I ordered 2 items through this company. One came is a good response time. The other order has never been received and communicating with Next Deal Shop is a joke. The response emails always say the same "Delivery may be delayed"; and this is after a 24 hour declared ship time. Currently the "Delivery may be delayed" is over 60 days. In fact, the item has never even been shipped.

I found it absolutely amazing that you never great a direct answer from their non-existent customer service department until you leave a negative review. They do list a phone number, but the problem with that is they do not answer the phone.

I just want my refund. I do not even trust the validity of this item at this time. I will say one thing, Next Deal Shop is sure fast to take your money and maybe you will get your shipment fast; all that is good. However, buyer beware is your shipment is not being delivered when they first indicated; good luck is all I can say.

I have learned my lesson. Never again will I use this company.

STAY AWAY! FROM "NEXT DEAL SHOP" MIDDLE-MAN SCAM COMPANY.
I ORDERED FROM THEM 2 MONTHS (APRIL 3rd) AGO AND STILL HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR THE $32.98 THEY STOLE FROM ME. MY ORDER WAS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF PLACING THE ORDER. I ATTEMPTED TO GET A REFUND AFTER WAITING 3 WEEKS AND WAS TOLD MY PRODUCT HAD ALREADY SHIPPED, SO IT WAS TOO LATE FOR ME TO GET A REFUND. MEANWHILE, ACCORDING TO THEIR SCAM SO-CALLED "TRACKING," MY ORDER IS STILL IN CHINA. I SAY "SCAM" TRACKING, BECAUSE OTHER THAN THE DATE BEING WRITTEN IN ENGLISH..., ALL OF THE OTHER INFORMATION ON THE TRACKING SITE IS WRITTEN IN CHINESE SCROLL... SMH

On 5/09/2020, I ordered 20 N95 masks (10 masks x2) and 25 surgical masks (3 total items). They arrived today (5/30/2020) and were as depicted on the site. Here are some things to understand about this company: 1) although the items do technically "ship within 1-3 days" remember that they are coming from China so don't expect them for 3-4 weeks 2) The package tracking on their site is way off so what I did is IM them on Facebook. I would give my order # and email address and they always responded within 24 hours. They had a different link for tracking that I could access and that would keep me updated on where my package was. I must admit that I was worried at first that this was a mask scam but as I wrote at the beginning, I'm very happy with my purchase. Just remember that this isn't Amazon Prime so you're not getting it in 2-3 business days. Another thing: I placed another order on 5/16/2020 but for the wrong masks. I IM'd them on FB and asked if I could just switch them out. They responded promptly and said they couldn't because the prices were different but they would cancel my order if I wanted. The order was cancelled within a few hours and I had my credit card refunded within 3 days. I placed the correct order on 5/17 which I am still waiting for. I had purchased a security stamp from them on 12/19/2018 and that arrived as advertised, too - I still use it to this day and am very happy with the company.

I ordered some outdoor solar lights. I received an email that that told me my order had shipped and that I could track it. I created an account and typed in my order number. The message said You have not ordered anything. I sent an email through the account website but no response. I sent another email and called customer service no response. The customer service number just rings no answer, I haven't received any emails or product. At this point I will just chalk it up as a loss. I am disappointed and had hopes of ordering more things I even told my sister in law about it. I will not recommend this to anyone.
