me return them. They have horrible customer service. I will never order from them again and hope to save everyone else the headache you'll get just to simply return items. It shouldn't be this complicated.
This is a HORRIBLE company. I purchased 5 items and was charged immediately for all five. I only received 2 of the five items I ordered, they took over three weeks to arrive, and they were NOTHING like what was pictured on the site. I should have known better. I am fairly certain the stuff I got is knock off from whatever they show on their website. I didn't have to wait as long for my stuff, but the shirts are really cheap and flimsy. I doubt they'll make it through one wash. I can see through the fabric even dark teal. One of the t-shirts is actually a badly cut printed scrub shirt like some vet techs or nurses might wear, but again the fabric is really thin and scratchy. I won't wear these in public. These are my new go to shirts for yard work and cleaning toilets. Disappointed.
I purchased the blouse pictured below for my wife, who approved the purchase. It was delivered in a timely fashion, but did not fit her properly. I cannot find the instructions for returning it, plus the $8.96 for handling is far too high. I will keep looking for return instructions, but something has happened to my password, and Nina has not responded to my request to get a new one.

Not correct figure size even though 5X Large considers as XL. Returned all 11 items back to them. Not heard about Refund. Poor corresspondence. Not honest company, I just discovered that it is China company!
Two days after I wrote to change order I received note that it was already sent. The order was sent 2 days later. The clothing was cheaply thin and the sizing was so off. I was offered an exchange of items for an additional 40% of what was spent OR a refund of 20%. I wanted a full refund, which they agreed to, but I had to pay the return postage. Mind you, the site states they pay return postage.
These people are theives! Don't buy anything from this Company or any of their partners (There is alot!) The item I got was a piece of garbage with no labels at all and the size was not true.

First they said one of the tops was not available and I would get a refund, the refund was less than what I was charged. Second once the tops did arrive, two of them were the correct top I ordered but I ordered 2X and they are the size for a 5 year old child, I will not even be able to wear them, and the other 3 were NOT AT ALL what I ordered. Not the same style or material as advertised. I emailed them and they wanted me to send pictures with SKU numbers. I don't have their friggin SKUS numbers and I can only imagine trying to actually return these. What a nightmare that would be. DO not order stuff from CHINA, to them a size 14 USA is a 5X apparently. And they did not have a size chart when I ordered them.

The clothes are very cheaply made and run about 4x smaller then their sizing guide. I typically wear a XL -1X but I thought these might run small as they are made in Hong Kong so I ordered a 3X. I can barely get them over my head. You cannot reach customer service by phone or email so I just sent them back and if they don't refund my money I will dispute the charge on my credit card.
