My item was back-ordered; I was contacted right away and given the option of cancelling, waiting, or replacing the item with the same thing in a different colour. I chose to wait for the colour I ordered originally and am glad I did: it's good quality, arrived well-packaged, and it's exactly what I wanted - I love it! Appreciated all the helpful and informative communication throughout the shipping delay.
It took a long time to arrive, but it did in the end without prompting. Will order again anytime I need something from them in preference to other suppliers
We wrapped this around the trunk of our palm tree. The affect is just gorgeous;-) I would recommend these lights!
Ordered on 12 February and arrived 31 March. First time order with Next Deal and didn't realise everything comes from China until I wrote to them when had not received goods and finally got a reply to say goods from China and would be delayed due to corona virus. Would of been good to have know this at time of order as the goods were for birthday presents...

Mask for virus are well made. Came quickly even with customs. Glad their workers are able to be back at work.
Took a bit longer for delivery than I expected but the order was correct and items function as they should.
I ordered a Moroccan solar light and received it. However it didn't work as advertised. I contacted the customer service department and they not only sent me a brand new one, that works great, but let me keep the old one. I just bought a candle to put inside and gave it to my daughter. It isn't solar, but still very pretty. I thank the whole team at Next Deal Shop, you are all super, and I love my new Moroccan Solar Light, it rocks!
Ordered the solar Bees. One for each small tree in front yard. They are adorable!

This is the third order I've placed for these solar cups. My family and friends have been equally captivated so I've bought them as gifts. Love these!
My package has not arrived. I ordered on February 28th and have spoken to Karen and Alice and they were not only rude and dismissive but also began copying and pasting the same reply to me when I asked for a refund (as my package has not arrived and it has been a month). The last time there was tracking information was on March 4th. So there has been 16 days of no updates but they say that I should wait a week to see if it comes and then get back to them. Also the package has crossed the border and is lost in a nearby city. I am very disappointed and frustrated and have NEVER had service like this before. I have asked for a refund and to speak to a manager three times and have been passive aggressively dismissed by staff. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR PACKAGE TO ACTUALLY ARRIVE. Just stick with amazon, you can actually trust them and they have customer service that cares. Horrible horrible experience.
I ordered two lights and put them above my garage and they work great. So easy to install and they are very bright. I wish now that I would have ordered 3 of them. Very pleased with them.
I find the identity theft protection stamp excellent and when my friends saw it they asked me to order them one. So all up I think I have ordered 4. Love it
Very happy with the pump. A few minor adjustments to prevent the fountain tip from flying off with a big water gust but overall service and delivery good
A lightning bug would give off more light than these solar lights! Next to no light and they are in sun all day.

Our most useful purchase is the keyhole light. We live in a county in a country like area just out of Memphis/Bartlett. We have no street lights so when it's dark it's dark. So when my husband goes to the door there is no fumbling in the dark looking for the key.
Returning a $16.00 item to NEXTDEALSHOP return center in China at a USPS cost of $27.75 makes absolutely no sense. But this is the NEXTDEALSHOP POLICY. No return, no credit or no refund.

The item I ordered was damaged in transit. I emailed customer service and received a reply almost immediately. A new item was shipped within 2 business days and the item arrived with no damages. Very pleased with the responsiveness of this company.
