Received merchandise, no paperwork with merchandise. I have been trying to dispute the charge through paypal with no luck and can not get anyone on the phone. I would love to return this merchandise to the company, They said to send an email to nextdealshop.com which is not an email but a website. Merchandise is Car Back Seat Organizer that would fall apart if you put something in it.
Next Deal Shop has provided the worst on-line experience ever. After placing my order, they responded "order will be shipped in 24 hours." It is now almost 3 weeks later and no order has arrived. After 10 days, I received a message that the order was delay. I immediately tried to cancel the order. The response was, "order has been shipped so no cancellation is possible." 2 weeks later and no order. Today I received a message asking to be patient due to delays resulting from Covid-19. Total BS. WARNING: Do NOT buy anything from this site. #conartist
The directions are not easy to use since the diagram does not match the parts supplied. The product feels cheap and flimsy. The package took a long time to be delivered since it came from China according to tracking information.
I'm very excited to be receiving my package so quickly. My tubing doesn't dry very fast. Sometimes still moisture in it after two days. This will be quicker, simpler, and more sanitary than me soaking it in a bucket of ivory.

Product was as shown and described. Delivery took awhile longer than expected, but that was more than likely die to Covid and not a direct smear on them. Many items that I was looking to buy on thus site are overpriced and can find a lot cheaper on other sites. Would shop around before buying again.
Buyer be aware! Ordered a solar powered fountain with battery back up.
Does not work properly and stops even when the direct sun is hitting it.
Absolute junk and if you have a problem they will tell you that they want you to take a video and send it to them. They may or may not respond. If they respond they will ask you to send the item back to China and it will probably cost you more for the shipping than the product cost.
This is just more stuff for the landfill.

Purchase process easy to navigate. The lighting is clear. Moves freely in the breezes. Delivery in these times was handled well.
I placed my order and got confirmation 2/24/2020 for LED Firework Lights. Website stated usually ships 3-5 days. I kept looking for my package to arrive and nothing. I decided to send an e-mail to check the status of my order and received an email that it was being processed. Weeks went by and still nothing received, I sent another email to find out the company was shut down for a bit and staff was slowly returning back from Covid-19 virus. Poor communication, I had to do all the inquiries regarding my order. It took almost 4 weeks to receive my order. No apologies, no discount on future orders. Again, poor communication and service.

The company was great that they replaced an item that started falling apart which wasn't even six months. Unfortunately the replacement has a couple of parts that don't work.
Know invoice included. Need to return article! Know instructions included. Did not receive complete order.

I like the product, a hanging outdoor lighted chime (solar). I am NOT HAPPY with the time it took to get the item! I WILLNOT order from this company again!
